Tim Hortons

Drive thru is fast. If you go inside to order. You might stand at the counter with no line up for 10 to 20 minutes without any staff acknowledgement. It's like they ignore people at the counter.

I found it interesting. The manager was saying there is a staff shortage.
Yet it took a good 5 minutes to get served as Noone was at the till to order.
The staff seemed to be wondering aimlessly around.
Don't know who the manager was, but they definitely did not do their job.
Once they got someone to the till, they kept disappearing.
There were a number of annoyed customers.

The drive through was quick and painless, the coffee was hot and the staff was friendly. It was just before the lunch rush as well.

Always a reliable place to grab a quick drink from. The workers here are very quick. My wife ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and thought it was alright. The wraps could use some fixing up but other than that, this Tim Hortons is quick, easy and reliable all the time.

Sorry 1 star is too much credit. Dont understand why i waited for 30 mins for a coffee. Fn bullcrap. Just list my service completely

Great, smooth tasting coffee. Friendly service, as well. Always enjoy Tim Horton's when in Canada.

Encouraged to try by our Canadian friends. Good iced latte. Plucking up the courage to try the "Double Double".

I went to tim’s and ordered a chili meal. Chili was more like soup really cheaped out. Wasn’t much of a meal and old donuts. Won’t be back. I use to love their Chili… not now. Gross.

Their authentication service is down, so I can't have breakfast?
Most people rely on debit or credit now.

Witnessed an older woman employee yell and put down another employee who was in training, at the drive thru. It was an utterly disgusting display of behaviour by an adult who is supposed to be training another person/new hire. What an abuse of power, and a good indicator of a very toxic work environment. It was ugly to see and I will not be back, and I will never support Tim Hortons again. Shame on you!

Went there for coffee at 9am on May 21,2023. The coffee we received tasted burnt. Maybe it was just bad timing, or the coffee was left on for too long.

Recently this Tim Hortons has made an effort to reach out to customers and do their best to fix problems. The staff are friendly and Helpful.

Takes forever to get through drive thru, they consistently get my order wrong. To busy socializing rather than focusing on serving customers, my tea was sitting on the counter and it took them 3-4 minutes to hand it to me even though I'd already received my food. A tea should not take longer than food, I've work at a timmies and I know the standards set and they aren't being met in this store

I had the worst experience today, the manager was screaming and yelling at the employees who were obviously new and doing their best.

Unacceptable behaviour and I hope she is fired.

Price, quality and selection typical of franchise. Customer service was fine, central location to surrounding shopping. Can have long drive through lines.

The staff was kind and patient with my father while he had some troubles ordering at 5: 45am on a Sunday.

Just like ferry they are super lazy and serving bugs and dirt in their lettuce because they are to friggen lazy to wash anything. Do the job yer paid to do or eff off. Im tired of companies like this cutting corners because they lazyyyyyy. Cant handle this job you'll never ever handle another. It lazyyyy moronssssssssss

Just ordered a box of timbits an they all smell an taste like women's perfume! Throw the whole box out an now I can't get the taste of old lady perfume out of my mouth!
