Regularly messes up orders and the staff feels like they’re trying to rush you as fast as you can possibly go

Staff at night are very unhelpful and always out of pastries. When they do have pastries it's always burnt especially their bagels. Don't recommend going to this place.

The employees who are working here all are so good, nice and polite I usually order from this location never getting disappointed. They prepare food very well and give their 101%. Everyone who so work here they are very friendly and know how to deal with customer.

When ever you order green tea on this location let them know loudly only green tea pls otherwise you get green tea with milk

This location is near my house but I avoid going to it. Customer service is unheard of the staff are so rude if you don't like your job or life don't take it out on others, the biggest let down was I asked for ketchup in my wrap instead of Chipotle and they said they aren't able to put it inside because they don't have bottled ketchup only packs how hard is it to open a pack of ketchup honestly just shows laziness every other Tim's I have been to does it no problem

The donuts and Timbits were stale. It ruined my 11 year olds mood. Her day had already been bad and the stale food didn’t help.

One of the busiest yet greatly managed locations in the lower mainland. Props to all the staff and supervisors.

Monday 10/03/22, I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich, the bread was not fresh. Last week they sold me old dark roast coffee, very bitter.
Two weeks ago, they sold me a spicy pumpkin muffin that so old, it was rock hard and foul.
I go there 5 times a week, the service is fast and friendly but the food is not always fresh.

This is an awsome tims location been coming here for lunch for a week now. The line up goes fast, they could use another person on the tills during lunch rush. Lots of parking, the esso gas station right behind tims. Bathroom is usally always clean, the area is a little confusing if u have never been here there doing lots of road work adding new round abouts and bridges. They have new rice bowls that are really good.

I must say the staff at this Tim Hortons are extremely nice. The supervisor on shift (NAV) and I will always remember her name. This lady was so nice, I have a knee injury and its hard to walk. Nav made sure I was ok because I had to walk back to the petro pass, a staff member even came out and helped me down the step. Kudos to this Tim Hortons and its amazing kind staff

Every time I go here something in my order gets slightly messed up. Wrong donut, crispy chicken when I asked for grilled, lemon iced tea when I asked for raspberry.

The usual Tim Hortons. Would be nice if they had some chairs and tables outside like a lot of other Tim's do. Nice to sit outside on summer days.

They put hot water in steeped tea, I have been here two times in a row, even though supervisors are very rude.

Poor drive thru service. Missing hash brown in farmer wrap. Poor communication and impatient staff. Bad service ever

This place closes at 10 PM. I went there at 9: 50 sharp. They had blocked the Drive thru and locked their doors 10-15 mins before the actual closing time. This is not the frist time this happened. I knocked the door and the person shook their head saying they are closed. Never going back here.

This has to be the absolute worst location as far as stock goes. It's usually early to mid evening when I come by and they never have anything in stock. By 7pm their display case is entirely empty. Not a single donut, cookie, muffin, or tim bit in sight. No soups or chilis. Even though they don’t close for hours. I was told they don't even carry whole wheat buns for sandwiches. The staff are polite but if you come any time after 4pm, prepare to only get a drink or a sandwich. I imagine the staff are told not take make anything after a certain time to avoid waste but this is insane. Doesn't help that there are only 2 staff members running around trying to fill orders, clean, and stock.

Staff are quick to do the orders but alot of times they make mistakes on the orders. When ordering sandwiches and wraps, it's never hot and grilled properly.

This is by far the best Tims. They are so quick in the mornings and you never have to wait. We come in to Delta from the North Shore and I refuse to stop anywhere else along the way. Well managed. Good job team

Says they are open till 10 pm, I went today at 9pm jan 30th 2021 no one comes to drive thru, I pull up go to door, see employees, who like walk to the kitchen and hide and the doors are locked, follow ur business hours.

Visit this place couple times because it's near my place, but the service is always poor. They are not very busy comparing to other Tim Hortons. They normally don't give you napkins if you go drive through. Even if you ask for napkins, they always give probably only 1~2 napkins with 2~3 orders of breakfast meals. Are napkins very expensive in Tim Hortons? Going inside the store to order some donuts and muffins, they don't even ask you if you want to choose your own, instead, they will just randomly picked them for you. What a customer service?

The chicken bacon ranch wrap I ordered was delicious. They gave us a sliced roast beef in a bun which was very good but we had ordered chicken in a bun. Not a problem, it was very good but.

I visit this location quite often. I ordered the Caprese sandwich with a chocolate chunk cookie and a French Vanilla. After waiting in the already busy drive-thru, and receiving my order, I took a sip of my French Vanilla and I noticed something was a little different. When I looked at it, it was a French Vanilla 1/2 double double. I had to inconveniently get back into the drive-thru and spend another 10-12 minutes. They gave me my correct drink once I informed them of this - however a complete waste of time and inconvenience.

It was closed so early on a Tuesday night it's like the only tims around near the truck stop you'd think they be 24 hrs for the truck drivers at least.kinda stupit if you ask me

I have no complains about the service. However, the quality of food has deprecated to such a level that one feel uncomfortable after eating TIM HORTONS food.

Very clear speaking over speaker, even accent was not a problem. Excellent quick drive through service!

Staff is very unprofessional always mess up in the order. I Do not recommend anybody going there.

