Horrible service asked 3 different times for the same hot chocolate and couldnt get it right

Drive through experience is god awful. Always make sure you check your order before leaving and don’t let them pressure you to move or you’ll be back in line for an additional 15 minutes to potentially receive half of your order corrected.

It's incredible how many times I have to repeat myself in clear English, only for the wrong thing to still be heard.

We then opt for a more expensive latte drink, only to have it made like garbage because your employees don't know the recipe. We're getting shorted.

Basic customer service skills and recipe knowledge are severely lacking.

For the extra dollar or two a drink, I really think starbucks is worth it. Much more so than timmies. It's been a steady decline in your quality of service and beverages. There's nothing wrong with the company recipes, it's the employees who are clueless as to how to make the drinks right.

Some of the workers don’t care. Was lied to about not having tea bags. The manager had to come over and tell the worker that it’s in the normal spot it always is.

Why is this Tim H. Open 24hrs a day when day never have food at night. It happened to me multiple times I got there around 2-3ak and I was told they dont have any food, buns, sandwiches nothing. Then I get to the window to pick up a coffee ans you can see the buns and breads stocked up on the top shelves. So annoying

Debit machine wasn’t working and they didn’t put up a sign. We waited for 20 minutes and then another 5 just at the speaker just to find out they can’t take debit.

Used to be the best Tim's in town. Last 4 times I've been there they have consistently messed up the orders as well as not being able to follow basic requests such as no bacon. The quality of the food and drink has diminished aswell

They can not make coffee correctly 3x now wrong item. The cream cold brews art completely different than an iced coffee! Dude argued with me! Cost more too. So they ripped me off 3x as well.

Wraps are not the advertised size not standard of the chain. 3 bites for a almost 10 bucks wrap. Total rip off

Just went in for a sausage farmers wrap, first off they made it on the snack sized wrap.and on top of it completely forgot the hash brown portion of the wrap.literally just sausage and eggs lazily folded over in a tortilla.worst location in town by far

EXTREMELY rude. Keep you waiting at the order board, so that they look efficient on the time to get your order to you except, you have been sitting at the order board for 5 minutes. This causing confusion with the line ups and sometimes two cars going before you. Awful. Will not go back. Would love to speak with the owner or manager. I was told there is No manager.

I must say this location always gets my order right. Friendly staff. Service is way better than the Tim's on the another locations.they have all the items available every time, i never got disappointed, staff is giving there best service to make me happy and showing full effort to prepare my order without any wait time!

Best Tim Hortons in the town, I visit everyday in the morning and they delivered the best service every time. So proud of the staff working so hard to make our day. WELL DONE GUYS.

I can see the girls that worked morning shift on July 16,2023 at this location is at the verge of ruining this franchise. They are very rude, they verbally called me a liar because they served me a hot French vanilla in 26 degree weather which I clearly Stated I wanted a large ice Capp. I told the girl that I wanted an ice Capp not French vanilla. She argued with me telling me to accept my mistake. She said to me “you are a liar” I told her like 3 times at the window that I wanted a large ice capp, she made me a mediun ice capp. I was exhausted as the 3 - 4 girls ganged up against me by calling me liar and laughed at me then shut the window at me. (They spoke the same dialect so it was easy for them to gang up against me) Other customers were waiting in line because they collaboratively argued with me wasting customers time. One of the girls said she knows me well because i come there everyday for breakfast.
Even if i made mistake with my order, they are not loyal to their customers considering i spend my money at this location all the time. I felt humiliated by this girls and i drove off. Me, family and friends are definitely not going back there.

This is my favorite Tim hortons. They have the politest, friendliest and best trained staff.
