Gross.ordered via door dash. Breaky sandwiches ice cold, donuts rock hard. Not a good experience at all.

This is the worst tim hortons I’ve ever been to, definitely the worst in Nanaimo. The customer service is especially terrible, and the food is sometimes just as bad. They’re almost always out of something, and whoever is making the food does care whatsoever. Same goes for the customer service. I’ve been served really really gross food here, and I’m writing this review now, because I just had to leave mid ordering because of how terrible the customer service is. I pull up to the drive through, receive a half mumble that wasn’t even English, I reply with “Hey, I just need a moment” Another mumble and then “ok” literally 10 seconds later, “Hi you ready to order brother” I said, “no not yet” and Im not joking 5 seconds after he says “ready yet” (btw I was the only car in the whole drive through) and I said “dude, I’m looking at the menu just give me a minute” he then repeatedly repeats ready ready yet, are you ready to order brother, hello what are you ordering about 5x times in the next 30 seconds. I was blown away lol, drove out of there immediately.

Spent 60 Bux only to be told not 20 minute's later that they have a 10 minutes maximum seating time;; especially during peak periods, (this was literally 6: 15AM, 15minuted after they opened.and we were the only two people in the whole place.

Rude and pushy. Depending on which way I have to go to work, I sometimes stop at this location and every time I go through drive through its drama

This is by far the worse location. I've decided to never go back and so elected to go to a different location.

Tea is cold, breakfast that's supposed to be hot is cold and sloppily put together.

Larger orders are handed to me one item at a time and apparently it's my fault I didn't ask for a bag at the order window.

Better service, training and public edict is sorely needed.

Best Timmies in town, super fast drive through and never mess up an order like other places are notorious for.

Really disappointed by the rude service at the drive thru.and they got my coffee order wrong again. I keep trying to give this place another chance but this is the last time. After coming to this location for over 10yrs I will NOT be returning here again. Enough is enough. This restaurant is a Shame for the Tim Hortons Franchise. Horrible just horrible. The Bowen Rd location will be getting my business from now on. This Brooks Landing Branch could learn a thing or two from them!

Service and quality has gone down hill at this location. Ive been coming here for 12 years. Not anymore. If they arent giving me the wrong coffee the coffee tastes old. Today they had me in the drive thru for nearly ten minutes until I finally got to the speaker all to have just stayed there for 3 min with my window rolled down in a snow storm for them to tell me their card machine is down. NO WARNING SIGNS ANYWHERE! Rude employees, poor quality food and beverages, Horrible service, wont be coming back here anymore. THE FRANCHISE NEEDS TO SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR FIRE EVERYONE!

Driven into the ground by bro-culture franchise owners nickel and dime'ing their way to oblivion. The doughnut stores execs forgot their patrons have sweet teeth and cancelled all sauces with sugar leaving only Mayo based sauces that are cheap because franchise agreements don't allow them to charge for sauces. Also cheaper out on lids for hot beverages that pop off inviting lawsuits. The local snake bit execs have just made tim Hortons from cultural icon to irrelevant. Staff are excellent.

Terrible customer service. They rushed me at the speaker and when I got to the window and asked for a tray for my multiple drink order, they told me off for not asking for it at the speaker. It was uncomfortable and I will not choose a different Tim's next time even if it's out of the way.

Ever since the new owners have taken over it's AWFUL. The customer service is awful, they rush you along and even deny you things like straw, extra napkins etc.

When I got to the window I asked for a tea that my Grandmother asked for last minute, he said fine but only this time, it makes people angry if you don't place your whole order at the speaker. Like ok?

It's awful and I use to go here almost everyday in the morning or before work, now I leave 15 mm in early to go elsewhere.

The worst restauant experience in Canada ever! August 19 noon time staff were very unprofessional and rude， thank you for ruining my day. The tall thin guy wearing glasses nearly drove me mad. I would leave 0 star without one star limit.

