Slow very rarely get your order right even when the location is empty be prepared to wait atleast 20mins for even a coffee

horton i ever visited … I ordered bowl nd rice was as cold as took out from fridger and directly served and got no chipotle with veggies as i payed for that

I ordered 4 bday cake timbits. While I was ordering the girl sais 'ok drive ahead'. Like, I'm not even done ordering. I mean this is your job, while I am still ordering she just goes drive ahead. I really dislike this tim horton. Before that I once got a boston cream donut without filling. I think they should rehire the staff. Also if I could give 0 star I DEFINITELY would. Also i think they changed the sprinkles for the bday cake timbits. Or maybe it's just for this tim horton.

Update: I recently visited one of your locations and was disappointed with the quality of the food. Specifically, I found the bread in my sandwich to be extremely hard and difficult to chew. It felt like I was trying to eat a piece of wood rather than a sandwich. Additionally, the Timbits I ordered tasted old and stale, leaving me with an unpleasant aftertaste. As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I hope you can take steps to improve the freshness and quality of your food products in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Maybe if the girl working the drive thru at 7: 30pm on Friday night took her airpod out of her ear and actually listened to us place our order, she wouldn’t have forgot to put sugar in my tea which saw me driving 5kms back to the store to ask for a new one. She kept saying “sorry I can’t understand you” but was talking on the phone when we were paying and she was making our drinks….

I had a ice vanilla iced coffee and it was too good as there is a good rep there her name is harsimran she makes great coffee as well as food and she customises as per your preference and i was so happy thanks to her.

I find staff rude and rush you through the drive through. Again today I got the wrong order. I got Coffee and milk in my tea.

How can they get it wrong so much?

They are awful

Stood there 10 mins they kept serving drive through because they had a timer there very disappointed

Consistently garbage coffee and food.go to another tims.i don't know how you get your coffee to be so sour every single day.

Why is there no tomato in the Roast beef cheader? Besides, the lettuce is not clean. The price of roast beef cheader is the same without tomatoes.

I went here 10 minutes before closing (9: 50) just to get some coffee and stood there till 9: 58 and nobody came up front to take the order. At 9: 58 after knocking on the front order thing for like 8 minutes one girl with a broom standing behind the counter told me that we are closed and that same girl saw me and my friend like 2 -3 time while I was waiting to get served. I thought this Tim might have a policy of not serving customers after a certain time to get it clear I called in and the girl who took call replied that we don't serve after 9: 57 I respect that if they don't. I asked her I could talk to a manager but there was none available so will be calling in tomorrow to report that. That is seriously ridiculous.

I went here and I literally waited for 10 mins at the front counter and they weren’t busy at all. The employee saw me but still didn’t asked me or told me to wait. A very bad experience to be honest!

I ordered the new croissant breakfast sandwich.they said they didn’t have sausage so i asked for a plain croissant.the staff asked me if i wanted the bacon one instead and i clarified i don’t want the sandwich anymore, just a plain croissant.went to the window and paid for it only to see she gave me the weird croissant for the sandwich.i came back and i said i asked for the plain croissant to which she replied “u SAID plain” …. I asked specifically for the plain one lol.then she said “can i have the other one back” after i had already opened and touched it.looks like she put it back with the other croissants for sandwiches.very strange interaction and bad service

Just looting people under tim hortons name 10 dollars chicken bowl half full with few sprinkles of chicken
quantity should be enough for 1 person at least

I went there to pick up a order.i couldn’t able to stand there for a second.it was smelling so weird. Floor was dirty and sticky. Flies were there.sitting on the food. Even there were a lot of staff members but still have to wait for an order more than 10 minutes. Unorganised staff.

Needs more employees, they prioritize drive thru and left the customers in the front waiting in line.

Quick and attentive staff lead this to be a wonderful experience for me during my most recent visit! Location is a little small but the convenience is second to none!

I went there many times every time they disappoint us, If I talk about coffee each and every time they make it untasted, Today I ordered 3 coffee’s there is no sugar in it, how many time more you guys are goona do this. Please do you job properly.

Never go to this tim hortans, your order will be wrong no matter how many times they make you repeat it to them, the food is horrible. Avoid at all costs, go across the street to the esso with tim hortans, much better!

This place said 10 minutes for wedges made us wait over 30 minutes and didn't even fill the cup!

You know the moment that it is cemented in your memory why you stop doing something or going somewhere? Today was that day for me at Tim Hortons and this was the location that did it for me.

It was for me the realization that the quality is poor and overpriced. I ordered an iced coffee and there was a very distinct separation between the water and the cream. Heavy cream was floating above a layer of water. There was no coffee flavor - just heavy cream. I received a drink of iced cream. It was so disgusting and my tummy hurt, I couldn't keep it.

The prices were different (more) than advertised on their screen menus. I pointed it out and they dismissed it as they hadn't updated it yet.

Finally, I had an apple fritter and this will be the last time I will ever go to Tim Hortons for a donut. It was small and dry.

I was originally going to drive to Gourmet Donuts in Walnut Grove and I regretted not doing that.

So, Tim Hortons on 200th and 72nd, you did it for me. I no longer ever desire or crave your donuts and your iced coffees. I won't be returning, to this location, and likely no Tim Hortons again because your donuts aren't good anyway.

Let's face it, if you are going buy coffee, McDonald's has the best hot and iced coffee. If you want a donut, Safeway/Save-On/Krispy Kreme/Gourmet Donuts are all way better options.
