I had activated a free coffee reward on the app prior to ordering, when I went to go use it the lady at the window refused to acknowledge that I free coffee.

So I proceeded to ask for the manager as well as the managers phone number. To which the phone number was not given and apparently Arti the manager has left for the day.

I will probably not be going back to this location as the staff were rude and disrespectful.

I asked for a extra large orange, pekoe, triple triple and I ordered a sandwich. The sandwich was great but once I got to work, I realize they didn’t even give me tea and they gave me an extra large coffee which I don’t drink but that’s not the worst part when I called back, they were trying to tell me that that was never ordered. All of them said that and I know I ordered there cause that’s the only Tim Hortons I go to. I told them

Went there for the person taking drive thru orders to tell me that different employees charge different prices for the exact same thing we get every morning.
Now my question is: WHY ARE EMPLOYEES STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS? My receipt says CHANGE DUE: 5 cents.
So when employees are stealing that change from customers, why are the employees looking the customers right in the eye lieing to them? Where is all the customers change going the employees from this location are stealing?
Example: 100 coffees ×5 cents (stolen) thats 50 cents the employees are stealing from customers.
Now lets be real each lecture sells thousands off coffees a day, so how much are the employees actually stealing from customers?

I had an amazing experience at this location The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my order process quick and enjoyable.

This location in general is my favourite to go to, Ive never had any issues with my food or my coffee. Very friendly staff and especially Jasmeen she is the best.

I've been coming here every morning for over a month, and I have never had a problem. Knowledgeable and more importantly, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

So basically we been in this loc multiple times just because it’s near where we work or else I would never go here. They are not even busy I don’t know why the staff mostly girls rush and while taking order they keep on saying anything else anything else. This is so annoying. I personally work in food court and I’m on drive thru and I know how it works. The fact that then Indian international students want respect and they don’t other people to treat them differently but they should also be respectful to other people I don’t why the staff acts like they own that loc because they literally do whatever.
They should get proper training or they should hire people with better experience.
They should change all the staff.

Took 10 minutes for me to order with no line and workers were sitting talking. Terrible service would not recommend unless you are in desperate need of food.

They gave me molded tomatoes! Their customer service is a 0. They are not kind and don't pay attention to orders. Live Tim Hortons bit this location is a 0!

I would highly recommend this Tim hortons. I would certainly give the credit for it to the girl Harjit Kaur working there. She was very quick to understand and take our large order and recommended us new foods to try out and then she prepared our order very accurately. Saved our time and gave us excellent service.

Very unprofessional staff! Started yelling at me while I was giving my order on drive through the reason being as English being her second language she wasn't able to understand my order.
Even she even admitted that she was just being loud and didn't think there was something unprofessional about that.

We mostly go there all the time as its near to our house but we had few bad experiences with them. First of all staff is very rude all the time. Secondly, few times we order French Vanilla and it's more water instead of coffee and last thing happened to us was we went there and ordered coffee and food and paid them but they also redeemed points which was 1300 and also charged us. When we went there and asked about it they said you should you have came the same day now we can't help you. How we could have went same day as we were heading to Whistler on long weekend. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. #SCAMMERS

I have gone out of my way to go to this Tim Hortons. They always get my order right and the coffee seems to always be freshly made. Very surprised at how great it is considering some of the other Tim Hortons that are based out of gas stations give you the total opposite experience. I enjoy this location, props to the person who runs this one.:)

The employees at this location worry way to much about the little clock on the wall so customer service and quality are very negatively affected. I would not go this location anymore if the other tim hortons were so out of my way

Don't deserve one star even. Terrible Customer service and employees are rude. The store never has items that we want to order. Management needs to be changed and employees need to be trained properly.

Walk in service is horrible. Staff tend to only focus on drive-thur leaving you standing for a long time to get served. They get orders wrong all the time and are argumentative and rude with customers. Food was cold today. Basic custom service skills unknown to these people such as never argue with customers and they are always right if you want there money. Money that pays their wages!

This branch is unable to prepare even the most basic orders. Inedible food, undrinkable drinks. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to a different Tim’s.

Constantly and consistently the WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been too. I don't know why I keep going, probably because it's 2 blocks away from my house. They make you repeat your order 4x then still don't get it right. They will ask you to pull over in the gast station for just a coffee so that they don't run up their timers. Then they will make and bring out 3 other cars orders before yours! I wish I could post the photo of the bagel my husband just ordered (supposed to be double toasted) completely squashed and burned on all the edges. These people have no concept of food or customer service
