Tim Hortons

This Tim Hortons is sometimes awesome with the food and service! I give service itself a 5 star as there have been 2 employees in the past year or so who have really made a world of difference. That was Kya and Cathy. Both very kind and I love going even to see their faces!
This location has lots of parking and is next to the mall and has a fair amount of seating inside and accessible washrooms!

Fast and friendly. This location is very accessible from the main road. Drive through or dine in.

Ok service could be better especially drive tru, im always yelling into the mic and find my self repeating my order a couple times and even having to correct my order when i get to window, im not sure if it’s a problem with there intercom but they should get it checked and another thing they always seem to rush you when your ordering your food and they keep saying thank you drive tru to the window please, before i’m even done my order. Sometimes there’s more then one person in the car that wants something and im pretty sure when i’m done the order i’ll say ok that’s it thank you! ‍️i mean i wasn’t born yesterday and the person working the drive tru seems to think they are physic maybe and can read my mind and know when i’m done ordering or something along those lines i don’t know ‍️ beats me but just some constructive criticism i guess sorry if i’m being too frank but i think this is what leaving a review is meant for. If no one speaks up then the problem never gets solved. And this goes for all the timmies not just this location

Your everyday Tim Hortons next to Westshore Mall. I went for a casual walk and grabbed a French Vanilla from this place. The staff were very jolly and proactive.

Thought it would be faster to use the order and pay kiosk because no one seemed keen for an order. Got to the end and was trying to pay and the pinpad simply didn't recognize that there was an order. Asked someone working and they suggested to use the adjacent kiosk. Not ideal for reasonable service times.

The worker named Bexter was very kind and friendly and I'm sure he will be doing amazing.

April 21st 5: 30pm Waited 6 minutes before someone actually served me. It was obvious they knew i was waiting (only me in line) but nobody wanted to take the initiative to jump on the till to take the order. Management needs to work on rebuilding the culture of providing the best service to the customer. Im only writing this because its not the first time. I come here pretty often. The drive through service is good but seems like front end is lacking on training and communication. Not trying to be a Karen here just stating the facts. I hope management takes this review seriously and works on rebuilding the culture of providing the best service to the customer.

Worst Tim’s in Victoria there was a snot rocket in my cold brew today, so nasty I threw up after… will never go back to this location and I suggest other people don’t go here either

Made the mistake of asking for a sleeve for my coffee. Lady behind the counter decided to audibly slam it down so hard it made the person behind me jump. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons on Vancouver island. Staff are slow, would rather chat with each other than work, staff is rude and the service is sub par. Avoid this one and use the one on goldstream. The staff don’t appear to have issues with doing their job at that location

All tables were covered with garbage. The bag of food given had a big smear of butter on the bottom, when brought to the attention of one of the employees behind the counter, they ignore it and keep doing whatever they were doing. Some nice casheers but that's about it.

Update: I've now found hair in my food from this Timmons location more than once recently. If I could give this place less then one star I would.

Update to the update: Got a replacement for the food that had hair in it. The replacement had cardboard in it. It's honestly amazing how little the staff care about the quality of the food they serve.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in years since quality of customer service went way down. Today it was quite hot out and I decided to pop in to get a cold drink. With it being as long as it has, I forgot the name of the drink. I asked the cashier for a caramel frappe, or whatever it was that they called it at Tim Hortons, knowing full well that the Frappe is a Starbucks drink. Once they figured out what it was I wanted, another worker who wasn't involved in taking my order spoke to me in a sassy tone saying that the Frappe is a Starbucks drink. Don't work in customer service if you don't know how to assist customers.

It is one of the busier Tim Hortons in Langford. Even with so many people behind the counter and covering drove through, service is average at best. Co-workers constantly criticize each other in front of patrons while waiting for orders. The staff are truly not polite to customers when asking simple questions.

I mobile ordered an iced capp and when I got there they said they couldn’t make it. I asked if I could have a london fog instead. They made me a london fog without vanilla, which isn’t a london fog. When I asked them to remake it, they said london fogs don’t come with vanilla (they do). They remade it with vanilla and it still tastes awful. I get london fogs from here all the time and it never tastes like the one I received today.

Not very impressed that at dinner time this store hardly ever seems to have its staple chicken noodle soup.

One of the most useless Tim Horton's I have been to in BC and Ontario. Actually most useless Tim Hortons I've been to, period. On several separate occasions over the past few months I've had to drive out of the drive through without ordering because they don't have anything. If all you want is a regular coffee and absolutely nothing else, then this would be the place for you. However, if you want a donut, sandwich, bagel, or anything else on the menu, good luck cause they are always out of stock on most of their items. So might as well change their store name to "Disappointment Coffee" because that's what this place is.

Honestly not very good. The food is super bland and unhealthy. Although I do come here and get the occasional coffee

I was in tonight and a girl ordered a chicken wrap, I overheard one of the female workers stating how disgusting this poor girls food was and how it smelled disgusting. If someone is buying food a worker should never stand there and talk about how disgusting a customer's food is or going to be, it puts off the customer for buying food again. Felt very bad for the girl who ordered the food who had to stand there and wait and hear her talk about it.

It seems that the selection of muffins is better than that of donuts at most shops which is unfortunate if you want donuts.

