Bad. Person doing till at counter is the only person preparing drinks & bagging food. Also working in sloe motion.
Every table was dirty.

Workers deliberately work slow and love doing it. Saw two workers wasting time one poured the coffee and the other employee put the lids on. I saw flies on the doughnuts and asked the worker to toss them out. She pulled the tray out and then when I walked out I saw her through the window put the same tray back in. All lazy workers. The only good worker is the guy who workes evenings and is actually talkative.

Just wonder why employees not wearing hairnet while working in food … taking forever to make single coffee cuz they are busy fixing their hair or supeevisor counting cash while people waiting to order outside. Your priority should be customers served on te not counting cash which you make through customers … there is one white guy in evening he is super helpful.

Very well done all around, can tell it really comes from the top down and from the heart here.

Window lady was so rude and she don’t know how to provide service to customers

Horrible service at night. Always have menu on in drive thru but never want to serve food after midnight at a 24 hour restaurant. Staff make you wait for more than 5 minutes at menu board before they will even say hello and then always complain they can't hear you and never understand what you want to order. Will only take order from one car at a time and then make the next car wait until they finish making order of first car, process repeats and have waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes with 5 cars in line just to be told they have no food when trying to order at 1230am the staff then get annoyed at customer for daring to disturb them and act as if it's an inconvenience for them to do their job. When you do get to the pickup window the restaurant is so full of smoke it looks like it is on fire and you then have to wait again for another 5 minutes to get your order if you are lucky enough to have placed one.

We came at 9: 30 and there was guy we asked him to help us and he explains everything very well, we were confused about how to use reward points, but helped us very patiently. The guys customer service is very satisfactory.

The quality and consistency of the food can be hit or miss. The service can also be slow during busy times, leading to longer wait times.

Get ready for super long wait times in drive thru. Very slow service. They really need faster employees. Food and drinks are bad quality than other tim hortons. Dont waste your time. If you can please rrive to somewhere else.

Best to avoid this location.orders are frequently incorrect, drive thru is also frequently backed up nearly onto scott rd, and the quality of the food and drink is sub par.it’s always a gamble if your drink is made correctly.not worth the wait at the line up

Great place for Crack heads and aggressive pan handlers if your interested in that kind of place

Tim Hortons at 103 and 120th in Surrey is an absolute joke! Took 30 minutes to go thru the drive thru! Re train your staff or get one new staff that know how to do the job!

Drive thru crew name: Preet, need to learn the basic of customer service and how to takes order, lack of communication skills and rude behaviour.

Once again short staffed means people who walk to the location are turned away with the storefront closed and people who get to drive in are still served.

Slow service, waited in line and gave up ordering through the cashier. Ordered via mobile app instead. Staffs don't even care enough to call out the order number or item.

Edit: May 14 2022 The owner of this store better get things running better or they are going to be having a face to face meeting with me. All the good reviews are likely from relatives of the workers here. I have trained more people in this store since it opened with the original owners. Who took pride in running this store correctly I might add!

At drive thru I ordered harvest breakfast sandwich with plant based sausage without egg. I received regular harvest breakfast sandwich with plant based sausage and eggs. When I went in to ask them to change it one of the employee start arguments.

Very slow drive thru service.so bad I had to write a review to save people time. Waiting 20 minutes for an Ice Capp is not "fast food" at all. You guys need to be faster.

This is ice coffee less ice, i repeated 3 times to girl at drive through that i want ice coffee less ice and this is what i got, this is not first time that they don’t listen properly i recommend to not visit here if you are starting your day, they will ruin your day

This place is sub par! We ordered breakfast bagel combos and it was complete trash. The best thing is when I walked out of the place. This location sucked!

This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but the drive thru takes longer than 20 minutes on a regular day. I don't understand why are they so slow? Maybe the restaurant needs to hire more staff.

Went there a week or two ago and ordered a bacon egg muffin it wasn’t good at all looked like little bugs in it I’m not too sure tho because they weren’t moving.

Worst experience untrained staff I waited 15 in the drive thru still I got wrong order I ordered French vanilla and a bagel I doubled confirm my order with the girl in the window Bcz I got many times wrong order from this place she gave me a brewed coffee and sausage sandwich this is ridiculous

They made the wrong thing. They tried. They dont UNDERSTAND What I said. I just didn't say any thing. I was in a hurry and hungry. Did it last time to.

Ordered a classic Bagel sandwich and got a bagel with butter where's the sausage patty and egg do these people not listen when you talk to them

Every time i go here there out of somthing.the staff move like turtles.and if theyre out of somthing they just replace it with somthing you didnt ask for.should be 0 stars!

