Tim Hortons

Stopped by this location and it was busy understandable this time of year, but what was frustrating was they couldn’t hear me and when I got to the window it made sense why! As two of the boys had AirPods in their one ear this should not be occurring when they are at work very difficult to hear customers when they are listening to music. Very unprofessional.

A Tim Hortons. You know what you're getting. I must say their sandwiches are actually quite tasty. Hot chocolate is good. I would steer clear of that stuff they peddle as coffee.

Incredibly slow drive through, 20+ minute wait even at 11: 30 in the morning.asked for no egg on my farmers wrap because i am Allergic To Eggs, received it with eggs- even after the drive thru attendant stood at the window waiting for my wrap for five minutes and it was right next to her.do better.

It's fast food. Used to be a better experience until Covid. Now seems to have over staffed drive thru and sandwich station, not very clean at all, shells in the food a lot and flies all over. Good for coffee, and long term front end staff are great though.

It's mediocre now, depressed staff, low food quality and care of customer service is mostly gone. Managers need to treat their staff better. McDonald's has better services

Very upset at the customer service.the man making our wraps didn’t understand the concept of extra chipotle sauce.and when some other woman took my wrap he was confused as to why he had to make me a new one.food was good when made correctly though.

JANICE! She’s about as quick and witty as she is tiny; she keeps her colleagues on their toes and customers smiling and laughing.

I had a lemonade and had a relaxed time at Tim Horton's. Very busy but the service was great.

I was in dire need of refreshment. After I had entered through the pristine glass doors and began to approach the register, a young man of strapping figure hastened to serve me. A voice worthy of broadcast graced my ears; "How may i help you? " I was star struck by the immaculate visage that I beheld, it was as if Michelangelo's david had become flesh and was serving me. I placed my order and after the young man had completed the required arithmetic at the register, he quipped with his voice like a soothing early spring songbird "Thank you for using tims! " I asked his name and he replied "Cash Hindson. " As I ate my meal I was flooded with feelings of joy and euphoria, this man was capable of letting you experience a sunny afternoon in winter. If I am ever to experience the presence of this gentile, beautiful and loving man again I will surely be brought to tears.

Best guy at drive thru is Jan.what an amazing worker.so friendly.happy and courteous i look forward to my Tuesday and Friday mornings to see him.what a rockstar!

My husband likes Tim Hortons. I have not been able to have gluten since 2013 and am still waiting for some gluten-free desserts.coild have at least a few on your menu.

Wish I can give them minus 1 star.wrong order 7 th time sometimes Hash browns missing sometimes dark roast coffee is triple triple. Why do we have to check our order? And than come back from all the way from home or beach and they just say sorry and that is it. Only thing I like about this timmys old lady in evening she is nice and very kind.

Staff through the years have always been friendly. The place is kept clean. What else do you need in a fast food/ coffee shop? Yes it have a nice updated atmosphere too!

They got my order wrong. I wanted the powdered strawberry or raspberry donuts. I was in the drive through so I could not check.

Rude at the drive thru not from town so no need to tell us how to drive in when we don’t know the gas station

The Tim Horton's by the mall is awful they keep on getting those worms in their coffee wish I had taken a photo of it but I was too disgusted and threw it away

At 8 pm on Friday. Out of everything except coffee and donuts. No wraps no bacon eggers. No sandwiches. Nothing except sugar donuts. Not very good place especially if you are Diabetic

Donuts were sloppily made. Crowded inside and out with awkward parking lot. Bathroom is very clean.

Filthy and rude. Cash guy argued when I asked a simple question. All staff had facemasks, except maskbro handing out food. His mask is pulled beneath his chin, exposing his moth and nose. Asked maskbro for a napkin (obviously dispensers not available and none handed out at cash or food station). Maskbro rudely mumbled and waves a dismissive hand. Have to ask him to clarify and he is even ruder. I get tim's isn't the greatest gig but if you hate yourself for working here, it's time to move on.

Seem to mess up our simple orders frequently and when called on the one occasion to mention the mix up there is was no remorse only focused on if we had a receipt which by the way you only get a receipt if you ask for it! An apology would be nice and goes along way for repeat business. Recommend checking your order before exiting drive through or get a receipt even though not environmentally friendly.

Luv, luv their steeped tea! The server was kind enough to heat up my muffin. I thanked him alot as I didn't realize he had to leave his cash & go to the back kitchen to do it. TYVM!

This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. I order a farmers sausage wrap with no sauce, extra cheese, extra grilled. No exaggeration whatsoever they will mess up my order 8 times out of 10. I won’t even go here anymore, the Tim Hortons on the highway across from the Husky is 100 times better

Jenny the Manager has a very negative attitude. I asked for them to fill my thermos with hot water in the drive through with the rest of my order. Giving me attitude and disrespecting me in front of other staff. Telling me i need to come inside for them to fill it.no one was even behind me. Ridiculous.

As comfortable and clean as any fast food coffee or font shop. Service was upto pag. Good service but nothing outstanding

Ever since Timmy's was bought out years ago the food has been terrible. Ok for coffee but not much else.

They always screw up here. Also the coffee was far hotter than it ever is, it melted the plastic lid.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed a mobile order through the drive thru (an option within their app at this location) instead of helping me find my order, they made me pull around and come in store, wait in line to then wait for them to figure out that nobody had started the order, I then waited for the only helpful person to make my order. I will touch on that the drive thru staff were extremely rude and unknowledgeable as well with very little communication, paying customers should NEVER be treated disrespectfully especially when the store has failed them.

Ever since Tim Hortons was bought by burger king they have tried new foods to add a more broad variety of options. Which I like.

Probably the first good Tim hortons experience I've had in a long time. There was a lovely cashier mama something. Super amazing enthusiastic polite friendly lady. My food was made promptly and correctly. Thank you for making our stressful morning so much better.

Customer service is a hit and miss. If you don't have a Tim Card, ask the customers if they want one please.

Nice people working here you everything was well stocked but it was a little weird that there was a hornet inside the place

I'm lucky if what I want is available 9 out of 10 times. Must be the time of day. Last two times I've ordered a drink, it's been wrong.

Not bad during the day but anytime after 5pm they seem to go into shutdown mode. I stood at the till for almost 5 min before anyone acknowledged me. The drive thru staff were just standing around. I think they need adult supervision.

All Tim's staff everywhere need to stir the sugar or honey in the coffee or tea before serving it to the customers.

Always busy. The soup is always too cold and small with very little goods in them. Doughnut is good. The service there is close to nothing.
