Tim Hortons

They had a decent selection of doughnuts when we visited and the staff were surprisingly friendly for a timmies.

I travel extensively throughout western Canada and visit Tims frequently. This location is the worst I have been to. Rude staff, messy/dirty, food prepared is a challenge to eat. Whomever manages this place should be under the eye of the Tim’s company. Wake up, not hard to keep a store clean and be nice to people.

THIS IS THE WORST TIM HORTONS I have ever been to. The lady at drive thru had no customer service skills. Within my order I asked for two cups of water for me and my dog and I was given two cups of hot water. I asked to give different cups of water because the water was very warm. The lady looked annoyed and argued that it was room temperature. Then why is the cup warm lady. She offered me ice instead of two new cups of water. Even with the ice the water was still really warm and even my dog would not drink it. We had to go somewhere else to get water. For something this simple it shouldn’t be that hard. Also was felt rushed when I was ordering at drive thru. Unbelievable, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Worst service, always rude and disrespectful, always rush you, don’t let you finish your order

Stood there for 5 mins at counter before they took my order. Walked away assuming I’d be with card then came back 2 mins later and said in a rude tone “your card declined”. I said I didn’t wish to pay with card and I have cash.also been waiting here for 3 sandwiches 15 mins at this point and they still aren’t ready

I wish I could give 0 stars. Girls are terrible. No service mind at all! Will never come back here.

For two days in a row my coffee cup and lid smelled like perfume. I bought one for a colleague today and she was overwhelmed by the smell, she had to throw the lid out and pour her coffee into another cup.

Worst Tim horton there was no one ordering but I still have to stand in front of the counter and wait for 5 minutes until someone actually started taking my order.
I said ice capp without cream, i meant no cream on top but there was no cream at all it was just iced black coffee I know it's part of my fault but the service is still terrible.
There was tons of garbage on the ground and chairs every where. When my orders are finish no one said anything and it was just sitting on the counter, really expected more.
