There’s open drug use outside every single day. I’ve seen addicts using right in front of children walking by.

I feel bad for the staff (mostly women) because they do a good job and it seems pretty unsafe.

Wish the Vancouver/BC legislature would stop this madness— it can’t be safe.

Pretty good usually. Definitely were "pushy" today.
On my order of donut, wrap, Iced Capp they asked for flavouring in the drink. Which I said no because it would probably add a buck or something. They asked for cheese and I said sure, curious about the cost. Turns out 2 slices of craft singles are $1.20, damn.
If they just streamlined the in & out I'd say 5/5.
But let's do 3/5 by today.

They said it would be a 5min wait while they brew fresh steeped tea. Then why is my tea only Luke warm if it's freshly brewed?

Farmers wraps keep getting smaller, only about 4" long.what a joke Tim Hortons has become

The staff are very patient and skilled at dealing with undesirable patrons. It's a shame our society can't help the substance abusers more.

The staff are quite rude and dont seem to care, and being some who visits all the tim hortons downtown almost everyday I can say this one is the worst. All the other tim hortons at least I get a smile but here everytime you can feel the misery! Maybe it's cause they deal with junkies on the regular but jeez! It's constantly dirty and smelly and if you want to use the toilet better to hold it in. The Robson/ Jervis one as well as the Dunsmuir one have great staff and are much cleaner.

The truth is the time that some of the staff did not attend me and they looked at me ugly because I did not know what I was going to order and there was someone ahead yelling all the time

The mocha coffee tasted burned. No whipped cream was added as payed for and unfortunately I drank the yucky coffee and it upset my stomach all day.
How can you burn coffee?

I asked for large iced coffee in my mug but the refill was much less than a medium cup… that was weird ️

I went today at this Tim hortons first time
I have ordered veggie lime wrap.
I don’t know the name of the girl who have made that wrap for me.
But I can say she had made the wrap from her heart.it’s very delicious, perfectly baked.

Horrible service from the 2 South Asian female workers there.

Came into the store around 10pm on 7/23. Workers were all giggling and having a good time chatting to each other (fine- no problem).

But when it was time to get our order. They continue having side conversations (WHILE taking our orders), they forgot and asked again. They continue to socialize (taking our order, but then suddenly stopping midway to talk…then going back and forth mid order). Then they forgot and asked us again…

They also were screwing up our order each time. Had to tell these girls our order 3 times before they actually get it right.

What kinda people are you hiring?

Is always full but the team tries their best, the service is good, there was a lack of Tim bits when I arrived but they came fresh ones after 5 minutes.

I always come on this store while going to my university everyone is really cooperative. Chandan a team member on this location she is soo good kind team member here…. She treats soo good ….

I go here often its a Tim's no drive thru everything else is fine but sometimes slow service or forget to make it altogether. Make sure u ask for ur receipt

I am extremely furious! I asked for two bagels, why are they so tiny? I asked for two fruit explosion muffins. They gave me one fruit explosion in my order so I asked them that I ordered one more. They said I only ordered, printed the receipt and saw I ordered two. So they gave me another one, but it is blueberry NOT FRUIT EXPLOSION. I ordered a bagel belt, but it has NO SAUCE. To my definition of bagel belt, it must include SAUCE! Please take this feedback and apply ASAP

Worst timies experience in my entire life I don’t know if the lady who was supposed to take my order was drunk or just dumb I had to repeat myself 4 times and she still ringed the order inn wrong, I had to correct her again. It wasn’t even busy or loud in there so I’m not sure what was going on. Then my order came food was burned and undercooked at the same time … no words will not go back there

I bought potato wedges today & its worse & disscusting taste ever, i think they gave me expired wedges. After eating 2-3 i had to throw all & got stomach pain. Called the store 2 times & left voicemail but no reply. Not a good customer service in store aswell.

I have been a regular customer of Tim Horton for over 10 years. Donuts tasted weird today, this location has full Indian employees that stand around and speak punjabi to each other, slow service, and now the quality of food has gone down. I just don't understand how management allows something like this.

Worst experience ever. I went there at 3: 30 am. Nobody was open the door for 10 min. There was a lot of their friends without uniform. They were talking with each other and did not response to the customer.

