This place is horrible never go here I’m always late to places because the average wait time is 15 minutes. I would give 0 stars if I could

Over all staff is usually pretty great, but I do find it very inconvenient when I spend time looking at the menu to order to find out around 6 items on the menu aren’t selling anymore. Management should be spending more time here.

Very Poor customer service, negligence in making food and egoistic Team of this Tim Hortons.
My parents visited this Tim Hortons for the very first time of their life and they were unsure about their drink and they asked for recommendations from the Cashier who was being very rude to them while taking order and served very poorly made Iced Coffee to the persons who never had coffee in their entire life and they had to forcefully dump that iced coffee and had to make another order for the French Vanilla instead and had to pay again.
Tim Hortons stupidity didn't ended here. My parents found a Hair in their food and upon complaining about this to server. The Indian girl (Most likely PUNJABI girl) said " It's Just a Hair ". Instead of being shameful for what they did, they kept being a shamless person.
To mention the timing this incident happened was between 7: 30 pm to 8: 30pm (Saturday May20,2023).
Such a shameful act from the Team. I won't even recommend any person going over there and going to act against this ill treatment.
Is this the way you serve or even converse with your customers?

Unfortunately, the experience was bad. First of all, sanitation is very questionable as some staffs were touching everything without washing hands including handling food without washing hands after touching money or other things. Also, one staff held a spoon and went around, which I wondered what would happen to that spoon.
Second, some staffs are unfortunately not very friendly or can be rude. I wonder if they know that they are working to get more customers or they are trying to get the place out of business.
Finally, I wonder if it's norm for the Tim Holton's way of working that some leave in the middle of serving and do something else - and sometimes chit chat with co-staffs.

There are staffs who work really hard and bring great service, but some customers will remember only those bad staffs.

I have been to this locations multiple times and I get making service (particularly a gentleman named Chow) I would like to post about how he is always in a good mood and makes me smile. He has amazing customer service skills! I will continue to return beacuse of his outstanding customer service.

Good coffee, at least here the mobile orders are ready when you come in, however the washrooms are always locked and there is usually homeless people spending their days sitting around.

Absolutely speechless. Lined up for 10 min just to be informed that all the chiptole loaded wraps and bowls were sold out and the only food left were the three most basic sandwiches. It was only 7: 00pm ish. Like if you guys are gonna promote the new products and know they are gonna be popular why not prepare more beforehand so that customers who came all the way to your store gets to actually purchase them? Such a disappointment

Food and Coffee was good. But the customer service was awful. The ladies at the counter were really rude.

One of the slowest Tim Hortons the employees just ignore you you need to have 30 minutes to get a coffee worst place.

No drive thru but the best in white rock South Surrey. Huge difference in quality and care.

Die hard Tim's coffee drinker here. I have been a customer of yours for 25 years and have been to locations all across Canada. Previously, your Vedder road location in Chilliwack held the title for worst service/longest wait. Well, the situation there pails in comparison to what you will find here in White Rock. Given that I am a very loyal customer, I make an attempt every day to buy my simple coffee order here, both on my way to and on my way home from work. 9 times out of 10, I end up walking out disgruntled and empty handed to go to McDonald's to get my coffee instead. This location is a popular spot, so part of the problem is the high traffic. But even when the line looks reasonable, the wait times are totally unacceptable. The staff are rude and make you feel invisible, when a simple acknowledgement would go a long way. This is not an isolated incident. As i said, i try to buy coffee here literally every day, hoping to luck out and score my drink in under 15 minutes. There is only one young fellow with proper hustle and manners who always greats you with a smile and is clearly making an effort to serve customers quickly and with a great attitude. The rest.should all be fired. Whoever manages this place is an absolute failure and should be the first to go. I have never taken the time to write an online review before but the service at this location is deplorable and does a major disservice to the brand. I would rather face a line to the door at mcdonalds, which will still land me a coffee much faster than one with 2 customers ahead of me at Tims. Maybe you should borrow their trainer for an afternoon and whip your staff into shape. Or perhaps hire a couple extra people. I watch other frustrated customers walk out while waiting ALL THE TIME. In addition, good luck trying to buy a donut after 4pm, cause from then till close, the whole front display is almost always empty. Get your $#! + together guys, and stop letting money walk out the door cause youre too cheap to staff this place properly. End rant.

Need more fun donuts.went on Valentine's day.boring old donuts.seems like they stopped having fun.the special donuts had no icing in the middle.won't waste money on those again

4pm in the afternoon/evening on a Saturday and they have less than 5 different kinds of donuts to choose from. When asked if more were coming the answer was no. Once again it’s 4pm and they have less than 5 types of donuts with max 15 donuts in the shop with no intentions to make more for the day. Is Tim Hortons no longer a donut shop?

Habanero Chicken Bowl - Have tried the burrito version before, this is without the blanket, naked ingredients, spicy. If rice were fresh could have given in it five stars.

So sad that Tim discontinued harvest sandwich which is veggie based. It is much healthy and tasty. Hope they will bring them back in the near future.

Service acceptable. Appart from the homeless junkies are disturbing the peace, quietness and safety of others. I live in a truck myself and these people make the life of others bitter. Even themselves trouble their own soul!

Tim's used to have a much smaller menu but the food was much better. They need to train their counter staff much better and the seating layout if poor and gets quite cold when the doors open.

Nothing too crazy. Took some time, due to staff shortage but it is what it is. Coffee and wrap. Ngl their meat is tasting a lil different.

Staff are always friendly. But they need more staff. Especially how busy the location is. My second time leaving because I was on my lunch break. Went somewhere else.

I work at White Rock City Hall and my administration team has had several impressive experiences with this Tim Horton's location over the last few months, so we wanted to share our appreciation! We have had a number of events/training sessions for which we've needed large amounts of coffee and goodies. Every time we've contacted the restaurant staff ahead of time, they have been helpful in confirming our order and making arrangements for us. When picking up our orders in-store, the staff have been extremely pleasant and helpful, and our orders have been completed perfectly each time, with no mistakes. As we work in a fast-paced environment ourselves, and since we rely on food orders being consistent and timely for our events, this service has been greatly appreciated. A huge thank you to all the staff at this Tim Horton's for your great service - we will be happy to continue bringing our business your way!

The slowest Tim Hortons ever. How can there be so few employees for such a popular location? Don’t bother trying to come here on a weekend. Will take over 30 minutes. Food is good but they got to figure out the staff situation. Every other Tims I’ve been too is five times faster.
