Ordered a large order for my wedding the staff and service were so amazing. I also want to shout out the employee Nathan who stayed after his shift when we were running late to ensure that we got our order got to us hot and ready! Thank you so much to the amazing staff for making our wedding complete

Morning staff always has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! They have poor communication skills, they rush you to pay without greeting or telling you the total price and gets annoyed when you ask the total amount. Most unfriendly people you could deal with in a business. Horrible service…

Put rotten lettuce on my bagel belts and even though charged me they didn't give me any Chipotle sauce.

Stuck in drive thru for 17 minutes waiting for a coffee and an apple fritter.

They got the order wrong and gave me a maple dip

Manger screams at her staff. I shouldn't have to be drinking my coffee, halfway through, and know the entire staffs name and mistakes they are doing. Unprofessional environment.

Whoever is managing this location needs to revamp things to make it more productive, drive thru is too slow most of the time, stuff too careless about complaints.

Not the best Tim Hortons but better than most locations. I come here maybe five times a week and out of five they mess up my order three times. Either they give the wrong order, cold food or they mess up on a simple double double coffee. Staff is hit and miss on being nice.

Waited 20mins in the drivethru to get a sandwich i didn’t even order.this location disappoints time and time again with the morning staff.

Hands down the slowest, most disorganized tim Hortons I have ever been too, the morning supervisor is always in a panic, even when there is 10 people working in the front they can't seem to keep the line moving, have waited 20 minutes for simple orders multiple times.
Seems like they are constantly training new staff, and communication in English can be extremely difficult some days. I have been waiting almost 10 minutes for a tea, and my order was wrong yet again, definitely not the first time.

Last week ordered a English muffin barely toasted and still cold.
This week, employees yelling at each other in own language, manager even yelling then texting on her phone infront of customers.

Definitely a change in management and place went right in the gutter, bring back the old staff and run it like it used to be.this place is horrible.

Service is extremely slow at this location. If you are in a rush do not stop at this location. Food quality is normal for a Tim Hortons. Has potential to be a great location just needs to decrease their service times.

Always tons of people waiting in line right outside the door but nobody serving the cash 8 people behind the counter and I stood at the cash register for 5 minutes before somebody even asked me if I wanted something eight people outside looked inside and left

Some rude employees and getting drinks wrong. Drive-thru very slow i won't recommend if your time is limited.

They deserve no star because always they have no food and french vanilla staf is also rode with costumer very very very bad experience

Terrible service. Just wanted an ice cap. Coulda gone home and made one myself in the time it took to order, yet there wasn't a single person ahead of me!

Then, had to wait OVER 10 minutes in line to get it! Paid, and the staff disappeared for 3 more minutes before I was asked what i was waiting for.

WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Waited ten minutes in line for a French vanilla. Machine has apparently been broken for 3 weeks. No signage anywhere letting you know. Do not go here if u want a French vanilla.

Stopped for Mocha and London Fog before a road trip. No mocha available so ordered black coffee. Coffee tasted burnt / not drinkable and Tea was luke warm at best. Asked to have the tea heated in microwave and got attitude from staff. This Tim’s has gone down hill in the past two years but this time we won’t be back.

My team buys take 12 boxes 2 to 3 times per week. We take turns. We All stand and wait 10 minutes while people get their 2 dollar coffee. A take 12 is 21.00.service first would be nice.