Every time we come here through the drive tru, the guy barely completes his sentence while trying to rush you through. He allows 2 seconds of looking at the menu before asking if you are ready to order? It makes the experience miserable. Drive thru times mean nothing if nobody is satisfied with the costumer service and food. Such a sloppy establishment being run. Learn proper costumer service etiquette, its not that hard. 9/10 the order is not correct because they don’t care to actually listen to you at the speaker.

They were able to adjust my order for my preferences which was appreciated. Quite busy in terms of having to wait bit at the drive thru.

This Tim’s is really hit and miss. They can be on it and have great service one day and the next you’re spoken to rudely and wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes. If you want good Tim’s in Nanaimo I’d recommend the one at north town Center over this one

Don’t order food from this place.

They also stop serving breakfast at 4 and I’ve been there at 7 and they still have eggs and I’m pretty sure eggs aren’t good for that long.

Been to this location many times and they are "NOT filling to the top anymore". I've been there 5 times in the last month and every time was the same. You can expect 1 to 2 inches below the top. Being familiar with restaurant profit rip off tactics.the last inch to the top of tapered cups is where the most volume is and where restaurants rip people off. I doubt Tim Horton franchise would allow this if they knew. Being said. I confronted the server about this and he said "this is how they are doing it now". Rip off

Vatan was really friendly and down to earth personality. His generous nature and amazing service really made our day. Keep up the great work brother.

Is it just me or has the service here gone down hill again? Looks like all the employees have been replaced with new staff who could care less about quality but instead focus on getting an order out…any order. Even if the order is wrong. Drive-thru continues to ask, “is that it? ” after ever pause - honestly, I am trying to order but being interrupted with that is extremely frustrating. I hope that whoever is driving this type of service can rethink their business model, I would love to enjoy my tim Hortons experience again.

One of the wrost place I’ve been to. Long line up. Employees were yelling at each other. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes in store just for my coffe. Worst managing store. Need more training for employee’s and also for management to how to run store.

Every time I come there you guys are closed. Very frustrating for a guy who doesn't own a vehicle. I like Tim Hortons and all but I think you guys need to hire staff that actually shows up for work. Why even be open? Thanks, a former customer.

I ordered a hot chocolate and was a bit surprised to see the baked goods were nearly all gone and a staff member told me that they would not be able to make anything else in the baked goods department. I thought Tim Hortons was supposed to be a place where people could go to grab a coffee or a donut anytime. Apparently the Brooks Landing location is not interested in serving the menu items. I'd be understanding if it were close to closing time, however it was 6: 30pm. (Closes at 10: 00pm) Then the staff member in the video lied to me, saying that customers complained about me in the washroom, which was obviously not true since not 1 customer came to the washroom during the time I was in there. Nanaimo BC Canada and all the Tim Hortons in Nanaimo BC assume that the customers are doing drugs or that they're homeless if they're carrying a backpack or shopping bags. I'd not recommend this location if you are interested in a coffee and/or a donut due to lack of any baked goods. -5*'s

They are super fast like. I couldn't even understand what they where saying fast.is that normal? Maybe it was the coffee

Not the best Tim Hortons. Bland coffee, drive in service only. A long walk to the dine in entrance only to find a small sign saying closed. Please use thru. So now your 10 cars behind where you would have been if you'd known the dining room room was closed. And no TimBiebs

Opening was at 5am and by 5: 15, we were seen and ignored at the door more than once and still had no access to drive through. Very frustrating on a time crunch.

30 min drive thru wait everytime i come here.i never see an adult/actual manager in this restaurant.stop hiring teens just because youre too cheap to pay an adult worth their salt.i drive an extra 5 mins to a different tims cuz this place is such a nightmare.

