Tim Hortons

This location have terrible staff. Drive-thru closed. The staffs alway talking too much when customers waiting for drink

I don’t expect too much at Tim hortons but this was just not good. It was like I insulted her when I asked if one of the items could be warmed up (on the menu is says served warm). Service was sour luckily the food was ok once they got it right.

These people are slow like snails they are disinterested in having any motivation to make your order in a timely fashion, they might as well be sleeping, they are disconnected.it took 10 minutes to get a tea and I was the only customer in line.

Helena working their is so hardworking she was managing a busy environment all by her self and making all the order correct as well. She definitely need a raise for amount of hard-work she put on.

This place seems to never have anything ready in the morning and the drive through is often closed.

I paid 6.50 for a ham & cheddar sandwich but instead I got a soup bun without lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce. Totally ripped me off.

Asked for a 50 pack of assorted Tim bits and they gave me all all one kind, menu is missing half the items on it. Your better off going to the McDonald’s, I’ve never had an issue there

I ordered a coffee and a breakfast wrap with no cheese, but they put cheese on it. I don't understand how hard it is to not add cheese. This is a common problem I find going to certain locations. Very unhappy with my order

I've stopped about 7 times over 2 months and they are never serving food. Today I sat in line for 15 minutes just to be told "were not serving food" they never put a sign up saying so or change the menu board to say so. After waiting 15 minutes to order and be told no, now I'm stuck waiting for the two people infront of me to get their coffee, another 5-7 minutes. 20 minutes wasted. Do yourself a favor, skip timmies go to McDonald's or one of the many awesome places next door.

Constantly out of high traffic items, usually mess up my order in someway shape or form. Zero customer service willing to make the customer happy or fix the problem.

Worst Tim hortons service I’ve ever experienced, not even one employee speaks fluent English… The owner should think about putting some pride in their business.

I order decaf tea every time and have them repeat it back to me due to sensitivity and they give me the regular full caffeine every time and I have to throw it out.

This location constantly struggles to make basic menu items with care. Would not waste money going here. Half the items on the menu are not available. Owner needs to commit to Making this location functional and up to Tim Hortons standards or sell it to someone who cares. For such a high volume location, this store should be capable of providing half decent service.

My son had the end of the whip cream bottle in his hot chocolate! Thankfully he noticed it and didn't drink it without the lid on which could have caused him to choke.
