Been going to this restaurant for years. Would have to say it's one of the fastest tummies I've seen

This location has honestly gone down the drain in terms of quality since right before the pandemic. The orders are always messed up in some shape or form, whether it's the omission of ordered items or the complete mishandling of actually ordered items. I've gotten lettuce in my ice cap, a piece of onion in my iced coffee, food poisoning from their chipotle sauce, and grinds in my coffee. I know the staff is probably paid minimum wage and so I can respect a general disdain for work, but man does it suck going here sometimes.

A very popular place because of its location and service. Nice sitting areas and plenty of parking.

On two different occasions, I had to repeat my simple order THREE times. How hard is it to ring up one donut and a coffee? I had to repeat my order slower than the first time and when I was asked if that was it, I said “yes”. Just to be followed with “sorry, what was that? ” How many times does one have to repeat themselves here? Drive thru is always backed up even though they have 2 lines going.

First time to experience Tim Horton's. The donuts we brought were fresh and quite tasty, not as sweet as donuts in the US. Enjoyed the atmosphere as we visited our nephew and niece. My wife enjoyed her coffee as she found it to not be very bitter. Highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast.

Asked for extra sauce and putted in the computer “no sauce” repeated 3x. Before paying, I double checked and asked if they will put extra sauce in my order and cashier said “yes” and still NO SAUCE in my order!

Everything is perfect, except they need staff to cleanup, instead of focusing on running around behind the counter.

Seriously, 1/2 of the staff can be cut off, even though it is a Sunday morning at 10: 30am.

Very bad service. I did a mobile service and when i went to pick up my order. Lady working in night, she didn’t prepared my order and refused to give me food which i already paid for. Also she said that they don’t have wraps available to give and i told her to replace that with a bagel so she still didn’t prepared my food. When i asked for a refund for my order, she said that she can’t do anything with that, i have to figure it out on app and i didn’t got my money back from them. Poor service.

Hello, I have been working in confectionery for over 8 years, I want to work in Canada, do you have a free workplace?

First time I went through the drive-through I was shocked at how friendly and helpful the person was and the food the biscuits were nice and fluffy. I’ve been to other Tim Hortons Queensboro the last one that comes to mind that served me, raw twisty sticks, and cold egg sandwich For breakfast I was not happy at all. I almost stopped going to Tim’s all together but this store has brought back my faith in Tim’s. I will never ever ever go back to the one in Queensborough to that awful horrible day, old overcook biscuits, cold, egg, and raw twisties yuck.

One of the workers that was making drinks was very rude and rolled her eyes at another customer. Another one making food was being sassy. Everything else was good.

I came in on a busy Thursday afternoon and despite being very busy, the staff behind the counter were very nice, fast and professional. Arzoo in particular, made my sandwich to perfection and she delivered it with a smile.
I’m very happy with the service at this location and I highly recommend it.

I ordered a French vanilla with a little bit of coffee. I asked for 3/4 French vanilla 1/4 coffee. They gave me the opposite with 3/4 coffee and 1/4 French vanilla. When I realized at the window I asked them to correct the order but they refused. I was explicitly clear when I ordered but I guess they just don’t care.

This location is quite busy but very efficient, the line moves quickly and staff is very friendly and quick. The manager is always smiling. I also noticed that they are very kind to people experiencing temporary homelessness providing them with food and water.very kind of them.

Today I ordered 2 egg and cheese wraps but they are not good as the egg was not peeled properly.
Not a good experience with food.