Never any staff and constantly makes mistakes on orders.there are great employees there just poor management and training

Super slow at night. Waited 25 minutes and then they didn't even have what I ordered and had to get a refund. Went back the next morning for a quick grab but that took just as long. Half their staff was kids that just stood around and they only had one till open. Never coming back to this location. If they hired more mature people that have leadership skills maybe this place would run better.

Friendly staff and orders usually correct! But really really poor food and drink quality. Nothing here tastes like other tim hortons.

My mom got the wrong sandwich but it was apparently delicious and tea was hot and yummy. I think Tim's need more than soy as dairy alternative.

Was very disappointed that was drive thru only, not open for inside dinning nor for inside take out. Not at all helpful for a person on foot.

The young group that run this Tim Hortons are spot on. I sighed as I pulled up to 15 cars in the drive through, yes I counted them, but resigned myself to stay in the line as opposed to going into the store because of the interesting piece I was listening to on CBC. I glanced at the clock, it was 8: 07 am and as I was paying and receiving my order it was 8: 10 am! Unbelievably they had served fifteen vehicles as well as myself in three minutes! Man! I'll tell ya, long lines at this Tim Hortons will never again cause me consternation. Good work guys! It takes hard work to perform at that level and my hat is off to you all!

This Tim Hortons is always in good shape re quality and service. I see older people are being employed here and doing an excellent job. Good hiring policy here.

Went to drive thru to order 2 turkey club sandwiches. They were out of bacon. I asked if my sandwich would be discounted and the drive thru window atrendant just walked away. How rude! Not going back to this restaurant.

I paid full price I did not get a proper sandwich as ordered. Not going back to this restaurant for sure

At about 3: 45 pm in Tuesday Sept. 7, I went through the drive thru to order a pumpkin spice latte. Frequently I find I have to remind staff at this location to use their manners, like saying please and thank you. Good manners equals good service. Bad manners equals bad service. The server at the drive thru didnt say a word, just thrust the atm on a stick in my direction. I paid then reminded her that please and thank you in a service industry is important. She looked at me and said. "Why should I say thank you to you? " I explained because I bring my business and my money daily and that it is simply good manners. She refused to say thank you so I just drove away. But today, we will take our daily business to the Starbuck's down the street. Staff there are friendly and polite. Starbucks has manners!

I don't know what's going on but tim Hortons has seemed to decline in good service.
Avoid this tim Hortons as well as the one on Wallace street. Multiple times now I've been missing more than one item, they get it right 1/10 times. I ordered soup with a full bun and butter, and a frozen lemonade, when I got my food there was half bun and no butter, didn't get a spoon for my soup, nor a straw for the lemonade. Like common guys get it together. Friendly staff though.

Also bring back cucumbers! Don't know why they stopped offering them.

Kind staff, however time management needs to be addressed. When there is a line in the store they left a new hire alone to sink or swim at the till while everyone else managed the drivethrough line. A floor manager needs to be in place to direct resources real time to handle the most pressing need at the moment.

Not impressed.went to the store on bowen rd, it was closed. (Used to be open later as I work night shift at the hospital and it is nice to get a coffee before my shift) Got online and see that this one is 24hrs.drive there (it's only 11: 15) and guess what not open either. Both stores put just milk crates across the drive thru. Why is there not a Tim's open especially on the main highway? I was not the only person turning around in the parking lot at both locations. If you are not open 24hrs then change your hours.so I don't have to waste my time and gas

To all the woman who go to this tim hortons: dont use the bathroom here because the faucet shoots out water like a fire hose! U get soaked! It makes a mess, I like a gentle stream of water when I wash my hands.

Drivethru says open online, however drivethru closed when arrived. If your not going to be open when your website says it is, then someone should fix the website hours or the staff should be more aware that they should indeed be open. This creates a ton of disgruntled customers.

Seemed clean and tidy inside. Would be nice to have a paper/cardboard recycle bin along with the other options available.
Dropped car at Midas nearby for repair. Grabbed a coffee and waited here to kill a bit of time.

