Tim Hortons

I have had terrible experiences the last few times I have been there. I wanted to try a few times before giving up on them. I am now done with this location permanently. They care more about being fast, than giving quality products or customer service.

Dont go go around dinner time. They would rather play one phones and not clean the lobby or quick to serve customers. Lady preparing food was touching coworkers' phones and there own hair with gloves, then didn't bother to change to clean gloves to continue preparing the food

I feel terrible for the workers here but i ask for xtra plain cream cheese every time and get barley anything on it so i avoid this location if i can:/

I tend to have a difficult time finding a place to sit because most of, if not all of the tables are always filthy.

Slow and very unfriendly people working there. I wasn't there recently, just drove by. Stopped going completely as the service is just unbearable. I patronize other shops now instead. My business is gone. Seems like that's common to all Tim's now. Might want to look into better training.

It is always a pleasure to return to Tim, the coffee, the donuts, in general everything is super and the best price, congratulations

Very bad service. Rude. Food was horrible and cold. Incorrect order was given to me. Do not recommend.
