Tim is going down hill you can never get your ice coffee the same either dark or they don't put the vanilla in it

Went in to the store to get some food for my family. It was -40 out today and not a single car in the drive through. Few people making skip/door dash orders but 3-4 ppl leaning on the counter waiting for something to do. Got food home and my coffee tasted like it had been on the burner for hours, time has a new pot every so often system, it should not taste like that. Second my soup had missing the salt and pepper, all this on a normal day would be excusable. But on a day when ppl are standing around i expect a level of quality.

Very polite and accurate fast. Some cashiers are super polite and smile at you. Others are just trying to get thru the day
