This Tims is an pretty average. Stopped for coffee and breakfast sandwich, the sandwich was actually quite good and but it did take a while as this location is very busy in the morning.

This is one of the best Timmys I’ve ever been to, and it is 10000% due to the staff.

I come here a lot and I think I have interacted with every single FOH staff member… they are all so great. They are so efficient and polite, patient and hard working. They all deserve a raise. I’m not saying that lightly!

Seriously, owners/management, consider giving everyone on this team a $1 raise (at least!). It’s such a shame that I can’t even leave them tips (which is also why I’m advocating for a raise!).

They work together so well and consistently treat all the customers with respect.

I’ve worked at a Timmy’s in the past and I know what the job entails. The employees here are just so great:)

Not to mention that it does get pretty busy here, and this doesn’t change the patience or efficiency demonstrated one bit.

I ordered up a bagel, coffee, and a water. She charged me. 20 cents for a cup of water. I thought the gouge was removed? I asked her about it and she was told to do so. I thought they didn't do that anymore.

The service was great and fast as well. The dining area was very spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful and fast

Every time I come to this place I get amazing service especially from the boy named Mehak. I noticed he greet everyone with the smile. One incident make me post today because he handle rude CX very carefully and I noticed that they left the store with smile.he is doing a amazing job. Every work place need such employees.

I don’t understand if their closing time is 8 why do they say they can’t make something which have been ordered by mobile app around 6: 45 just for wedges and cheese melt they accepted the order but at the time of pick up they said we are closing soon so we couldn’t make its
like wts wrong

I loved this Tim Hortons, but I didnt love getting undercooked chicken on my craveable. Recently received funky eggs as well.

Amrit and her team members (Richie Mehak Karam) customer service was truly outstanding and made my visit unforgettable. From the instant I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. They took the time to discuss the coffee options, ensuring that I chose one that perfectly matched my preferences. Their knowledge and passion for coffee were evident, making the entire ordering process not only smooth but also enjoyable. High Recommend

Great Tim’s location. That being said i wish they were 24h or at least open a little later than posted hours each nice. Especially in the summer? Like hello?

The workers are friendly and have great services. They respect the elderly and sensitive to the needs of the customers such as giving a cup of water (when I asked) and answering questions. A good place for the tourist just like me. Thank you for your great hospitality!

I came here 3 days in a row until today, and each time I only met unfriendly people. There were also friendly people. Haha.
The food was delicious too!
I wish the lighting were a little brighter!

First thing I noticed was the dirty floors. Oh and kids screaming and parents watching like it’s amusing. It wasn’t. I’m surprised I didn’t make a run for it.
I mean any place that is in business to service the public should have a certain level of standard in hygiene, but especially a place where food is prepared.

Moving on….

My bagel with cream cheese was more …. Well….
Cream cheese with a side of bagel. All you could taste was the cream cheese and the deliciousness of an Everything Bagel was lost. The tiny areas of the bagel that were not saturated heavily with cheese tasted fresh, so that’s something. Maybe ask for easy on the spread if you like your ratio more evenly distributed.

The service was slow and mediocre. Not terrible but had better at Subway.

Honestly, not even sure why I’m reviewing this place.
The whole thing was just a massive underwhelm, underdeliver and forgettable.

I like Tim Hortons. It represents to me a part of being Canadian. Proud.
And this particular branch didn’t hold up that history and it’s essence. Is it just my imagination or did Timmy’s used to have a lot more variety of bagels? This place had like 4.

It’s bagels, donuts and a vacuum…. I know you can do better.

Fast food. I honestly expected more. The rolled ones do not look like the catalog photos. But they are good. For my taste, little quantity. The fries, very good. Different from those in Spain.

They make great wraps for a quick bite $7 for veg wrap. And it’s delicious. Can’t go wrong.staff is nice and friendly too!

I hope a lady does her job properly without completely forgetting my order and without giving me a wrong order which actually was tasted horrible.
