Always clean and calm. And the food is always consistent. My only complaint is they are often understaffed, especially past 11pm. Albeit, major props for being 24/7

Went thru drive thru to get Bailey Boston Cream doughnuts. They only had 1, I needed two. Very disappointed! I settled for another chocolate iced one. I got to the window & was told it was $4.80 for 2 doughnuts. I almost fainted. I looked for the exact change. By the time I was ready to pay, a male employee joined the female at the window. He was just there to flirt with the female. He gave me a dirty look. No one was paying attention & ready to take my money. I was disgusted & had to ask, "Are you going to take my money or what? " I also told the male that I didn't appreciate the look. I spent a fortune on these doughnuts & don't even get treated with respect by these employees. What's this world coming too? I won't be back.

A disgrace to the Tim Hortons name, lacking in any form hygiene, quality, or value. The staff are horrible (probably because they are severely underpaid, undertrained, and overworked), and the food is a ghost of what Timmies used to be. The founders would surely be rolling in their graves seeing what this franchise has become.

Ordered on the mobile app for pickup. Order numbers show on a screen that are pending, my order was showing on the pending screen for 5 minutes while it sat on the counter getting cold. Staff don't know what they're doing, don't say the name/number of the order or write it on the bag, just put it on the counter and walk away. There were 6 other orders showing pending, how would anyone know which is theirs?

Came to support their Camp Day fundraiser. Went through drive thru and the lady was polite and direct. "There you go, it's all there " so gullible me drives away and half way out noticed: No coffee! I had to drive back, park and lineup inside. They didn't believe me at first. Can't trust anyone to do their job correctly.

Went though the drive through they messed my order up went back through tried to skimp out on the bacon, i mentioned this to the girl at the window tanya who rolled her eyes at me after then messing my order up twice.no apology.then Ritvik comes to the window, i explain the problem and he tried to blame the mistake on me showing me the receipt that his staff punched in correctly.then asked for my money back and he was trying to stall and not give my money back.your weekend staff are brutal.zero respect, zero customer service.zero ability to make something simple.

Consistently bad. Sometimes hard to keep checking orders when there's a line. Today it was no rice in a chicken rice bowl. The other day no chicken in chicken rice bowl. Lesson learned to not come here, though they are convenient.

Mischarged me 3 times for a simple order of 4 donuts and a iced coffee and the coffee tasted horrendous. Idk what they did to it, but it was bad and they acted like the mischarging was correct or our fault. Walked next door to burger King and was treated like a king in comparison TH=. BK=

Just had the Chicken Cilantro Lime wrap. No detectable lime. The chicken was ‘cat food grade’ flaked chicken and not real pieces of chicken. I wasn’t expecting much from Tims but this was a new low.

0/10 do not recommend.

Jaspreet has the worst customer service.

I was just at tim hortons at 11320 steveston hwy in richmond. My partner had a mobile offer for 1.99 any classic breakfast but the promo wasnt working properly. He showed it on his phone and it was activated and scanned but the system wasnt working. The worker there Jaspreet was extremely rude and condescending towards us. I asked if she could manually apply the promo where her coworker beside her said she could do, but Jaspreet didn't want to. I belive Jaspreet is the supervisor/manager. She was hostile and wanted to escalate the issue.

Place is okay. Would appreciate if they had a bicycle stand Infront of the store. There's one close by but it just did not felt safe putting my bike there.

I've been here every day for 2 weeks now to buy breakfast or lunch and the grill is always broken. It would be helpful if they put a sign out letting customers know so they don't line up and end up being disappointed.

The coffee has also gone completely downhill and is watered down or just luke warm.

By far, this location has the lowest quality standard. If you are close to Ironwood, just travel a bit further and go to Bridgeport until this location figures itself out.

Slowest drive through service I've ever had. I used to leave work in the afternoon to grab a coffee here every day but stopped going because service is so slow. The last time I went I waited for 15 min in line and ended up leaving because it was taking so long. The coffee is good food so so, but don't go there unless you've got nothing better to do other than wait in line. They also have a habit of not taking orders in order of arrival between the two drive through lanes. Sometimes they take three orders from one lane before one from the other lane. Good if you are in the right lane but aggravating if you aren't lol. I can't speak for in store service but the other reviews don't sound too good either.

I support Canadian business, unlike many idiots supporting USA business like Starbucks, but this location in ironwood the employees dont have good training, and the cleaning SUCKS, The regional manager should be fire. I can't believe some people say it was clean lol

(They are Scrimpy with the cream cheese).

I Ordered 6 bagels n cream cheese they gave the order wrong and so I was given one.then had to wait in drive thru holding others up behind me for the other 5 bagels with barely any cream cheese!

Extremely disappointed over all for Tim Horton's my favorite all around drive - thru restaurant.

Hope you get the order right for the next time.

I walked in during a slow night, had some snow earlier in the day. I saw staff doing nothing while the tables were dirty and the floor was soaking wet. Someone could have slipped and hurt themselves. So I decided to order take out only to find out the grill wasn’t working. My last visit a month ago there was some other problem with hot food orders. This location needs to be shut down.

This location is always dirty. They don't sanitize their tables, and customers have to clean the table with napkins if they want to see, I spoke to the manager once, she wasn't too happy about my observations, a regional manager needs to step in if they care.

Previously they have 4 cases of covid 19 around Apri-May.

I’ve ordered off of this Tim hortons a couple days ago, food was great. However, yesterday I ordered food off of a specific delivery app, It took awhile for my food to come in, I was told there were a short amount of staff, which I understood. My food has arrived, unfortunately the plastic knife was dipped in the chili, the knife on the chili was so dry and i was purely disgusted. My chili wasn’t really that hot as the last time I ordered chili off of this store. The donut I ordered was just plain cold and felt off. I’ve been eating Tim hortons for a little about 7-8 years now and by far this is the worse I’ve been to.

