Tim Hortons

The staff are so slow. I’ve been waiting in line for 5 minutes and the line was all the way outside. And there were only 2 customers waiting for their order. The staff was chatting and laughing.

If you're planning on getting a mobile order from here, I beg you please don't. It'll take atleast a good 20 minutes to get one drink. As I'm writing this, I've been waiting for 20 minutes for 1 iced capp while others in the back of the line already got their orders.

This is a walk in location there is no drive thru. I found the staff to be very fast with your order and professional. Typical Tim Hortons experience. I'm always happy to get my extra large double double

I visited there today and I had the worst experience. I ordered and I even mentioned that it is for to go and when she gave me drinks I asked her for a bag so that I can carry it to home but other lady who was taking orders said "we suppose to give these bags for deliveries", okay I understand but when I have already mentioned that it is for to go so not every person have car to home some like me go by bus and how you are suppose to that they can carry tray in their hands until they reach home. Girl who gave me drinks was nice but other who was taking orders I want to say to her that can you suppose yourself that you ordered two or more drinks with sandwich and you will take bus to go home how will you feel and how will you manager taking your food with other stuff?

Very poor service, there have no value of customers time. People are waiting and workers enjoy gossip

These people are rude and argue, I showed them my recipe saying large coffee and they argeed still that it was not a large, very scummy group of workers.

I went here on Friday just for a coffee and bagel. The workers were very slow and they were talking loud and laughing, not caring there were like 7 people already in the lineup behind me. They kept on saying, "we are very busy today". One girl sat down and said I quit. Then everyone burst out laughing. Very very unprofessional. Finally I asked one person n he said, I just started. Can the manager please do something about this? It made me mad that people are waiting for service and the people behind the counter are talking, laughing and speaking in their native language.

Our first time at this one, staffs were so nice, good service and all the customers were so kind to my babies. We had such a good time there. Our favorite we always order are turkey melt, classic lemonade and timbits

The service of Tim horton at this location is so bad. They don't know how to deal with customers. Even, nobody have smile on their face and treat us rudely. It's so bad experience. Need to improvement to serve customer.

At 140 pm this monday November 29.my husband and I had a medium dark roast coffee.it was extremely bitter. I would have taken it back and tried for a light toast coffee to see if it would be tasting good.but there was a long lineup and my husband was with me. I have dark roast coffee at tim hortons up by Rona on Frazer hwy.it is smooth and I love it.

We are totally disagree with the service nothing to eat
Only French vanilla tea over there

Tim Hortons was very helpful with me. Since I have celiac. The Server did my meal for me so it did not get crosscontamed. She all way smiled and very perlite as well.

Painfully slow and inconsistent service, staff doesn't watch the mobile order screens.

This is the default location I'm assigned when ordering for delivery, and my orders are rarely complete or prepared correctly.

Really slow service, not just once either. Staff bot too friendly either. I rather drive the extra few blocks to the one by fleetwood community center, so much better service

They delivered wrong coffe and the server lady started yelling when we complained. She was not ready to accept her mistake.

I wish I could give Negative rating for their poor customer service. Being a Punjabi myself, i am ashamed to say that all the Indian women working at this Tim Hortons have zero customer service skills, lack of communication but have extremely high attitude. Employees at this place work like they are doing a favour to us by doing their job.
I ordered a Caprese Sandwich with chicken in it. First they don’t care if the customer is waiting for their food, because women there are busy talking and that is their priority. She took at least 10 minutes and worked so slowly and then she didn’t add the mozzarella in a ‘mozzarella tomato sandwich’. When I told her about it, she rolled her eyes and took my sandwich, she didn’t even say sorry. No etiquette at all. If you are going to this location, don't expect a smile, words such as sorry, please or thank you and be prepared that they can easily ruin your day, your meal and your mood. I would never ever go to this location in my life and won’t recommend it to anybody.

The man in front of me was irate due to slow service (not during a rush time) it was a custom food order that ended up slightly off. My basic drink order came out perfect and in reasonable time. Overall I'd say they're average speed. A few tables were obviously covered in crumbs which normally is fine but during covid was obviously iffy

Slowest service in the history of man. Mobile order was ignored, I went inside, continued to be ignored. Went to the counter, eventually someone came over, mobile order continued to be ignored… 25 minutes later, two basic coffees were made and ready for me.

6 people with no heads. So slow and deaf. They're so used to mindless work that they can't respond to questions. 4 people got served while they Chilli was waiting, ready in a cup.

It is located near my living place whenever I go for a long walk I pick up coffee from this place and resume my walk. I am not fan of sugary things I liked there chiken strips, patato veggies and soups. I recommend this place for quick refreshing stop.

Ignorant and rude service. HARRASING CUSTOMERS on the mask mandate and ignored medical examption. Disgrace of a place.

