Are you serious damn it, I passed by your town twice and bought coffee twice and threw it in the trash on the way out, a woman working for you has warts all over her face and hands! Are you serious? I myself saw the dissatisfied faces of people in line.get rid of it or you will lose the point. I sincerely feel sorry for this employee, but he has no place there. Thank you

Drove to this Tim Hortons from the US just to go here. As many times as I have traveled to Canada I've never been to a Tim Hortons, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Way better than Starbucks! (I never really cared for Starbucks tbh though)

Both my experiences have been good at this location.

Edit: I frequent this location a lot and have noticed that all the focus is on the drive thru. There will be 4 people working and rushing to the window, but leave one person to run the front till. While I was in line this time I saw 5 people leave and say they were going else where cause we stood in line for 15 minds while the one person running the front till struggled to get through the 6 people inside yet the drive they did 10 vehicles in that time. As well when there was a break of vehicles the 4 people attending the window would loudly visit while the counter staff tried to keep up. The last they could do is help the counter staff while they wait for the next vehicle.

Very unimpressed with the last few visit. Especially in the AM.

Went there the other day and had to wait litterally 20 mins for a coffee even when there was 10 employees working and u can't understand a single word anyone says unless u speak some sort of east Indian language. And due to that they can't understand you either and constantly screw up orders all the time. Also bought a bit there once. Never again I promise. Was like 8 bucks and ill I got was a stale bun. One wilted piece of lettuce a half a piece of bacon and no mayo. Litterally the is disgusting thing I've ever eaten at a fast food restaurant. Completely unbelievable. I deserve every penny of a refund for that crapoy bun. And I will never order any food from there again. Such a disappointment. Wort experience ever. If I cud leave a lower rating for food I wud but the lowest I can go is one star. They deserve a negative 5 stars for that garbage they served me

I ordered the steak chipotle wrap for my husband. Do not recommend! The meat was roast beef, not steak.

The employees are talking away in a different language from all the way across the restaurant. Super uncomfortable. Customers have to look at their faces for body language. Unpleasant. Please give them a gd training before they get to work in the front.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The cilantro lime chicken salad I ordered was an absolute mess; it was dripping in oil and covered in food on the lid and the bottom. It was clear that no care had been taken in preparing it, and it was barely edible as a result.

To make matters worse, the coffee I ordered was cold and unappetizing. And to top it all off, the staff neglected to provide me with napkins or utensils, leaving me with a messy and inconvenient meal. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and basic service quality.

What's even more concerning is the apparent disregard for hygiene practices. With food dripping all over the place, it was clear that cleanliness wasn't a priority.

Tim hortons in general has been a not the best exp.but this place is a cut above and alot more like the exp 5-10 years ago.

Friendly staff, decent service, the food so far has been fresh. Its tims so its cheap, but seriously try the steak bowl! Has become a lunchtime favourite.

The staff are way nicer under new management. I go here quite a lot per week. The staff have treated me amazingly. They are always so very friendly, helpful and patient. It's been much cleaner since new management took over. There seems to be enough staff to run the place and keep it clean now. My favourite staff person at this location is Linda she is always so kind and she is awesome and always greets people with a smile. They finally have strawberry fill donuts!

Im convinced that you can't work here if you have a gpa above 2, food and drinks are lovely but my god talking to anyone behind the counter is like talking to a brick wall. 5/10

Under new ownership.the staff are hard working and doing the very best they can. My food was correct and delicious even if I had to.wait a bit for it

Under new management. I gave them several chances. No donuts or timbits at 3pm, no total given at the drive through - here just pay. Staff rushes you through with no greeting or thanks. My dad loves tim hortons but we refuse to go here anymore. Service is abysmal.

At first I didn't think much about the "Under new management" sign out front but after picking up some breakfast in a pinch I was very impressed by just how much has changed for the better. Staff is friendly, food is prepared more evenly, drive thru speakers are louder. The over all experience was improved. Keep up the good work
