The lady at the till was hard to understand she didn't listen to what I had wanted and when I told they still made me the wrong rice wrap

Love this place. Always good food and friendly staff. Never had a bad order or to long of a wait

The bailey's drink for 3.99cad tasted awful, watery and not the standard I expected. I believe the milk or whatever was used wasn't right.

Went at 6pm no cookies, 6 choices of doughnuts, no pastries and 2 types of bagels.
Had the steak Chipotle bowl.

Store needed a cleaning. Little things on floor and tables. I can see if they were busy but one other couple in store. Unacceptable.
And too top it off we order the new salad bowl and they didn't have the right ingredients. Off day I guess.

Dirty tables. Poor careless service with "don't care" attitude. Out of lettuce and refused to even think or consider substitutions. However, more or less tasty food though.

They don't know how to make a sausage on a bagel with cheese & lettuce. The staff needs some coaching

Awful hit and miss service where if you are waiting to make an order good luck they can care less unless you in drive-thru. Go here often enough to know if there is 2 people or more in line its a waste of time stopping. These guys need to learn how to deal with in orders and drive through in a professional manner.

I'm surprised no one is complaining about the coffee here. It tastes watered down. Every time i get a regular coffee (1 cream, 1 sugar) it tastes like boiled cream. One day i decided to get my coffee black to see if it was any different, and sure enough the coffee itself is very watery. And to be clear, this isn't a one off experience. I get a coffee from here everyday. The employees aren't even trained to make a pot of coffee here. There is next to no quality control when it comes to the coffee at this location. I've been here in the morning, the evening and during after hour and the coffee tastes watered down 9 out of 10 times. It's consistently terrible.

This review of five stars is not for the Tim Hortons. It is for Mehak and Mehak alone - she seems to be the only person in the store, who knows how to smile and be pleasant and seems to be happy to be at work and makes me want to come back.

Worst tim's i've ever been to. Always waiting 5+ mins even if it's a drink and donut.always have at least one item in my order that's completely wrong.they never have hashbrowns during the morning and instead of telling me they put 2x the egg in my wrap.absolutely nasty.do not take my money if you can't give me what i ordered or offer a discount.i don't blame the staff, they need better management/ training.

Employees seemed miserable and were incredibly rude. I went through the drive through and parked to eat, and notice I was missing an item, and an item was made wrong. Employees lied and said they delivered the missing item to my car after I parked, which was not true. I wouldn’t waste my time or my money at this location again.

There’s three people and I stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order

I am so incredibly disappointed with the service here. Almost every time I have ordered here they have gotten something wrong. On top of that either their espresso machine or scanner is down. There is a complete lack of any organization between the team members and the service is so slow. I don’t understand why they can’t seem to get things right? I’d go to any other Tim Hortons but this is the closest one to my house and sometimes I don’t have time/want to make coffee at home. I really wish they could figure things out.

I ordered a vanilla ice latte and I got a drink with barely any vanilla flavour with just the double cream and sugar as I ordered. Worst experience ever had at a tim horton in canada.
