Tim Hortons

On January 14th at 1pm, I watch a customer bring her soup back to the lady behind the counter and the Tim hortons worker dumped the soup back into the new pot of soup instead of putting it in the garbage.
The store is poorly managed. Very dirty and the staff each have poor listening skills and no manners.
I will never go back to that Tim hortons and will recommend to others not to either.

Best coffee in Canada. Some locations are really skimping on toppings though. Washrooms at Peir Mac location really needs cleaning more often.

Staff needs better training.
I ordered a small coffee BLACK and was given one with both milk and sugar.as well as a plain donut which
Was forgotten a I had to order it and pay for it again. Otherwise food was fine.y

Multiple experiences of bad timbits. Bought 2 ten packs and both had 7 or 8 timbits and were all stale/old.

Friendly staff. They seemed like they really cared about the customer service and made sure to make my order fresh and accurately. For quick service, I was really impressed by the quality of the food at this location compared to other Tim Horton's I've been to in the area. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Well you guys were my timies to go… but lately everytime I’ve ordered something it was wrong. For example no butter on my bagel and it comes soaked in butter…

I work around there, and frequently I go there for my quick lunch; sometimes, the people in the drive-thru make mistakes and give me wrong order; they need to put attention to their staff; it looks like they don't have enough English and also the place is dirty versus with another Timis.but a BREAD EXPIRES, omg! This is so bad; my coworker told me about this because it was the same with his “sandwich. ” When I checked mine, it was unbelievable! Take care to please to get FOOD POISONING in this location.

I've been coming here for years as a study spot and never had much issues. However, over the past four or five visits the coffee served has has a consecutive burnt taste to it. It's annoying having to pay for a cup of coffee and having them screw that up. Do they not clean the machines? I think I'll be going else where and try again in a few weeks.

Not that good of food other than the donuts. Coffee was lukewarm. I prefer Starbucks much more!

I’ve been here many times. And there is a awesome guy named Steven, he is very helpful and friendly, he makes the best steeped tea in Kelowna. He can also remember my orders.

In the time of Covid, a fingernail can still be spat in the batter at a multi million dollar company.
My 11 year old took one bite of his favorite muffin to hear him gagging and go to find him choking on a fingernail.
When informed them about it they offered "a replacement muffin".
I think we are going to Global as the public should know, and maybe a lawyer

A timmy location with lighter than normal traffic, this is a good thing! Don't tell anyone our secret for fast food that is fast!

Met a friend at this location around 9pm. Very limited selection of baked items? Beverages the usual standard. Washrooms not available? And the TV taken out of Store? What used to be an Upgrade Store seems to be Downgraded which is VERY Disappointing for this Location. COVID Safe Practices Location.

The service was terrible. I was ignored while waiting at til to order. They took the orders of the 2 people whom came in after me. Than began making their order before finally asking for my order. This was prior to 8 p.m. And there were 2 other customers seated in the whole place.

This was once my favourite location. But in the last year it has really gone down hill. Last week I ordered a chocolate cake donut and was given a chocolate eclair. When I said something. She said oh we don’t have any cake donuts. Ok fine. But she didn’t even tell me, just handed to me. Now today I ordered a French vanilla and was given a Earle grey tea with cream and sugar. Unfortunately I didn’t open it until I got home.

So I eat here quite frequently (I like the chili), my bf just went there and ordered a large sandwich and I got a chili. He came all the way home and you guys only gave us half a bun for the chili and half a sandwich. You usually give us full sandwiches and buns. What is going on? We've had messed up drinks before and once when I got a BLT you guys gave me an old stale burnt bun that was hard as a rock and could have broken my teeth on it (true story, I threw it all out). I think you need to be fair to the customers or train your staff better. Maybe you guys should also offer receipt or tape them to the bag so you can stop skimping out. Thanks.

I usually go to this neighborhood Tim Hortons daily and loved their service, they always get the order right and pretty much on point. Sadly I am not able to say this anymore, the last few times I have been here the staff has been giving us burnt sandwich, wrong order and their manager ecko was rude and unprofessional. I hope the owner of this business sees this review.

Friendly staff. Double double as a treat. Lady let me in in front of her at the drive thru. Paid for her coffee. One good turn deserves another!

I had gone to Tim Hortons on Kane Road and ordered my coffee and breakfast. I was waiting in the line up when the person ahead of me had their beverage handed to them it must of been the wrong one because the person had handed it back to the girl at window. I had pulled up to the window and asked if the person ahead of me had gotten my order and if my coffee had been the one handed to the individual? The girl said no but I watched her put it back in the order sitting in the bin they hand the food out with.
I was stunned that my coffee had been handled by someone else with a bare hand, and is this not how this virus is going around? By touch and droplet? She put me at risk I'm very dis appointed in the Tim Horyons there. I wont be going there again.

