Rude staff, never want to serve food of any kind, even during lunch/ dinner hours. Coffee is usually good and fresh. Better off shutting this place down.

I walked in and waited 12 mins for a toasted bagel with cream cheese at a non peak time. My order was one item. Around 6 to 8 staff as well. Somehow the people who ordered a larger order after me got served first and within around 2 mins, including the exact same item I ordered, a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I have never been treated like this by a restaurant before, I have to honestly wonder if it's because I was wearing a keffiyeh. I will never patron your location again.

Really bad experience, the manager at this location not only shouts at her staff but also just threw my order on the counter with no courtesy, as she had to redo it for some reason. If you are in the service industry you cannot take out your anger towards customer

Really need to be organized, running into each other even if there is 1 customer in the store and 2 cars in drive thur and 6 people working in the kitchen.food is good tho

Asked me and other customers to move through the drive thru and pick up our food on the other side so they could pad their performance stats. I contacted corporate and said they take it seriously and would look into it, I don't believe they care either. If anyone in any drive thru asks you to this, refuse until you get what you paid for.

This is a drive-thru and walk-in location only. No dine in. It's probably not their fault but I had to wait about 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwich because they had no eggs made up. They did give me a free small coffee for my wait.

Garbage quality, consistency, and attitude. We've stopped ordering Tims to our office, as it won't let us select a different location through the app. You can always guarantee something will be missing and/or incorrect, and getting any sort of response or help from them is a shot in the dark.

Hello, your Filipina employees are extremely rude, you'll feel like she doesn't want to entertain customers over the counter, very intimidating. Its sucks, I don't want to leave a review but I felt like I need to raise awareness to the owner it happens all the time.btw, I'm a regular here.

I've gone to this Tim Hortons over the years. It has been going downhill for quite sometime. The staff do not seem to care and they are not friendly. The staff seems to change frequently. The quality of the food is not good. I've had burnt bagels given to me with no care and a blob of butter in the middle. I don't want to have to go back to get my bagel made correctly. They are more worried about getting the order out fast then the quality of it.

Used to be good but it seems like they never have more than five types of donuts, and the cashier just doesn't care. Just today she said "Hi there" and immediately began speaking to her colleague when I was about to order. She didn't even hand me my order, she just tossed it on the counter without saying anything.

It might be an understaffing or management issue, but either way I'd much rather take a 15 minute detour and go elsewhere that at least pretends to give one.

Worst customer service. People are not interested in providing customer service. Food is poorly made, more sauce on wraps and sandwiches. No care in making food either.

Worst! The chicken noodle soup is cold with just a half cut up chicken breast thrown in. Looks disgusting

Came to get a Turkey Melt it was burnt and ripped up right out if the bag. People have jobs that they come from to get Drive though and this locations has a track record of sub par food. They don't even have online refund so the person has to drive back to the location to get a refund I mean gas is $2 why would I drive 10kms to return a $12 order? This location is hands down the worst Tim Hortons location in Port Coquitlam. If the owners of the restaurant would like to reach out for a picture of art their employees produced feel free to reach out I did a photoshoot for you guys. Thanks.

I ordered a single sugar, double milk coffee, but what I got was a coffee made with cream. I really dislike coffee with cream.

Walk in service was bad enough that I went in, waited, and simply walked out. Seems similar of other reviews.
Brief eye contact with a number of employees before they quickly looked away. No offerings of hello, be right with you etc.
The drive thru was quite busy, it seems they focus more here. Which is fine, but I chose to walk my stroller and daughter here from 15 minutes away with the understanding that you can walk in and purchase.
In a world replacing everything with AI, I dearly value service. Did not get that today.

This location is very small. The staff are friendly enough but that doesn't make up for never getting my order right. Limited menu.here I like my fruit explosion muffin with coffee but they don't carry them here. Also hard to get into but even harder to get out of right turn only when leaving.

- One time the French Vanilla I ordered at the window is lukewarm. Might be sitting there for 20 mins?
