During rush hour, this place is busy, only one staff on front counter, I waited for 15 mins before I was served. They don't have brown buns, only white.

Another fast food joint full of useless employees, can’t get anything right if their life depended on it

Very slow service this past Sunday morning, which made us late for church. Usually Tim Hortons is really on it. Also we ask that they leave room at the top of the cup and not feel it all the way, and they didn't listen. Even though we asked twice. However on the flip side, it was nice to have a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

The staff is very customer-oriented and welcoming. Also, the food is tasty and hot, and prepared very quickly.

THEY LEFT PAPER IN MY SAMMICH I JUST WANTED A JUICY SAMMICH AND I BIT INTO A PIECE OF PAPER

Tim Hortons is weird because they promote all these kids programs, but serve no food intended for children. I can’t just hand out doughnuts for lunch. Also, at this location the guy ordering didn’t seem to understand English. Messed up our food

During the time of ordering, I asked not to put the tomato but she didn't listen, I requested again then she removed it. Further, when the food was provided, there were still peices of tomatoes in there. Please listento order first, convey the correct order and while making please make the correct order.

Horrible drive through and counter service. 2 people working only for the morning rush. Pushing the line out the front door. Drive theough out into the parking lot. And then they are running so the food is just throw together in a mess.

Don't waste your time swinging in to this Timmy's go down to the other one on 96th.

Worst service ever! Staff treats you like as they are giving you free food or coffee. Guy working there name Navjot doesn’t bother if you are actually asking for some help, food tastes like days old

Any time you order more than one item they ask you to park so that their timer doesn’t get them in trouble, even with no cars behind you. This has happened multiple times and only even at this location. I said no and was served the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had.

I ordered Habinaro crispy chicken bowl but they don’t gave chicken in that

There were only 2 working and a line waiting. They were out of supplies on some sandwiches and this was the middle of the day.

Just bought some donuts orders a coffee they are so scattered

My coffee was given to another customer. The customer opened the lid and was with the coffee.

Then they took it back and gave it to me.

Needless to say I left without the coffee

Unless u like germs stay away from this cross contamination germs factory

Head office needs to promptly re evaluate the working conditions of this location.from the employees being so utterly and unnecessarily hostile and mean towards customers who were not rude to them at all to management having or showing a zero regards for
(regular customers) the incessant incivilty is so alarming specifically at this location. Myself my friends and also my family have been coming here for over two years an for whatever this means i won't go back there and my friends and my family agreee when i told them about my experiences. There is no apology they could offer to make me want to go back here they have their work cut out for them 100% and anyone can depict it quite clearly once they enter this establishment management and the employees behave so miserably.your walking on broken glass here.the dynamics of this environment are so depleting from placing an order to receiving it then once you sit down they just stare at you and become so snide and they sniker and giggle making you worry and uncomfortable its such a alarming place. I'm going to suggest in an email to corporate they consider having their district managers investigate the interactions between management and employees cuz I think their only so foul because they might be way over worked by their management and I don't think their being treated or trained fairly and I for one don't want to be experiencing such negative hostile establishments especially when I'm about to eat its too off-putting I will give one compliment this has been one of the most cleanly restaurants I've ever experienced garbage and bathrooms are well maintained in my experience but the working environment is unacceptably poor

I asked for vegie farmers rap and it happened she made it with meat
I came back and asked if she could change and that took 10 minutes to make it. It was banishment for no reason. Not the first time that happened to me in this timhorton.

The Punjabi Girls they don’t care about your food, if we ask them to change gloves they start passing arguments, even if you’re telling them again to change the gloves. Also all these types of workers messing up the taste of tea & coffees. Each tim location has their own flavour.

Worst place to go for a coffee. We have tried this location 3 times and they consistently disappointed us with the wrong order and charging us more every time. So fed up that I decided to write a review for them. There are other tim hortons nearby so please save your time and mood and just go the the other location.

Every single time something about my order is wrong. Almost every staff member seems incompetent when it comes to order taking, almost always something missed right out of the gate. Food is almost never made to what was asked (extra sauce or an additional type of sauce). I haven't experienced any rude staff members but the general incompetence is extremely frustrating. It's gotten to the point I no longer come here even though it's 2 minutes away from my house. If you value your money, do not spend it here.

Best Tim Hortons best service Always they serve fresh coffee and bagel. Their staff is soo good and best service i have get from Tim Hortons employees.

Every time I used to go here the staff was slow, unfriendly, never got my order right, spend more time huddled in a group chatting and ignoring customers than they do working. Absolutely the worst Tim's I've been to.

Drinks are usually prepared correctly. Unfortunately more often than not the chicken inside of the wraps is subpar and contains more gristle and fat than actual edible meat.