What ever manager was working at 2: 30pm on Sunday the 27thof September needs to be reviewed. All I asked for was a new bagel because when I asked for a double toasted bagel I received a bagel that was not toasted at all. When I went to get a new bagel the manager told me that the receipt never said double toasted so he said I never asked for it to be double toasted. Your manager literally just told me one of his employees mistakes was my fault and argued with me at the window that I never asked for a double toasted bagel even though he was not the employee to give me my first bagel. He then argued with me for about 2 minutes and at that point I don't care its two dollars so I just paid for another one. Terrible customer service considering I order the same double toasted bagel every day and I always specify it to be double toasted. If the employee at the register doesn't put it in my order that is not my fault and I should be entitled to a two dollar bagel. This is the only tims I have to consistently check if they messed up my order before leaving. Please do something about this because before telling a customer there wrong you better check with the employee who did the transaction. - 100000000 stars if I could

Great place now that its reopened. Not really a long wait getting you order. Usually very fast and friendly as you ordered it.

Went through drive through, cup is clearly bent, so lid doesn't fit tight. Ended up spilling my coffee. Thanks Tim Hortons for the coffee I had to clean up!

Nice staff.but every time I drive thru Glenmore Tim’s they get my order wrong. It’s happened 7 times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt every time but this is getting silly now. I’m never going back there again. I learned my lesson.

Will not be frequenting this location anymore. Twice now I have gone to order a latte in the early evening (6: 30pm) and both times they were cleaning their latte machine.clean your machines at a later time.it is a 24hr location! Speaking of that I have also gone twice to grab food from this location after a shift at work, around 9-10pm, and they have been closed.don't say you're a 24hr location when you don't continuously follow that! Tonight when the latte machine was being cleaned, we went down the road to Starbucks and have decided that is where we will be going from now on!

Went to this location twice and was disappointed each time. Bread was burnt and dried out & service was slow and horrible. Went in the afternoon & the line was huge and the person at the till got my order wrong, and could not understand me (english) so I paid for more than I was given. I went again when it was less busy in the evening and the staff were cleaning and sweeping the floor, and kept following me with the broom and I (the customer) had to keep moving around out of his way because he kept trying to sweep my feet. When my order was finally done, there was grease all over the bag and it was just disgusting. I do not recommend going to this location!

Nice and recently updated. Good service (by Tim Hortons standard). Clean and we'll run. Has drive through.

This particular location is a good example of the decline in this brand nationally. I used to go every day on my way to work for years and staff were friendly and orders correct. However in the last year I have stopped using this location all together, they seem incapable of getting even a simple coffee order correct and food quality and service very poor.
I have stopped supporting this chain completley.

Very good service and the normal Timmies fare. A nice casual atmosphere with more room than many locations so makes it a nicer meeting place.

Don't come in here if you're looking to relax. They have sirens, bells and whistles constantly going off.

This is the worst Tim Horton's location I've ever been to. Clearly run by someone who doesn't understand business or community. Glenmore deserves way better than this and thankfully for those of us who live here there is a Starbucks right across the street. This location doesn't even deserve one star, what a waste of a prime location.

By far the worst of them all. I'll first start by saying the staff is nice and they are fast (not sure about the inside of the facility as I only use drive-thru). I almost never get the correct order. Also, my husband once found a dead mosquito in his sandwich.

I don't understand how anyone thinks three sugar sounds like 3 cream but it happens almost every time I have been here. I don't visit this Tim Hortons anymore. I'm tired of getting the wrong coffee more often than not. I guess you can't expect more from a bunch of highschool kids

This place just got an amazing face lift! Looks super rad now! Great atmosphere, great people, Canada's best coffee!

The lady making sandwiches kept leaning both her arms and her stomach against the cutting board. Gross. Definitely not eating that or going back.

Terribly disappointed with the actual, compared to the ad. Visible chunks in the advertisement, red hue. Grey brown hue with NO chunks even on the spoon from the bottom of the bowl!

We have been using this location for more than 10 years. But less and less in recent months. I think there has been a change in ownership the quality of the food and service has gone down hill. I had a salad with chicken. I had it refunded the chicken was over cooked, dry and hard. Our order was incomplete and we had to ask three times for missing items. I go to other further locations if i go to Tim's.

I'm on a keto diet and ask for no sugar in my coffees. However for some reason they keep putting sugar in my coffee. Come on guys.
