Staff is always freindly always working hard even under pressure if their short staffed. Accuracy for orders always 90 -100% Food is always fresh when received. Sometimes their out of certain doughnuts by noon but theirs always something else to choose from. A great Place to meet freinds and family

The staff are very rude and judgmental, especially to people who look like they may be homeless and may possibly have substance abuse issues or mental issues. I've been absolutely disgusted in what I have witnessed and how cruel the employees have been, and this is 99% of the time I have been there. Their customer service is the worst out of all the Tim Hortons in Cowichan Valley, with the Tim Hortons beside McDonalds following closely behind with the same negative issues. I still go to these places because I love the coffee, so I put up with the disrespect I have witnessed and received myself several times. Why do i go back? Strictly because I love their coffee and convenience.

5: 30 am, June 29th 2023. Horrible customer service. By far the worst. Ordered a coffee yesterday with two sugar only. They added cream which I’m allergic to. Told them this morning but we got an attitude, pulled up to the window and all of them were laughing. I get to work and figured out why. Had a sip of my coffee and tasted the cream. Used to be the best location.

Waited 15 minutes to be served by someone who kept sighing and clearly didn't want to be there. Gave me a cold item from the front display and then turned his back on the customer waiting behind me.

Going off on what other reviews are saying, I do think the service is slow. However, there is a mass wave of low employment and short staff in BC, so that I can understand

Going off on food, the chicken can by dry sometimes, but other then that it's pretty tasty chicken, especially their cravable chicken sandwich. Their drinks are always good. I've never had a poor tasting drink but, how can you mess up about ice capp anyway?

My only complaint is that the kind of food they have at different times of day differ. However, I see this as a positive, because it means that the food is INDEED fresh

If you're passing by the Duncan plaza, this is definitely a spot you shouldn't skip if you enjoy coffee

I usually go to dine in and I think they are good at keeping a steady pace and the staff is friendly

This tins is very slow both drive thru and store front, avoid at all cost.
Needs better workers or managers

Line ups can take awhile.maune BC's it's such a popular one. But still.clean nice staff.

Perhaps you close before you start cleaning the grill and then say can not make sandwiches not because your out of product but because you have started cleaning.worst Tim Hortons so far.

Service at this location is terrible. I live a few blocks away and you would think this would be my go to location. I have gone thru the day a few times and I'm lucky to get my coffee in less than 5 min. Inside just don't do it m twice I waited for 10 min then walked out. With one person in front of me who ordered a coffee. Yesterday went to pick up a prepaid order of the bulk coffee and tea. 15 min before any one acknowledged I was even there. Is there a manager here. If so where are they. I go to Tims every day at other locations and never wait this long

At 2 Timmy's, very slow service. Young staff just standing there. After ordering my bagel I actually had to ask them to do it. A staff asked my friend what language she speaking after she asked for a serviette (napkin). I think in general, the young staff need to be trained alot better.

8/10 times gets the orders wrong.
Even when I called about my order being wrong they remade it and was still wrong.
Gave up coming to this location a year ago thought the service would have been better but I was wrong.

They have to get better at cleaning their garbage, and disinfecting them as well.

Saw an ad for the crispy chicken sandwich which said was cooked fresh. Sounded great. It was made with 2 very overcooked chicken strips that had sat for a time. The chicken was tough and hard to chew. Very disappointed. Had taken home to eat and didn’t want to travel back to the restaurant. Won’t order again. My partner enjoyed his beef sandwich

Delicious coffee, cold hash round and biscuit sandwich, usually its pretty good so I go when its not busy to get food prepped better

Overall Timmy's is excellent.only problem is they still owe me $10 when the staff missed my curbside orders.thumbs down timmy

I love Tim Horton's but this location is always the worst. Staff isn't very friendly. And orders are wrong, a lot.

My girlfriend made an order, scanned her rewards card and was supposed to get a free drink, yet was still charged anyways for the full amount, unaccountable service, this is not the way to get a customer to want to come back again.

Like always pretty much any Tim Hortons stores are there always good always great services are who's pretty quick I went through the drive-thru

Ordered the beyond meat sausage lettuce and tomato.first they gave us wrong ones then they didn't seem to know how to make them, they asked 3 staff members what goes on it. Also the person making them never did a glove change and was moving bacon strips in the middle of making them.if you like what is advertised as vegan food actually vegan beware of this tim hortons, they don't seem to understand how it works.this review is for this one location and don't let it scare you off trying it somewhere else, I've ordered it at a few and they all knew proper protocol when making the vegan one

Fast, fast, and did I say fast? Always happy and friendly staff, and extremely fast.