Work around the corner. Constantly takes my whole lunch break to get out of the drive through with 1 coffee and a doughnut.the service is terribly slow.

I am here this wednesday between 2-3. The girl served there was very polite and nice. I guess her name was kiran thats what written on her tag. Will sure come again.

If you dont know what tim Horton's coffee and food taste like by now where your reading my review you should not be drinking coffee.the staff is what they pay for pay them mote get better service

We get coffee from here all the time. Very big orders. They are always made right, and on time. Special thanks to Harry!

I ordered $20 worth of Food and two drinks. I felt like my order was rushed and I only waited about a minute for my entire order. To my dismay when I tried the coffee it tasted bland and didn't have much flavor, and the food also looked like it had been mashed up and just packaged in a rush and had lost most of it's flavor. I also noticed another time one of the crew members taking payment on drive thru and also making products with the same hands without washing, and no he wasn't wearing gloves either. Not worth it in my opinion based on today's visit. I like this location but they can't keep rushing orders. Also, around evenings they always have a skeleton crew and I'm worried about their food safety. But I was surprised today to find out that quick service doesn't equate to good service and good quality.

Guy named Baljeet took my order wrong and he was very Rude. He do not know customer service. Very disappointing service

This is slowest Timmies EVER! Dinner time. 1 person in store and 2 in drive thru. Common do better then this your staff are overworked! So sick of wasting my time in your line up! Staff are great tho

Awful service. Two people speaking over each other over the drive-thru mic, didn't give us all of our order and acted annoyed that we brought it up. No apology for it, no "have a nice day", nothing.

I asked for 3 donuts and they game me 2 so when i walked back up to get it some lady working the sandwiches and wraps told me i was a liar and then told me she checked the cameras and they gave me 4, i then corrected them and said no i asked for three but got two and she interrupted me and said she then gave me three.i asked for my third donut again and she said i can go back in line and buy one.terrible customer service. Not my first time i’ve had issues with this place

Completely incompetent staff! Tried ordering the Beyond Farmers Wrap last week several times and was told each of those time that they are out of stock. The last time, last week trying to order, they told me more will be in next week. Sure enough, I try to order it again this week and they tell me they still have none. I coherently as whether it was canceled or whether they are still out of stock and they couldn’t give me an answer! Absolutely done with this location!

I went here almost daily for a while. They were inconsistent, my coffee was always different, but i always order the same way. Small gripe, but when you pull up to the window to pay they literally try to stuff everything in your hands in a hurry and i hate it. No sooner have I swiped my cars than they try to shove the coffee into your hands. I NEED TO PUT MY CARD IN MY WALLET AND BACK IN MY POCKET GIVE ME A DAMN SECOND! Thats all:)

Worst Tim Hortons in the lower mainland, the drive through staff are always rude, finger marks in the bagels almost every time, Not to mention they give out the wrong food or miss something more times then they should.absolutely horrible

Not overly impressed and I'm sure it was a one-off thing but when I asked for an everything bagel they had two of them into this play and they were both stale and couldn't be serve to me so I had to order something else not a biggie but it's the little things

It's location is great as it serves as a resting place for us whenever we have to go to airport or close by. The coffee here is also great. Love it.

I would give thm negative stars. Lady working at window around 12/may/2020=8: 30 am dont know how to behave with truck drivers like seriously. If ur family is getting food and other daily basis things its jst becuz if truck drivers. There is walk in at window for truck drivers and still behaving rudely

Constantly out of most ingredients or menu items. I stop by for breakfast once every couple weeks and they're usually out of something. All they had left today for sweets (no donuts or timbits.at all) was stale old cinnamon buns with the bare minimum amount of frosting. Just skip this Tim's and go to another if you must. It's constantly disappointing.

Hey Manager, Don’t be RUDE with truck drivers, your priority is supporting all the professional truck drivers by letting them
Use the washrooms, they don’t have much spots to use washroom on this route, please take truck drivers for granted if they stop, the world stops.

The worst service ever. Sunday at 5: 35pm on March 29 pulled up to the order intercom, she asked what we would like and even before we could give order she said total is $3.87.told her we haven't even ordered.tried to sort it out with them. And they argued so we went to the window rather than saying sorry and clearing up things these students from India wouldn't let us talk to a supervisor or give us their name but instead told us to f off. I had my kids in the vehicle. There were two people working a female and male. Refusing to listen to the customers but instead just swearing away.

I go to Tim's once or twice every day, and this is the only one I actively avoid.
- They give me the wrong order half the time (Coffee instead of tea)
- They don't follow any sort of instruction (Chewy cold bagels when I asked for double toasted)
- The rudest staff that think they can tell me how to pronounce my own name (That order number is for Sheen not Sean)

I'd give it zero stars if I could, would not recommend.

Some good service but many times they have the engagement of a mouldy turnip in a prison work detail.

One of the worst Tim Hortons in the Lower Mainland.forgotten items in order, burnt breads, chewy meats, soggy potatoes, old veggies, lukewarm coffee you name it. This place misses on a lot of its items very frequently. I'd recommend going to another location or somewhere else entirely.

Love this Canada trip. The coffe and the cheese croissant are delicious. Very nice place close to Vancouver. I will totally recommended.

Nice clean place.good food. I would have gave 5 stars.but they didn't have crackers for my soup.
