Tim Hortons

All good. But drive thru is terrible. Turning the corner to wide you will scratch your car or truck and that's if your truck even fits.

Had coffee spilled on me in the drive thru, when I called to ask about what the business would do for me, I was informed they do not offer dry cleaning at the owners request.

So quite frankly, the owner and this entire franchise can take this 1 star review and I won't be returning to this location ever.

Offering me a gift card? How will that clean my fabric you messed up?

I will have to drive across the city now to avoid having coffee spilt on me with no remorse.

Ordered through the mobile app. Upon arrival, 10 minutes after ordered, we found several things wrong. It took 10 minutes for someone to look our way. They did not acknowledge us just the odd glance. So went through the line to find out what was going on. Our order was not actually made, the app said they had jalapeno asiago bagels but they do not carry them. Upon going to the till we had to get them to look for the order and to make it which then took another 15 minutes. Yes food isn't instant but the customer service and the app not being accurate was frustrating.

They only gave us one of our three items and then moved on to the next customers, had to ask twice to get my missing items, same with my buddy, very disorganized staff with very zero care.

Why advertise online that this location is open 24 hours when that is NOT the case at all. Update your webpage to reflect the accurate business hours

I have to get up quite early for work and I thought I could come here get coffee at 4: 00 am but the 2 people inside watched me drive up. Sat there for 15 minutes with nothing. Please hire night shift that'll actually do their jobs

Not open 24 hours as advertised was there last night after 10pm and several other nights. Last night December 22nd 2022 someone there was very rude and yelled at me through the window WE'RE CLOSED. They need to hire people who want to work and are more pleasant.

Slow down and listen to my order.
3/3 times visiting I asked for espresso and didn't get any.not cool.

The new wraps were AMAZING! GREAT FOOD! BUT DO NOT ORDER via Skip the Dishes... Because an order that would cost 60$ if you picked it up at the store, would cost you over 100$ via Skip the Dishes or any Delivering Food Service Online!

Food was cold, coffee order was incorrect. Also.why are there always people hanging out on the grass outside smoking?

Understaffed and very slow.
Peple got tired of the wate and left before ordering.
When I was finally able to get service they were all out of the item l came in for because they were serving the drive through instead of the walk in customers. Poor customer service.
VERY unorganized.

I will start by saying, this establishment has always been a great place to grab a quick bite, coffee, and a cool drink on a hot day.

As of today, I will no longer eat or order anything but a coffee. My daughter watched as they dropped a stack of smoothie cups on the floor, picked them up without the use of gloves and proceeded to serve it to her. She is now in bed after vomiting on three different occasions.
I have to add. Last year. This establishment wasn't anything like this.

Another good Tims in Penticton. The drive thru gets pretty wild here though as usual for a Tims

The line up go by fast but several people left before entering the line up. It is the long weekend so the drive thru is a long line out on to the street.

Every time I go to Tim's and what I find nice is that you get exactly what you expect. Consistency and reliability is all ways re-assuring. Thanks Timy

Unless you want drive thru or skip the dishes avoid this one. The evening staff has absolutely no desire to serve anyone that takes the time to come in. The store is not being kept up with garbage overflowing and tables not being cleared

Chose to dine in, still received take out boxes and cups. Donut tasty, but not freshly baked. Great coffee, option for milk vs cream

Tim Hortons is always good. They need to learn to provide napkins with every food purchase from a donut to sandwich, soup etc

Normally service here is awesome. However, tonight it was absolutely horrible. Girl with pink hair had 0 and I mean zero greeting or any interaction other than shoving the tea out the window after initially canceling the order cause she said they didn’t have honey for a tea… which whatever I can take my tea without but the attitude and lack of acknowledgment is enough to say I’ll be going to Starbucks across the street for any further purchases or any other Tim Hortons ‍️

Good food, i like the breakfast biscuits with sausage, because its soft and easy to eat after going to dentist and they make so fast!

Every time I go to this Tim’s they are always so nice and so fast! Makes my day because they are so friendly.

My bagel was so burnt you couldn't see anything but black char and you guys still served it to me?

Fast drive through. Very polite staff. Pretty much the only Timmys I visit in town as the other outlets constantly have burnt tasting coffee more often than not. My guess is the other outlets don't clean out the filter tubes often enough.

No lineups to get in, tables were available and the one older female employee was doing an over and above job of cleaning them as customers got up and left which was very nice to see - give this woman a raise.

The younger girls at the counter were super friendly and had great smiles it was really nice to see that. Other Tim Hortons should model themselves after this one.

My father and I enjoyed our stay at this Tim Hortons

Ordered at drive through. Drove to the hospitals where my wife was. Opened the coffee and took a sip and it was not what I ordered. If you don’t get what you ordered makes drive through a waste of money. Oh yes my wife did not want it either. All other Tim’s get it right, skip this one

Great coffee but slow inside service, seems drive through takes priority over face to face customers.

What I ordered was good but there were only 2 people working handling both drive through and front counter. Several people left because of it. Not the staff's fault

At 11 pm they were sold out of everything I tried to order. This is not the first time it has happened.

Seems like the staff are predominantly immigrants and tend to treat Caucasians with no respect. This location is the worst. Other ones seem friendly.

This is the best staffed Timmys around kelowna and Penticton. They are fast, efficient and helpful. The other Tims have the same food and hot beverages.but honestly this one is the best because the staff are great & drive through is super efficient. The only thing i dont like is i often have to repeat my order (As it seems they have some policy of doing 2 things at once.). So most times i have to order twice. But this seems to be the same with all Tim Hortons! The other ones I have to repeat like 3/4 times.

Tim Hortons is good for a quick drive through coffee or tea, but not particularly for food choices. The staff is nice and the service is quick & efficient.

We waited 20 mins becuase the lady didnt understand what we wanted. We had to repeat our order 3-4 times. It wasnt that busy. We will not be coming back to this location. Was not happy. The food was not placed good in the bag my sandwich was on bottom and was squished by everything else. Not impressed.

More times than not they get my order wrong and most of the staff is pretty rude. I will go to any other Tim Hortons now.

Poor service. Messed up my order for beyond sausage and laughed at me as she prepared the right order. Then as I started eating mine I noticed my friends sausage was different. Turns out they also messed up his order and gave him a regular meat sausage when he had asked for beyond meat.

Painfully slow. Not calm, so slow it must have been on purpose. Mid afternoon on a weekday. Couldn't use the drive thru as my car would be blocking the street. Went in. There are only two ahead in line. Great. Took 12 minutes. Then 2 people behind me were served before me. Cashier didn't know the menu items when the person behind me ordered. Had to stare at the board

Good place to go for a doughnut, coffee, soup, or a sandwich. They have good friendly service, and always keep the tables and front clean.

Good service. Don't go there in the morning if you're in a hurry everytime I go there in the morning there's a huge line up

This morning was not going as planned, running around like a fool.
So, stopped for coffee and timbits at Tim Hortons.

Sam at the drive thru made me laugh with her funny off the cuff banter. I am still smiling to myself as I think of her witty humour.

My donut was the freshest I have ever had at any Tim Horton's as often they are not. It was a raspberry filled and it was Yummy! Coffee was great too.

The staff at this location prepared a pre-order for our hockey team at 5 am! All smiles, helpful, and they got the order right!
