Tim Hortons

First time trying Bailey latte and it was warm and hits all the diff flavourful notes. The donuts were okay but loving the new seasonal drinks.

I go here often, and the service and quality is always ok. I would recommend going here for a snack, coffee, sandwich and more. Though, I do wish they served alternative options for more meals, as sandwiches are one of the only meal-type foods available. Overall, good quality and service. Not the best I’ve seen but I’ll keep coming here.

Shame that the owner/operator has no business sense

You're THE ONLY Tim Hortons in the westend. AND near English Bay.you turned away several people who tried to order when I was there tonight at 7: 45 PM

This is used to be one of the my go to place every time I come downtown.
Last time, I drove all the way from Abbotsford and asked if i could use the washroom. The cash lady named Komalpreet or Kamalpreet told me the customer forgot the key inside, and it's been locked.
I asked her if I could use the family bathroom. She refused to give me the key and told her that it's for the staff

Again, my husband requested if she could make an exception for me. She could tell i was in pain, and I also told her that myself. The answer was straight No.
There were no customers, and it wasn't busy. Looks like she just lacked a lot of empathy and what is considered to be called human.
I request the supervisor or the manager to talk some sense to their employee.
Such inhumane behavior. Ashamed

Atmosphere is bad because u don't have parking lot to park your car and they don't have drive thru.

You can use this one for "something is better than nothing" category.

Very small shop a bit isolated from the rest. But normal service otherwise. Limited option.

How hard is To do a small coffee double double with honey, no body focus on their jobs at this place.they don’t listen what you say. Horrible service. Timhortons should look into this and change the staff. No honey in my coffe she poured into my cup a brewed coffe with out honey. Always talk each other laugh each other. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Things definitely changed over the years and the quality shows on the products and services. Even the rewards and offers on the app suck. I am giving you a three start for the employees for the hard work, and I understand why the service isn't the greatest because of management and cut backs.not their issue. So thank you staff for working under such conditions. Hopefully you will find your Worth soon.

Usually don’t have a problem with this location but this morning I was served a mouldy sausage and egg sandwich…. Yuck

Not only the slowest tim hortans I've ever been to but they also mess up my order to frequently. I will not be going back

Everybody knows about Tim Hortons. It is a place where you can found something for quickly breakfast, lunch, coffee)

2nd time I've gotten a Boston cream with no cream inside from this location. Also they sweeped under my table whilst I was eating, not very appetizing.

Ordered cream of broccoli for take out. Arrived home and it was just water with a couple of floating green somethings. It was awful. No flavor. Like they were running out of soup and decided to add a bit more water to make it last or maybe they wanted to rinse the pot and thought "why not use the soup water for one more customer? ". I was busy and couldn't come back to complain. Soup ended in the trash.

Really Love The Staff! It's been a long time since there's no Donut shops Tim Horton's is a 1st and I think that's great to be honest with you? For Once There's Something Quick and Easy to run in for a quick coffee, sandwiche or if you have a sweet tooth? There's plenty of things to quench that as well? The staff is really friendly and kind! You have too Love that?
