Tim Hortons

I’ve found that Tim Hortons In areas with less people are typical better. Comparing this Timmy’s to the one I mainly go to, this one is better. Better food, service and people. Not the best atmosphere as it’s just a regular Tim Hortons and atmosphere doesn’t really matter. Only complaint is that there’s always a line, but that’s to be expected as it’s the only one in that area for a while

Nancy made my morning with how nice and pleasant she was and all the staff! We’re so kind.

The lady, with glasses at the drive thru was DAM rude & snotty. She should be washing dishes or cleaning bathrooms.
NOT dealing with customers, in fact she is loud and yells at you across the restaurant when you are inside.
Ordered an ice cap supreme.
NEVER before have I been charged cents for the whipped cream on top & 30 cents for the drizzle.
I called head office and was told both the drizzle and the whipped cream come with the drink & are not to be charged.
So truth is that loud rude lady with glasses scams customers & pockets some of your money.
Why the owner or manager can't see this is beyond me.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!

The cafe mocha was horrible, I didn't taste any chocolate in it at all. Also the coffee was very watery and tasteless.

By far the worst
I always get uncooked raw soggy bacon on my sandwich when i ask for no bacon its like they add more
Happened over and over won't go back!

Nothing wrong with food or service. Just not clear on what we are supposed to do.the signs say it is for truckers only to order at the counter but I must look like a trucker and my spouse was surprised they served me.idk if this is normal at other locations or just this one

My bagel was disgusting and full of butter and i watched one off the staff had her figured up her nose and never washed her hands and put the lid on my coffee and served me my food.

Awful service, the girl in the drive-thru gave attitude when we asked what kind of soup was available. She got snippy because she didn't hear one of the items ordered and blamed us. Not impressed, plus there was no food available to buy except sandwiches! Will avoid this Tim Hortens from now on.

Basically no customer service. Actually rude at drive thru. Sad times indeed. This is why I’ve stopped going to Tim Hortons.

By far the best Tim Hortons I have come across.

They are experiencing staff shortages and I have seen them close early because there is no one to work, as well as having the drive thru closed.

The staff are super friendly and very very fast.

Keep kicking butt!