Food was as expected from Tim's. But when I was trying to enjoy a meal in peace one day and some one walled up to my table and ask for spare change then moved to another table and proceed to ask everyone in the restaurant. Another time a customer at another table was cussing every second word, not a good place for family or kids.

Is it just me or has timmys gone down hill.
It's like the cashiers are not listening. I had asked how much a cin bin was.and decided on chocolate chip muffin she rang it all in.
Another time asked for cinabun and double double.
Got my coffee and she us already serving the next person in line and still waiting for my cinbun this occurs so many times for me.the service has also become slower and why have they stopped serving sandwiches at 8pm? And other places you can and the 24 hr ones have no product
Yeah everyday I'm thinking how unhappy timmys is making me.

I am requesting the owner to make some changing with staff and tell them their job and how to handle the consumer because last night i really need coffee during my shift. They were totally ignoring me. I was standing at door for a long time. They were talking to some boys inside.its really disappointed because they give response to me after taking a long time. I was standing there with couple of more customers.

Only place on Skip the Dish that doesn’t mess your order up. These people are grinders. Fast and consistent Canadian classics every time ;)

This location don't know how to toasted begal.i always order double toasted but begal always not properly cooked.they give always cold begal with butter.

I love Tim hortons, but this location gave me a rude service ever from employees. My order was forgot to make but no one would like to ask what I am waiting for. Another time, I was waiting, then asking for my order, the staff was too easy to show angry face and voice! I have no idea which way the staff want!

Coffee and egg+sandwich taste like Dunkin‘s in the states

The only good thing is the price point. The staff at this location is not that hospitable. Lastly, the place is not that clean as well.

Worst Tim Hortons service. Worst staff. I work as a cab driver and we need to use Washroom and every time we go their and they say it’s out of order. Can the management take action and fix it as it is out of order for almost 2 months and people need to wash hands and use washroom.

Very rude staff and very bad customer service! Tim Hortons should choose a better staff! I wish they could closed this location instead the one on Granville! Never going back to this location

This is the only tim which open 24 hours in downtown Vancouver. Night staff is really rude and non cooperative. Oh Man they have attitude problem and needs some attention from the management.

Rating this a 1 star because I can't rate any lower.service is still just slow and terrible, stop taking so many orders and actually start making orders, and maybe stop training newbies during the busy morning rush

I work across the building and usually get my office orders done here but the kind of behaviour that I have experienced yesterday noon from an employee has never experienced before. She was literally annoyed and making faces if I asked her to make a drink specifically. Girl, you need to be polite as that is your job to give best customer service experience.

First I wanna be clear; not all TH's have the same level of professionalism. But the one I went to recently, was and is always very rude. I don't know if they just don't like me. But I seen them be just as rude with other customers. So unless you're a TH addict, the trip there isnt worth it.

Worse customer service ever. Girl working there was rude. I ordered some food but then cancelled my order after I was refused to use washroom. There was a sign 'for customer use only'

The staff are ignorant towards most of the clientele. There lazyness makes the clients suffer. " The bathrooms are out of order". A direct lie.

Not the best location. Staff are rude to people and make a lot of mistakes on orders. When I asked them to make my coffee the way I ordered it, I got attitude. I guess nobody told them that the customer is always right.

Staff is friendly and it's usually very clean here. Only thing is that the kiosk are not on (maybe because of covid)

Like everything in the downtown core its been a tough year on covid. I'm not sure how they deal with all the things that happen in there. They should be banging the pots and pans for them. The staff still is pleasant and courteous. Some real hero's

The number one place, for a really great cup of coffee for when you need to start your day plus, the service is always warm and very polite too. I'm a regular here now.

Nice place. Good arrangements. Quick service. Accurate order fulfilment. Pretty much a decent Tim Hortons experience. The space is huge and the location very convenient for downtown travellers.

Staff is incompetent and maybe don't understand English, ask them to use the washroom then they don't hit the button to unlock

Cleanliness of the shop is very very bad. I was shocked by the facility's condition and the quality of service. People working there dont seem to care much. The coffee tasted awful very disappointed for a franchise they should be controlled for quality and consistency.