My boyfriend went to drive thru for tea on 8 Jan 2022 at 9.20 pm. He was going vancouver for shift. According to him he was offered absolute cold steeped tea. I being generous towards tims, tried to cover by saying they might be busy. He continued-i went in the store to return the tea, 3 girls staff doing nothing but chatting n giggling. A generous male staff served him a fresh one.
Point is tims should focus on their staff. Staff must be taught to value customer's time. Tim is just selling not serving.

Tim Hortons the donuts are always very fresh in the morning and absolutely delicious. However their chills are a little expensive for a cold coffee beverage

1 star because 0 isn't an option. How you going to literally have 12 people behind the counter and still have to wait 10min to get served inside? Staff chatting with one another.standing around doing nothing and customers are waiting? Useless staff. Utter rubbish.

Service is slow employees dont care about customer service allways a line up around the corner head office should revoke owners license

We ordered a five coffee Took 15 minutes to make all of the employees were rude there was a white lady she was very rude she told us to go away order from other store

This is my neighborhood Tim's. I have been visiting this store for over 15 years, but I find it frustrating most times. There are a lot of staff working inside but the service is still very slow. If you don't have approximately 8 minutes time to wait. Don't ever bother to use drive thru here at all. Last week I was waiting 12 minutes total in the drive thur! So frustrating! The Supervisor at this Tim's is a nice lady but the service is not efficient at all!

I absolutely love Tim Hortons I always go there, salted caramel iced cap with extra caramel is my favorite! Try it and you’ll fall in love with it

So its Tim Hortons just for name, firstly i asked about steep tea they never had, then u asked about chicken sandwich they never had that too. Then at last i asked for jalapeño bagel to eat they had only plain. At last i asked about chai tea and asked for 3 cream and no sugar, but they started correcting me by saying rudely that don’t mention sugar, however even she asked number of sugar. Come-Onnnn

I've gone to this location a few times on my way to work and here's the issues I've noticed with the service:

One time they couldn't serve me a mocha because apparently they ran out of hot chocolate powder. A Tim Hortons running out of how chocolate powder? Really?

Another time when I tried asked for the farmers wrap without an egg the woman at the counter removed the egg then removed the real cheddar cheese and added the sliced processed cheese for 50 cents more. I told her that I didn't want the processed cheese and she corrected the order. Who on earth would want to pay more money for fake cheese?

And lastly, today I ordered the new steak and egg biscuit for breakfast. I swear they must've put the wrong sauce on it because I took one bite and spit it out.

Im just done with this location.

Horrible staff does not take orders at all!

Really busy location especially the drive-thru. Usually can go inside and be out in less than a couple of minutes. I got an everything bagel and French vanilla, both were hot and fresh.

This location is SLIGHTLY Better than his other Tim's at the Wal-Mart center a few blocks east on 88th Ave. The REAL KEY TO SUCCESS in the Fast Food Biz is Employees who CARE ABOUT DOING THEIR BEST...
This owner REALLY NEEDS TO LEARN how to teach this to his employees!

I go to this location too often. Always fast service and friendly/helpful staff. Definitely worth getting out of your car instead of the drive thru.

I always go to this specific store on my way to work since June 2021. The crew is very efficient even when they have a lot of drive-thru customers. Special shout out to Kukhushboo who has always made my visits pleasant. She always has a positive vibe, and is genuine in making the customer experience worthwhile.

Such unprofessional behaviour by the staff.
One member is cursing bad words loudly just because she does not want to do the shift.
I could literally hear what all nonsense she was saying about customers. Not only me but others felt awkward too.

It was absolutely one of the worst experiences at this Tim Hortons the management and owners really need to spend time here in the evenings to evaluate the staff and business!

This is one of the rare locations where the staff is mostly pretty friendly I've never really had to wait in a long line They actually speak to you Only problem is later at night they don't have much stock of bagels donuts or muffins.

It’s been a more than couple of times now they always give me the wrong order in the drive thru. I don’t know what they are up to. Poor service

Wish I could give zero stars. The person taking order could not understand. She repeated my order and said my orders but I was still ordering I kept saying hello hello but no one was responding. At window she kept saying you guys moved. Please check your cameras to verify.

I usually go to this Tim Hortons but like usual it's the same as every other. Drive thru, gets your order wrong, really getting sick of it. I checked my order to make sure had all my items brova I did, got home and wrong soup. Like do I literally have to open every item in my order to make sure. Shame shame pathetic

They definitely need to improve their service. I go there every day to drive thru around 3: 30 am and just for one coffee it takes minimum 10 mins first u just wait at intercom and no body even bothers to speak.