Usually crowded during the day, but their fast service. The donuts run out really quick, often out of stock of something.

There is a lady named kamal.i had a talk with her when i was at store few days ago.this lady has no sense at all how to speak and how to behave.all in all i can say pure garbage behaviour.except her all staff works well behave well.

Decent Tim’s for service since they’re not prioritizing drive thru (there isn’t one). Mall is updated and so is store but parking lot is usually disgusting and there are some loitering issues. They also seem to over toast things too.

They forgot about me, took an absurd amount of time to get my order when I reminded them, got the order wrong. Spent 30 minutes waiting for THREE COFFEES.

They are fast, and nice at this location, its always busy, but they take the time to make sure you take care of you during your time here

I ordered two bagel B. E. L. T in the morning but both of them were missing egg patties and thats also included in the name of the bagel.
It seems quite irresponsible.

Best place for mobile order pick up. Order is ready in a min people working are always happy and responsive to customer requests changes.

It was just 8: 40 and employee JYOTI who wasn’t wearing a mask refused to give us ICE coffee as they said they already cleaned the machine and don't brew coffee at this time. Her way of talking was pretty rude. This was not the first time this happened.

Took over ten minutes to get a coffee and a donut, with only one person in front of me and six people working. Not nice.

Extremely slow service. Took more than 15 minutes to get sandwich and wrap while people who ordered coffee after me were getting the coffee. It just gets frustrated because of slow service

Good place to stop for an early morning panick attack on your way to work. Thanks for being nice. Third day without coffee and things were getting rough. I'll probably never find this location again so it was nice meeting you! LoL

I had a horrible experience. The servers do not listen. Gave me the wrong donuts. Very unprofessional. Should have people working there that speak English at least.

Went in yesterday to buy breakfast. Half way as the cook was making my sandwiches, store phone rang, she picked up the phone, talked briefly then put the handset on the counter, resumed making the sandwich while continued talking into the phone.

I was soon shocked when I saw her putting down the phone and immediately grabbing an egg pate with the same hand to finish making the sandwich. Who knows how many people have touched that phone!

I told a casher what happened and told her they need to get headset for the phone but didn't wait for a response. With the image of that hand moving straight from the handset to egg pate stuck in my head, it will take a looong time before I'd dare to go back to this location.

Had a terrible experience. Had to wait for so long just for an iced capp and the staff is really unprofessional and unwelcoming. The servers barely greet you and never respond to your thank you. Tim is a place that’s supposed to have a warm environment and not so unwelcoming one.

Such a terrible experience. I have to wait for long time. Unwelcome behaviour by employees. Whenever i said i want to meet with manager, they just call some another employee from the back and said he/she is manager. Sorry to say, but lier employees.

Really unprofessional and slow service. Had to wait for around 15 minutes for a wrap. The server didn’t add any whipped cream on my iced capp although I never had to ask at any other location for the whipped cream. When asked she added the whipped cream but not the chocolate syrup so had to ask for that again.

Gave me the wrong doughnut and gave me a ton of the Tim bits I said I didn't want any of even after I clarified my order. They don't carry strawberry cream cheese and definitely do things half *$$.

I went in this afternoon to order an ice capp and specified it could have no dairy I.e milk or whip cream and upon receiving one with whip cream I asked if they could remake one with no dairy and instead the employee ragged on me and scraped the whipped cream off and told me it was fine now. I'm vegan so I can't have dairy and wasn't able to drink it after this. My reccomendation for anybody with special orders is to go somewhere else.

Very bad customer service.its third time, they took the order and then totally forgot about it.on reminding them they gave a weird look.even didn't say Sorry.staff is very rude and impolite.

Just ordered from this location through Skip The Dishes. We ordered 12 assorted doughnuts. Out of the 12,6 were old fashioned doughnuts. Certainly not going to lose sleep over this fact, but I think they should learn what "assorted" means.

The front end person was polite, however she did get my order wrong. If she had of just read the tea bag she would not have wasted the product.

I don't like this Tim hortons shop but today I met a young man casher is very nice not like the other ladies.

A bad branch. The bfast sandwich I chose (and even opted to wait longer for, so figured would at least be hot) was room temp, dry and just plain shameful. Would’ve returned it but was in a hurry so tossed it. Never coming to this location again, they are kind enough but don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

Tim hortons employees are asking for tips by leaving cups out near the tills. I know this isnt right, no other tim hortons has even done this. Isnt right.greedy people

I don't think the employees are well trained. I worked in customer service before. But I don't treat my customers that way it's just rude.

I wish they'd keep on top of their wifi working so skip the dishes could be utelized. Also when i call and ask it's like they throw the phone down on a counter and forget about it.
Its quite frustrating.