Never actually open 24/7, nearly every evening they're closed. They don't make this obvious either, they just spread a couple milk crates across the entrance to the drive-thru that's not even visible until you're right in front of it.

They also don't close their mobile orders when this happens, so I've had to come in several hours later to actually get my order. Absolutely no care for the inconvenience and didn't even cough up a coffee coupon.

Spilled a London fog and they remade it. That's pretty commendable. Also they have almond milk!

Keep messing up the farmers wraps. Its like they don't know the difference between sausage and bacon. Bacon is long and thin and sausage tastes like garbage. Discontinue putting sausage in bacon wraps. Bad. I really wish this would stop happening. This is easily the 10th time

The service was good, employees where quick to serve me and polite. Also the store was very clean. I didn't like the fact that all there garbage cans had an out of service sign where the recycling should have been able to go, what does that even mean. I mean really come on Tim Hortons your better than that, right?

Told me they couldnt serve me 2 Xl steeped teas because they didnt have enough made said they could serve me a medium and 1 XL. I asked them to just make more and they told me it would take to long. Then once I convinced them to make me more they told me to park out front and they would bring it out to me. 10 mins later I see a employee waving at me to come in and get my order. Unbelievable terrible service. I wont be returning.

I walk in to try and order some food while I'm on my break. I stand in line for 15 minutes waiting to order and ended up leaving to get back to work. When there was only one person in front of me and no one waiting for their order. The employees didn't seem to care and quite slow, I even overheard them messing up someone's order on drive-thru.

I've been to Tim Hortons across the country and this one is by far the slowest and most inconsistent.

Terrible service & food. Was asking a question about the Tim's points card and she told me the card on my phone won't work unless its on the app, but my actual card will. It's the same card with the same number. I had my card stored on my phone on a app called Sto-Card that works 100% of the time every other time, so not sure her issue.
Then I assumed I would be ripped off with the cream cheese I ordered on my bagel because I was creating a "confrontation" and I was. Please note there were 2 other bagels with cream cheese ordered within my party of people. So rude and terrible customer service!
This is why people go to Starbucks, they actually try to help you out and not rip you off.

Mix of staff and quality services and order wrong often when I come by, but levy or the younger gentleman who seemed to be helping everyone else had wonderful customer service and deserves a raise or trying to keep the poorly trained crew all together

Manager went out of his way to apologize for our order which was not quite right. We love our local TIM HORTONS at Brooks Landing it is just the BEST!

The tables were not cleaned once in the 25 minutes I was there, despite many customers coming and going.

These guys almost always get my order wrong and the food just isn't quite as good as other Timmy's. The stuff for great so I'm going to put it all on the manager. They really go through a lot of staff.

Social distancing was not being respected. Service was very slow for not being busy. Left without ordering.

Always luke warm and sugar pooled at the bottom! Come on dudes.im a manager in this industry! This is what we do! Shape up!

Not all Tim Hortons are created equal, this is the only one I've found that has toasted coconut timbits. My favorite!

Good service.parking lot is a bit difficult to reach from the highway, but i recommend eating here!

The wedges were worst in this branch.all big one broken otherwise very small and hard line a rock. Sadly worst one.

A MEH experience at best. Not a smile to be seen from the staff and only 2 of them were wearing masks.

Really friendly staff who work hard to be fast polite and efficient. They work hard as a team. Make sure to say thank you. During covid people are being really rude to drive through staff. People at the window are very nice and working hard and really appreciate kindness.

So, I’ve been to this Tim Hortons multiple times before, and recently there has been a very pleasant change.

From a ride variety of customer service, to food quality, to fast service of drive thru, spot on guys

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with wedges using a tim hortons gift card I just got, somehow my card doesnt work first time using it so I have to pay, then after paying I get cold food and undercooked chicken that was soggy not crispy. I'm never coming back to any tim hortons again let alone this one. Quality constantly on the downwards.