Went to drive thru to order a regular sandwich deal through the app and everything went smooth but I was told to wait for about 5 minutes for the egg sandwich and it had a little black rusty thing on both and I wasn’t expecting this kind of service even after a wait.

This tom hortons at scott rd and 103, did very lame thing for a donut. We ordered 6 pack with one coconut toasted, but they forgot to put it in, however when we asked the lady asked for the pack, we told her that its opened and being touched, but she refused to admit, and put one back from the pack, and gave us the coconut toasted. Not being a karen but she could have just simply asked us to pay!

The drive-thru staff were friendly, however they got the order wrong despite only ordering a 6 pack consisting of only three different types of donuts.

Came at 12: 20 am on 28 December.she was so rude and didn’t even noticed i passed through drive throw tried to place order but she didn’t answered on first then, later she was extremely rude when we came again at there. And wasn’t on the window. Very unprofessional service ever.

I find that the drive through needs improving when it comes to customer service. When asking for an add one to one of the sandwiches it like pulling teeth.
I simply asked for a mocha dark roasted coffee instead of regular roast and add two cream instead of the topping. I left with a dark roasted coffee with no hot chocolate. Try it sometime for yourself and you will see they are completely lost serving you. Why have a dark roast coffee if it confuses their server.

They mess up your coffees, HC and teas and deny that it is there location. Countless times have denied they have messed up and when told to come back to get a free be they always say no note, no reciept or coffees from a day ago no free drink after asking what they need. Unorganized and liars! If they double charge they deny its on there records and its your banks fault!

Went to drive thru with mobile order and everything went smoothly. No delays in finding my order. Only thing it did not have an item I have order available instead had to get something else.

It the best. They have to put up with alot of hassles. Good staff, very friendly and know the menu items well.

Terrible service and the staff was quite rude for most of my last few visits. Today, the lady at the drive thru window passed me my bagel that was not properly packed & it fell in my car. I asked for another bagel but refused saying it wasn't their fault. She was entirely rude about it too!

Fairly good service! Every time i go there, i remember that i forgot my favourite hat there, and they probably threw it away. On enquiry, they denied it.
But they make excellent food. Never an issue with that!

Very nice and cheerful employee named Shima. I visit this ko yahi in everyday I work near this location. Very polite and kind girl.

Food is good no doubt, but girls in drive thru are not professional at all. I have problem with staff. Very rude staff.

I could give them star.but I have to give one.awful experience.staff doesn't care about their customers.didn't even open the door.eventhough it was open.

Yuck, I had the worst farmers breakfast wrap. It had a tangy spicy kind of sour taste sause. Where was this farm from? Farmers sause is a white gravy not something you would find on a kicken chicken. Did anyone else notice that the donuts that used to be considered regular are now fancy? Since when is a vanilla dip fancy. Between the long lines, the lack of proper customer service from friendly staff and the creeping prices for drinks that don't come close to Starbucks, save your cash and let Timmy's know we want the customer service back. Well for me anyway if they want my $$ back.

NO DRINK TRAY AGAIN! This the second time in recent days they have pushed a Timbits box with my FOUR drinks out the window. Not happy after the first time leaving a big mess on my Mustang floor. This time I arrived home and the BOX SPLIT AS I RETRIEVED IT FROM MY BACK SEAT. SPILLING COFFEE, TEA, AND HOT CHOCOLATE ALL OVER. The picture is after I got it all out of the car. Never been more angry. The owner of this store better hope he never meets me. Nothing like having to toss everything to try an save your car interior.

Poor service, staff are all related to the owner Indian families. So they never get trained on smiling and being customer focus.

The service is super slow and the drive-thru is super dead. If you ever come here don't enter their drive-thru otherwise 20 mins will get waste.

Coffee isn't the greatest mostly taste like milk no coffee taste best coffee ive had so far is in Agasis in harrison hot spring try it out you will see the difference

Takeout Chilli Meals missing 50% (bun and butter). Naturally we discover this after driving home in rainy, slow traffic. A call to the place gets us transferred among three different staff people during a 10min attempt to see how to resolve this.ending in the “click” of disconnection.

Chocolate Dream doughnuts without noticeable filling, nor shavings on top.

Such a huge disappointment

There's no charging ports, so if someone wanna charge there phone try to visit another location of Tim Horton's.

Great service the only thing that is out of place are the sidewalk entrance as they have sunk away from the building making an awkward walking surface