Forgot to mention that after I finished the Chocolate Creamy Chilli, killed some time off and went to bed, but my stomach was hurting whenever I tried to get up. I shoved it off and hoped that it would go away the next morning, sadly it didn’t. It still hurts to this day. Overall, very disappointed. Please hire more and competent staff WITH proper training. I’ll give it 2 stars for giving me butter.

This place is always dirty, tables are cleaned mostly by clients who will have no choice to clean the tables.
The main entrance glass door, easy to tell they get cleared probably every other day or no cleaned properly.
What is the regional manager doing? I don't think day care.

I have been a couple of times to this place. I have a suggestion for the company to have separate tongs for each and Everytime of meat and also vegetables. I also see employees doesn't chnage gloves when they are touching different type of bread or meat. This is for some people religious and for other many led to allergies. Some of the these things which hurt me to never want to eat that again.

Worse walk-in service EVER! Don’t use it if you have a car. Service is SLOOOOW!?

Used their walk-in service because the drive-thru was 12 cars deep. The 12th car in the drive-thru was a Silver Honda Accord.

I was the third in line at their counter. By the time I got to the counter to order my large double double, the Honda Accord was already at the drive-thru counter and driving away.

Waited another 8mins after my order to even get my coffee. Total time from walk-in to walk-out … disappointing 18mins for one coffee.

Advise: Don’t use their walk-in service if you have a vehicle.

I went in at night inside the restaurant and ordered an iced coffee with no ice. An older Filipino women took my order, who looked to be the supervisor at the time. When I received my order the cup was only half full. When I asked why she said because I didn't get ice and that it would've been full if I did. I am very disappointed that people so stingy work there. Never going again.

Manager seem to be working hard. All the other employees just taking all their time, relaxed, not rushing, doesnt care about the line up. 1 coffe and a breakfast sandwich should not take 15 minute with 13 staffs working.

We frequent this location often and normally service is fine. Today, going through the drivethru, we were asked to park and wait for our food. Our receipt says we ordered at 4: 28pm and it is currently 4: 49pm and we are still waiting. Because there are no parking spots designated for waiting, the workers are unsure what car ordered what and they're going around asking each car if the order is correct. Frustrating. And now hangry.

Went through drive through, showed up before little grey corolla. There was one person ahead of me.they finished up, I was asked to wait, then they took the order of the corolla that showed up after they told me to wait. Also to point out anytime I come here everyone in the drive through is waiting. I thought drive throughs usually are timed per transaction? There's no excuse for any of the bad customer service. Unfortunately I don't have another Tim's on my route.

One of the few places that you can seat inside and enjoy your coffee and meal 24/7. Free Wifi and fast friendly service.

I love timhortons coffee but this location gave me unfresh coffee everytime and please advise the crew specially in drive through because once they open the windows you gonna smell bad odor (no offense) they should know that they are serving foods. One star is too much

I just went through the drive thru here at 6: 30 pm on a Tuesday and first I asked for cream of broccoli soup the lady said they dont have it, I said okay i'll get an everything bagel the lady said they dont have it, so I said okay fine I'll just take a small vanilla iced capp and the lady says sorry the machine is down.
At this point i was over it and left, this is ridiculous for tim hortons not to have anything I could eat.
If I could give zero stars I would!

It seems as if this Tim Hortons location doesn't carry anything to eat or drink. No baked goods are ever available along with most of the menu.

Worst Tim Hortons ever, absolutely incapable at making a coffee unless you drink black. Rude ladies work here, walk in and no one is speaking English (should be fired) were in Canada not India! Order a bagel with cream cheese they will rip off everytime, order a sandwich you'll get less meat then any other store.

Worst customer service that i have ever experienced in life. They don’t even treat you like a customer and if they see you are Punjabi or Indian, they are going to ignore you, roaming around for no reason instead of taking your order and this is not for the first time.

I bought a bagel and a donut but they messed it up by giving me only one bagel in the bag. I didn't find it out until I got home 30min later. It was not rush hour and only 1-2 customers in line. Unbelievable mistake and it made me feel so bad! Every customer should take sometime to double check their order……bad experience.

Restaurant was not busy, drive through was steady. Wish staff would speak English especially in front of customer. Employees speaking in their native language and laughing can be taken the wrong way by some customers. Ordered egg and sausages for take away, did not get a fork. Staff was to busy talking to each other.

Re: Tim Hortons on Steveston Hwy Richmond BC. First impression. FILTHY. This was a Saturday night at 630pm. There were about a dozen customers and a couple of loiterers, some in line, some huddled around the only clean'ish table eating. The rest of the seating areas were littered with scraps, used cups and plates, uneaten food, dirty napkins, trays and the like. The floor was littered and sticky. I walked around but could not find a single table that was reasonably clean. I usually do not mind wiping the odd crumb or spill off a table but they were overwhelmingly dirty. By the time i got to the cashier she had trouble understanding our simple order of one candy cane hot chocolate and a mocha. When our drinks were up, our festive drink was crammed into a paper cup with lid instead of being served in a clear glass mug as advertized. And the mocha coffee came as a medium chocolate. We finally got the mocha error sorted out but only after a bit of argument from the staff. After trying my darndest to overlook the mess, the questionable service, and the strange beverage in front of me, i settled down to sip at my drink but it was nothing like a hot chocolate. To make a long story a little shorter - apologies to the reader - i stood in line for over 6 minutes to see the cashier about the unappetizing blob which had not melted an iota over a hot liquid. They argued that it was real whipped cream. In the real world, real whipped cream would have melted into the hot chocolate by now. I got my money back.