I order the same thing every single time and get something completely different every time. It’s not clean. The staff seem to have no clue what they are doing. Waited 45 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese before when there was only 1 other customer in the store. They had someone in training on till and she didn’t tell them she took orders and needed the food to be made and no one else checked on it so myself and the other customer were left waiting while the staff stood around and talked and took the few drive through orders that they got. It’s also in a not so great area so not the best place to be later in the day.

Ordered a party pack of Timbits through the drive through for Grandson's ball team.nothing but stale cake Timbits, no selection at all. Very disappointing.

Normal service levels for the time I visited~~10: 15 PM
Two clerks on. One took care of car service. I had come inside this time, but still took 10 minutes as one customer above and priority was drive through, with the inside clerk helping car service. Next time I'll drive thru too

Fabulous place to go I always feel at home at Tim's good food good coffee and tea good company huy'ch q'u meaning thank you in the Hul'q'umi'num language of Hwulmulh Quw'utsun who live here and make Quw'utsun Valley such a beautiful place to live and to visit.

Everything was as expected. Only disappointment was the two washrooms are single stall and entry has to be provided by staff.

Poor service witch is sad because I know some workers there do there best and managers are really snappy and find it completely rude when your trying to explore and they start going off to each other in different language was very offended.

Most definitely a great place for breakfast lunch and dinner, a casual place to hang out for beverages like coffee, tea and hot chocolate and so fourth.

Love this location. Staff are friendly and polite. Orders are filled promptly, and so far with no errors. Recently renovated, this makes for an excellent stop when in Duncan.

My general level of satisfaction with Tim Hortons has been on the decline for some time and my last visit wasn't any better nor did I expect it to be. Service levels are still on the decline, prices are increasing as usual and more often than not items I would consider ordering are out of stock. In general the franchise is in my opinion on the decline and while I still favor their coffee I'm becoming more and more willing to adjust my habits accordingly. I encourage everyone to boycott Tim Hortons until such time as they have improved service levels and reduced prices.

I just drive through to get a kids meal for my kid. The drink options are juice or milk. I chose milk because that's what I got yesterday. The server at the window said that milk was not showing up on her screen. So they wanted to charge me extra for milk. I agreed, but said that I expected to get whatever drink came with the meal as well, since I was paying for it. This seemed to be more than the staff at the window could handle. We waited and waited with no resolution. Finally we just drive through without getting anything. Needless to say, we won't be stopping here anymore.

I go here VERY RARELY for convenience of location. They frequently get my order wrong, and most of the time I only order a coffee. It is the same every time and I either get no honey or honey that isnt stirred into the coffee and eventually end up with a mouthful of it. My husband who works in Duncan no longer goes here for the same reason. I would rather spend $5 for coffee at Starbucks than get coffee I didn't order.
There is one or two staff members that are very friendly, most don't smile or barely look at you.

Slowest Tim Hortons in Duncan. I've been the only person in line before and waited more than 10 minutes to be served. There was only one car in the drive thru and even if it was busy that's not a valid excuse. They need to have staff on both drive thru and lobby. They just kept walking by me and there were more than 5 people on staff. A few of the employees were actually staring at me while talking. I guess they were trying to decide who would take my order? !? Rock, paper, scissors?
Another time I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich (while other people after me were getting their orders) and had to ask four different employees because they kept 'forgetting'. They were like "Ok. It'll be right up" and then would go off and do something else.

Then on the flip side I've been in there and had literally JUST walked up to the display case to see what they had.and within a few seconds (not exaggerating) I get the freaking lady at the till loudly tapping her fingernails on the counter. Tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap! I look up at her and she's got this huge scowl on her face. Excuse me? I'm spending my money here so I can take a minute to decide what I want thank you!

Also they never seem to have much available after 7-8. Obviously people and families come in there and clean the store out around dinner time so why don't they make extra? They know that this is a very busy location. Beverly and Drinkwater doesn't seem to have this issue.

However a few employees that work there that are very nice and good workers so that's why I'm not giving one star. In particular this one Filipino lady and an older First Nations lady are always super friendly. If I could rate their service I would give them 5 stars.

Tim Hortons was my only choice for coffee for many years however the lack of selection and ever growing prices and general lack of service has given me grounds to reconsider. As usual I was disappointed.

Wait 10 minutes in line to get my order wrong.
Storefront workers couldn't care less, look directly at people waiting and run off without helping clear the line.

Really friendly and helpful. Got the wrong order in the drive thru of another location and they were more than happy to give me the correct one

Worst Tim Hortons on the Island, I am a hard working graveyard shift worker and 3 times in a row now they refuse to brew a fresh pot of dark roast for me, 3rd time just tonight on my way to work, I will not do any more of my $250 - $300 worth of business there any more.
Always treated right at Tim Hortons in Mill Bay, my advice go here instead.
