Jenn.at this Tim’s was so rude! Put just a small drop of whipped cream in ice caps, if I payed $1 more for it, put enough& after asking was very rude and said that’s how much I always put! I’ve been going to Tim’s for 20+ Years I definitely know how much! And despite asking for coffee to be made with skim milk she made it with cream and the quenchers where made wrong (carbonated water had gone flat). Rude service and very dirty/unclean restaurant.

Stopped by for some breakfast. The line was pretty short. I received my meal pretty quickly. Food tasted great. The washroom could have used a bit of attention during my visit.

Overall good experience

I ordered crispy chicken sandwich, and waited for 5 minutes for my food and after 5 min, lady working on food counter said we don't have chicken and will take 15 minutes for the food, which is fine but the way she told me to wait was in very rude tone and bad attitude, which is totally not right.
So my advice, I know you are working in fast pace environment, but you need to keep your calm and talk properly with the customers.

She put my sandwich on the glass didn't say that what kind of sandwich so I went to ask if it's my sandwich or not she's like what did you order Kind of screaming at me She was like not happy at all the worst. Worst customer service.

This is good but was best before, I have no idea why the old staff is no longer there, the new is good but not as good as the old staff

Very slow drive thru for coffee. The quality has gone down. They don't follow instructions. Takes forever for them to understand. Check your coffee because it's never to the top. Good luck getting a sleeve you have to ask for it. You are paying for half @$$ food. Bagel with no cream cheese. The wedges are always cold and dry. Warm food is always cold and hard.

They don't care if you get your coffee hot. This is my honest review for the drive thru. This is around morning and during the day time. These women just sit and chit chat, there no customer service. If you ask for something at the window they stare you down and give you attitude. I asked for coffee topped off, she stared me down then took it back. I'm not sure why they do that, I'am waiting in line and paying for it. I've tried going inside but it is always cold inside and the tables aren't ever wiped down. Isn't a cozy comfortable place to sit for coffee.

Amazing customer service by Rose. She greets every customer as they entre and amazing customer service at the window.

Horrible place the employees are incompetent they put frosting instead of mayonnaise in my wrap. Also found a hair in my bowl recently.

Staff at the front doesn't pay attention to you, take 10 minutes to give you a sugar pack. They hear you but keep chating in their language.
Really bad service

The service is super quick here. I think since we were the only one in the drive-thru, I found it the most quick transaction I have had at any place. We ordered an iced coffee, and when we got to the window where they give us the drink, we waited for less than five seconds. There were people inside, but they were still quick to give us our drink through the drive-thru.

They need to hire more staff at all locations.
They work there staff to hard for the amount of customers.
Sometimes the line up could be avoided by more tills open

Update: we stop here maybe once a week for Tea-and.on a weekly road trip.
This location is sometimes good, sometimes questionable. Sometimes feels like this is a Training location.
We have noticed that the donut selection is frequently problematic. They quite often do not have much variety.
They do a lot of drive thru and the order takers are usually very careful about order correctness.

Very poor standards. Cleanliness was terrible. Went there person who making food was not wearing hairnet.she has long hair and no hair net just hat. When ask for incharge.found out she is one who leading there. Doesn’t make me want to eat anything from there.

Typical food, friendly service, clean location.
Not a busy location around 6: 30-7am for walk in orders.

I order through the app with intention to pick up quicker but they don’t make my coffee until I show up. I understand that it’s always the most hot & fresh this way, but I’m used to it being ready when I get there. It’s just going to take some adjusting. I do appreciate that it’s less food/ beverage/ container waste this way.

I've been to this Tim Hortons many times, and I wouldn't be coming back if they weren't nice and good at their coffee making fun loving jobs. I have a fond memory of crashing their debit machine at the drive-thru and having to go inside to pay, which was 100% worth it because they gave me a free donut for the inconvenience even though it was totally my fault. I will never turn down a free donut. Mark my words.

Service deteriorates when there's a long lineup in the drive thru. We usually order take out from inside. I've experienced in several occasions missing bacon in my sandwich, missing pieces of croissants (not worth driving back to complain) and just last Sunday my family ordered several items and they missed to include the cold drink we ordered. Good thing we spotted the missing item. However, we waited an extra 10 minutes just for the cold drink. They gave it for free though but it wasnt the large size we wanted. I got tired of asking again so we just left.

I placed an online order today morning and there were 8 people working and 6 customers. It still took them 16 mins to make my order ready. Everyone was just gossiping around asking me your order will be ready on the other pickup counter. No greeting at all, very rude people.

If you want order online or from skipthisdishes and uber eats you need to waiting 1 hour minimum

We went here to get Coffee and some breakfast. One of the breakfast sandwich did not have the egg or sausage in it. Just two buns with cheese! We could not turn around as we where on the highway getting on the bridge. Very disappointing.

Get a wrong order all the time. This time was Intentionally. How did I know? I saw the guys working there was chating looking towards me while I was driving through with my order with curiosity. I then realized that I got a wrong order. They knew.

I’m not sure if mathematics are a prerequisite to serve timbits, but a box of 50 is supposed to contain 50, not 38. That’s a pretty bad job by anybody standards.

