The worst timhortons I’ve ever had, I ordered 2 farmers wraps with no cheese, the girl served me she put “no egg”, then put “cracked egg”, charged me 2 times for the egg, each egg costs me $1.7 and my Tim app shows I have free coffee, she do not know how to do it, and then I paid for it, and they can’t give me the receipt, tells me that they have to let me pay €15 to get paper receipt, I’ve never come to this Tim again, keep your business alive is never should be like this, I will forward this to tim Hortons management team, thanks for been like this.

The service is little slow here, but i remember the girl named sukh was really good, served me with a smile even it was busy and she was the only one at front and serving all the customers alone. Appreciate you young girl.

Service was all right but hygiene and sanitary habits of employees were poor.

Pretty small location, wasn't too busy when we went it but it took forever to get our food and drinks, but this is pretty on par for most Tim Hortons locations in Chilliwack, always slow, slow, slow.

One of the only times I visit Tim Hortons is for Camp day.would have been nice if order was correct but alas it was not. I understand it may have been some of the temp help but still needs to be checked before presenting to customer.

Stopped at the Timmies off Vedder Road, very nice young man served my my strawberry creamy chill. It was so nice to get a great smile and happy conversation with him. I wish I would have gotten his name, and recommended him for employee of the week.

I went in for an Apple fritter and ice Capp with my boyfriend and immediately had a sweet experience with the young gentlemen at the counter! We joked about how another worker took the fritters to the back and how he was just replenishing them. The worker came back out and had walnut crunch donuts with him, explaining it was his second last batch! He ended up surprising us buying us one his name was Matthew I believe! Thank you so much for this experience today

Met a friend for lunch there today and it took them almost 20 minutes to get us or order; 2 wraps, 2 drinks, 1 donut. Tables were dirty so we ate in my truck. Despite just coming off the grill, my wrap was barely warm. To top it off, they gave me coffee instead of the steeped tea I had ordered but I had already driven away so had to throw it out, wasting the money I paid for it.

I counted 6 employees in the store and only 1 working the food counter with the others literally standing around waiting to take drive-thru orders instead of helping her.

Brutal wait times, no apology, no offer to refund my money.will NEVER go back to that location.

I would give it no star if I can. Take 15 min for food and staff was not trained properly don’t mention about being rude.

Very small area.
The tables seem to be an afterthought.
Outside patio needs to be set up.

Very slow and poor service, I ordered 3 veggie and 2 steak wrap, I got that after 20-25 minutes and then they put all in one bag when I asked them which one is which wrap then they asked each other and they didn’t even know, the cashier was very rude. Overall, very bad experience.

I was listening to my phone, a woman came up to me and asked me to turn my phone down because it was disturbing her quiet time. Literally as I turn down the volume. I told him NO. It's my phone. He can't control the volume of my phone. Than the Filipino supervisor came out and was just as rude because a woman was angry my phone was playing a song. It's not like it's in a loud speaker.
I hope they don't threaten to kick people out of the store or call the police on them for listening to someone doing a dance competition on their phone.
Than he says he will ask his manager what he should DO.

This location has terrible service. There is one girl who is cooking all the food while everyone else stands around. She has good work ethic and was very fast but there were so many orders and everyone else is lazy there, especially the lady with coloured hair and make up. Not professional at all.
I will not go back to this location.

Having a TimHortons in the area is amazing, there is lots of parking space and it is in the middle of the city. It can get packed up, but the employees work very fast to get your order done. I had a drink where the cup was broken and they happily replaced the drink. Overall amazing service and food.

A lot of trainees making it very long lineup. Owner should check camera to see the amount of playing around that’s happening. To many people standing around doing nothing. Food was good

They really need to separate the new pastries.
I keep ordering the herb and garlic pastry and keep getting the jalapeno one.
3 times in a row.
Not labeled probably and the staff can't tell which is which.

This location is the worst. Always stocked out of everything. They do not serve breakfast sandwiches all day.