Service through the drive thru is good and fairly quick (for Tim Hortons) but if you go inside to order it is very different experience. It's slow and disorganized inside, but from what I could tell they seemed properly staffed (each time) so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Sue was so amazing! She really went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience; even taking time to bring out my drink to the dinning area! She was fast, helpful, and I could tell she had a friendly smile behind the mask! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Anita was my server, at the Jacklin Rd store couldn't find a more pleasant person. Had left the Millstream location as TERRIBLE service as store was empty and staff was goofing around.

This is the most gross timhortons i have ever seen! Mix of good and rude employees. Some of the employees here havw seious attitude problems.

This location doesn't list hot coffees on the drive-thru menu.cold coffees are listed, which isn't helpful in the midst of the biggest snowfall this year. The drive-tru person couldn't hear me when I repeatedly asked if they carry espresso drinks.so we ordered a single drip coffee (nice downsell).

I noticed the comm.system has been smashed where the customers place their order.not sure if that is the root of the communication issue but its easy to see that I'm not the first unimpressed customer.

Did not follow instructions, I asked for no bacon grilled cheese but still got one piece of bacon hidden inside. This was ridiculous as i am a Vegetarian since birth and by religion. I would never eat anything from Tims again.

So slow on drive thru. 15 mins and moved up four car lengths. This is not fast food!
Langford BC Westshore is notorious for slow service and rude teenage staff.

Tables are not being disinfected or managed in a safe manor.we saw 3 employees standing around while sat at a dirty table by mistake.store had 2 customers at one table.and no one ordering.

Honestly, the WORST Tim's in the city, and it's not even close. The staff can't seem to figure out the difference between cream and milk, and that's when they actually don't ignore customers for 10+ minutes.

I order steeped tea, they provided coffee. I’m not sure if it’s a listening problem or not.
It just takes once to destroy customer expectations And experience.
Need to improve drive through skill.

Always enjoy a timmies. Nobody wears gloves and the guy pouring coffee has his hands all over my cup and lid. But, everyone has masks. Perception is everything. I was already inside when wife shows up and Tim's worker thought she was jumping ahead of line. Napkins are given on request. Lucky if you get 2 or 3.

Best on South Vancouver Island. Many have old Dark Roast but I have Always been served coffee Worthy of Tim Hortons

I called 3 times. Sent someone to pick up 2 drinks and timbits 3 times as well. The assistant manager hung up on me. Took my money.

Tea selection is good. Food selection is good, but a bit overpriced, for what you get. A lot of staff seemed to be working the drive through area, and the lobby area needed attention.

I dont go into a Timmies with high expectations, but these guys can't meet even the lowest. Don't pull away from the drivethrough without thoroughly checking your order. I'd guess about half the time they skip a minimum of one ingredient in a BELT. Not just a minor ingredient either. Today, my BELT was missing the egg of all things.

Rude customer service plain & simple, this is the last time I ever come into any of your shabby establishments, Starbucks gets all my business now.

While I do really enjoy Tim Hortons, most of the time when you order a sandwich they ask if you want a meal. I thought I ordered a meal I even asked for the combo but I only got a drink and sandwich. Also they were out of potatoe wedges

It is a good Tim Hortons and I often go there alone or with friends. It is just a bit dirty here and there.

If you can only do cash, let people know at the voice box in the drive thru, don't expect me to notice a little white board with slim black letters saying "Cash Only" when I'm in a rush.

Got kicked out while drinking tea and watching Netflix quietly through headphones while waiting for a bus. Wasn't given a reason, they just told me and another girl near me to get out.

Very slow service, they all seem to be interested in serving the take out instead of the front counter

Ordered a *grilled* BLT with extra bacon.they got the extra bacon right but there was literally 1 small piece of shredded lettuce and way too much mayo, and it wasn't grilled!

Terrible experience. Staff seemed half asleep when taking my order. Coffee was good but the sandwiches were not made right at all. We asked for Turkey bacon club on a bagel instead of bun. Our usual order at another location. And got this lol it has cheese instead of bacon and it has barely any lettuce. Wont be going back

Had a good time with the grandkids but the service was average. We had water, steeped tea and donut holes.

Ordered my usual coffee. Quick service inside, order was correct. Would be '5-Star' if the drive-through/parking lot was better set up. When busy, the drive-through backs up easily 20 car lengths on a normal morning and blocks the flow of parking lot traffic.

Worst Tim Hortons on the Westshore. Every time I’ve ordered here they get my order wrong or it’s just a struggle to talk to them.
They can’t seem to hear you when you are next to yelling the order at the intercom. It’s like they are doing too many things at once inside and cant focus on the one task of taking your order.
Today I ordered very calmly, 1 md coffee with 2 cream, she repeats back and I quote “ 1 Lg coffee 3 cream and sugar”. I repeat myself md coffee 2 cream, she says ok md coffee 3 cream. I say “no”, (in a louder voice) md 2 cream. She yells back to me, “Jesus! Okay, geese”. We say, sorry I’m not Jesus.
We pay for our coffee, after they get it right in the end, but I don’t think I will be back again. This isn’t the first time that this location has been bad. But I keep giving them chances to improve but that’s my last straw. I’ll drive to another location now instead.

For a 24hr restaurant they had no doughnuts.no muffins.nothing but juice? Good thing i wasnt hungry

By far the worst tim hortons, run by teenagers that dont care, all they do is stand behind the counter talking to each other, went there for chilli didnt have any, so I order a sandwich, and somehow they dont have any buns? Just a horrible place.

In the early mornings There is one girl whom is absolutley amazingly and friendly however the rest of the staff is so gru py and rude