Very rudely talking to customers, worse customer service, always out of stuff, Don't know any manners about customer service this is the worse location i ever found

Lazy and Rude customer service always live in the area for 15 years but last few years they are so bad behavior people working. Ask them for double toast my bagels they always burn ask for toast it's always like raw ask for 2 milk 2 sugar coffee or tea it's 90% times wrong.

I find there is no consistency in this Tim Hortons. Most of the staff can’t even speak proper English and are plain rude. They are always out of certain items most times. The staff will give rude replies and will never make any fresh items, they are stale and disgusting. This place has very unprofessional staff with no guidance. They even ask me to spell my name in order to pronounce it right.
You go from the drive through and always give wrong orders and then have to remind them what my order was. Does the facility Manager monitor its staff the way drive through orders are handled. Cluster of staff standing but still don’t know what the job requirements are. They just stand around talking and are on their phones.
It’s very sad to see this Tim Hortons in Queensborough area with very poor service.

You guys should close the restaurant at night you don't have to make it 24/7 if you don't wanna serve anything at night. So many times I visited this place at night they never have anything except bagels or they just don't wanna work

Very hit-and-miss with consistency and customer service. 3/4 times a week I order a London Fog tea. It is usually 3/4 full, not hot enough and forgets the vanilla. ALWAYS an issue when ordering. Either train staff better or don't run them so short.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars to this tim hortons. There have been so many instances where tthey have given me the wrong order or even just a coffee instead of a tea. Their drive thru is a nightmare during rush hours and can take up to like 30 minutes to get through. Today was the last straw,! I FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY TEA THIS MORNING and when i called the store, the so called supervisor told me that "this is not possible". SHE TOLD KEPT SAYING THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THAT I FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY TEA. I cant believe these people.

80% of Tim Hortons employees are TFW and every single location is grossly understaffed and mismanaged.

This place is very busy! I never seen a very huge line up at the drive thru! 2x more than walk-in, it seemed a bit under staffed.

Always had good service but nowadays they are not paying attention. Today, ordered a caprese wrap and they give me sandwich and already told them put hashbrown in the wrap and they are again giving it separate.

Messed up my order completely and the hot chocolate drink tasted like grainy hot water. So disgusting.

Having a drive thru makes this location good, but the staff that work here make this location outstanding. For the most part nimtra is always cheerful and engaging. She helped turn me into a regular coffee drinker and a bagel boy haha! Only thing is I wished they can be opened a bit later.good staff

Slowest and most unprofessional Tim Hortons. They spend most of there time socializing than doing there jobs. Change manger.

805 Boyd St. Terrible service - it's ANTI-service. Most recently, pointed to the *current and updated* menu ad to order a special, pointed at the special, which they saw and READ.and - they simply said "no" and tried to charge the full amount for each item. Another time. I ordered two combos. Was met with a blank stare. I said: "Two combos. " I paused. They nodded. I said "Farmers Wrap combo" - okay. Then I said "The Bacon-Sausage Wrap Combo. " - the cashier asks "So you want bacon.or sausage? " I asked them to turn around to look at their own menu and said "It's literally called a Bacon-Sausage Wrap. It's a meal. " She refused to look and kept saying "You have to tell me if it's Bacon or if it's Sausage. " I said again "There is a whole, singular item called a Bacon-Sausage Wrap.it's not a choice btwn the two. Please look at the menu. " She again refused.and had to call the MANAGER to confirm that I wasn't lying about a menu item that was quite literally written a few feet away. ANOTHER time. I said "Peppermint Tea. " the cashier says: "So Steeped tea? ". I said "Well, if Peppermint Tea is steeped.okay, but I want the peppermint. " - so I get Orange Pekoe. I ask "I asked for Peppermint. Cashier gives me a sneer and attitude saying "Well, you have to ASK FOR PEPPERMINT when you're ordering, not STEEPED. " I said "I DID! *YOU* said steeped. I said Peppermint TWICE. " - They roll their eyes and VERY RELUCTANTLY changed it. How is this even possible that they're still in business?

Very typical Tim Horton with decent coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches and baked goods. Friendly staff and not too busy.

Most painful experience ever.

Ordered checken sandwiches and the beyond meat sausage sandwich for our crew eat in.

Sandwiches where cold and when asked they said they can not heat them up. Mind blowing.

All sandwiches missing lettuce and tomatoes. In the end after a lengthy wait I did get my manhandled cold sandwichs. Total spending of $40. Would have been better going to another fast food joint. Lesson learned the un-appetizing way.

Disorganized. Frequently need to check to see if product is in stock (even coffee!). Regularly out of product! Also, check your cup to ensure it's full.that can also be hit and miss.

Whomever made the decision to remove the honey mustard from the turkey bacon club needs to string up. I'll never go to tim hortons again after receiving mayo instead gross

Horrible service. They consistently mess my order up almost every time I go there, and employees are very rude and not friendly.

This morning, I left my phone at the counter. The next customer after me handed in to the staff and I picked it up within an hour.

This location is not open 24 hours and the staff is the slowest I have ever experienced. Avoid this location and do not count on it to be open 24 hours because it is not.

Great stop if you missed the highway, and, you need a coffee to focus! Plus, very, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff now week trained. Only a few know how to scan and use mobile app. Discount coupon not acceptable in this store but ok in other store. The stuff not helpful to customers.
