This franchise needs to lose their location. It's an embarrassment to the RBI brand. I can see other reviews with multiple food quality failures, EXPIRED FOOD, customer service that never get the order right, system failures that double charge and that's the problem here today. There was a deal on the app where you can get a cookie and coffee for $3. The employee rang me up as a muffin and charged my tim card as a muffin which is more than 3 dollars. I complained and I got a switch but no change for the price difference. I had to complain to get the price difference from a muffin to a cookie. THIS STORE IS FRAUDULENT! They charge you more and when you ask for the difference in price, they do not like it. When a consumer pays for food or service, and that service or food is not rendered for the money paid, that is committing fraud! How many customers have they scammed without the customers even knowing? If tim hortons think this is false, we can go back to my app charge and my dash cam.

I’ve been coming here for years. The staff get the orders wrong consistently and immediately default to putting the blame on the customer and have a prior, argumentative attitude. Wait times are very long.