Worst customer service. Staff doesn’t even care about the customers, no sense of urgency, and talking with each other in theirs language and take long time to do their job. I had to wait more than 15min to get my coffee. Cleanliness of the shop is so bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone even just for a coffee.

I'm a longtime Tim's customer but the quality of coffee and service seems to be going downhill in my opinion.

This Tim Hortons is the worst. The staff take forever to take your order (even when no one is in the store) and never can make a drink consistently. I’m super disappointed at the quality and service at this location and will not recommend it to anyone.

Three consecutive visits now they have tried to charge me for extra bacon on a breakfast sandwich - when I didn't ask for it.
Same thing just happened to a coworker of mine, while I watched the screen as he ordered. I told him they'd charged him extra.
Got his "extra bacon" breakfast sandwich, TWO PIECES of bacon, not 4 as it should be.

This is some shady stuff upper management should be looking into - I don't know if employees are purposely overcharging and pocketing the money, or what, but for this to happen on 4 consecutive orders between 2 people, that's not a coincidence.

Straight up stealing.

Food was great loved it and my order was right and really fast service. Place was nice and clean.

I love this place! It is tasty and you can find variety of food. Sometimes the staff is a little bit rude, but nothing that can affect.

This is my location when I need coffee. Recently, this place has remodeled and the outcome was beautiful. I noticed 98% of the crews here doesnt know how to smile and say thank you/you're welcome.

I ordered regular coffee but it tasted like double double and I asked to change it but the lady was unhappy to assist an unhappy customer.

The Coffee was ok but the place looked somewhat dirty and the staff seemed uninterested in providing any kind of customer service. I may return here one day (if I can't find a better Coffee shop)

Love this place, no matter which store you visit the food is always consistent. The blueberry old fashioned donuts are AMAZING, we always go looking for Tim Hortons every time we visit Vancouver. We can hardly wait to visit them again.

Pretty standard Tim Hortons. Good food. But the lack of hygiene makes it a pick up and go place. Not very nice environment to stay and enjoy.

Really like the new renos! Looks much cleaner and more modern. Fast service and good value. The new Nutella croissants are amazing!

Everytime I go to Vancouver or Toronto, I make a point to stop by and get a hot cocoa and some Tmbits. Love 'em!

The place is alright. But they didn't have any functional toilet which was a big inconvenience.

All that needs be said is Tim Hortons got rid of their coffee supplier and got a new one not as good McDonalds picked up their old supplier and is awesome

Well I forgot my purse on the table and had walked about a block and a half before I realized this. But, surprise surprise it was still there, sitting right where I left it, so that was amazing. The bad part of the visit was what I ordered. Which used to always be excellent. But the last 2 times I got the Tim Hortons version of a chocolate milkshake (a chocolate chill I think they are called) they were pretty skimpy with the chocolate. This defeats the whole purpose of me ordering one, because they are kind of pricey. Worth the price if made properly though.

Maybe it’s me but I am always stuck in a 10mins line here. Always only see one person at the counter. Avoid it around 11am. It’s bad!

Good customer service during the day, but towards night time staff are rude, don't take orders well, and by graveyard shifts staff are very rude, close the store early, when is supposed to be 24 hours?
Would go to this location during mornings, but aweful customer service between 7 pm and 5 am

Slow service but I can't blame them.two people can't provide decent service for 10+ people in 10 mins.

Usually out of stalk of most doughnuts and baked goods.also, it doesn't have any outlets to charge your phone or laptop which is kind of a nice amenity to in a 24h coffee shop

But The last night on Sunday was worst
The night staff I don’t know how was she a girl talking oder at 12am. I thinks she needs to know about customer service and should take care of her behaviour
Not wanna say more about her way of taking oder and giving oder to me don’t know about other experience

Manager or part owner (usually works in back as Baker early mornings) is very rude.

This is the only tim Hortons I've ever had 1 foot out the door and turned around to return product after comments made by this staff.

Coffee is often stale, but what do you expect from a franchise that can't write down brew times on the pots.

The place of my favourite foods and coffee.the staffs are very hospitable and I am grateful to their honesty.last time I went there and lost my wallet with my credit/debit cards, although I wasn’t sure that I lost it at this place. The next day they returned it to me with all of the documents. Thank you team Tim.
