Went to get an iced capp and asked if there was caffiene in the drink, they didn’t understand my question at all (i was very clear and had to repeat myself) and they wouldnt give me a solid answer

Somehow the girls that work here at the Walmart Tim Hortons think that a decaffeinated orange peako tea is putting a caffeinated orange peako teabag in and putting decaffeinated coffee in the same cup. Not sure what lack of training they received but clearly it is bad.

Went back to exchange it, and they did the exact same thing and a question them on it and that’s how they said they make it.

I order a 4 cheese bagel double tossed with bacon when I got the bagel it wasent double toasted and there was no bacon on it and we had paid for the bacon on the bagel

Ordered a coffee n a sleeve for the coffee. Drove to the window and paid. Then the customer service person tries to hand me the coffee with no sleeve. So I said Im sorry I don't see a sleeve on that coffee. Then the person grabbed the sleeve put it on the coffee then proceeded to blatantly roll her eyes at me. That upset me so much! I AM LITERALLY FUMING RIGHT NOW!
PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHERE THIS IS PART
OF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TIM HORTONS?
Would you like me to be as RUDE to your staff as they are to customers

Forget the second time I ordered a large cappuccino with four sugar and five extra shots of espresso and received no extra shots of espresso but was charged for them. I am getting so frustrated with Tim Hortons. They seem to just continue to grab the money and not put it into the app that is so slow, so you can't even register your points, the lapsing points from months ago aren't brought forward therefore you cannot redeem them and they continue to charge you for something that you're not receiving. Shame on you Tim Hortons Shame Shame Shame

Tend to not see people in the store as a priority, drive thru is always their top focus. Food is good but customer service can improve. Greet your customers with a welcome or hello, dont just say how you are paying.

Everytime I go through drive through, any “hot” sandwich is cold. Not buying food here no more
