I had the worst experience of drive thru on Tim Hortons ever, the guy (south East Asian, Indian/ Punjabi) had no manners to talk- customer service is far fetched to be expected. He purposely was acting as he had a very good accent where as he could not even understand simple things properly. He started shouting while taking the order. The time was around 6.30-7.00 today. Such people should be fired immediately

Used to eat here all the time, but service keeps getting worst. Classic is “we are out of potato wedges” with no apology during normal eating hours. You press them and they still don’t apologize. Great food, horrible service.

As per usual this is one of the most unorganized locations I have ever been to. They're seriously needs to be a manager on this site that does some major training. There's more than enough staff at this location for this to be an issue. Anybody who ever goes into the location instead of through drive-thru is last priority. They will help 10 people in the Drive-Thru before helping one person inside. It should not take 3 to 5 minutes to go through the drive-thru and 15 to 20 minutes to go inside. Rather train your staff better at this location or get better staff. And maybe have them stop clearing there wait times when food is still not given. Just because it looks like they're quick because they clear the dash before food is ready doesn't mean they are quick

Extremely rushed and rude experience every time I have come here. Lucky if you receive the right food or correct bill. No hello no eye contact 0 stars. I live down the street but don’t go here at all anymore solely due to the customer service experience.
Used to go to Tim Hortons everyday but not anymore.

The person at the drive thru is the worst. Won’t even let me finish a sentence without cutting me off with, “anything else? ” I said I wanted an ice cap with chocolate milk but while I was saying “with chocolate milk” she was talking over me “anything else? ” and of course didn’t hear me and adds a regular ice cap. Then I tell her she talked over me and then I ask for a smoothie and I’m not even done talking and again she’s talking over me “anything else? ” Like give your customers a chance to finish talking. It was insane. Worst drive thru ever. Maybe wait 5 seconds before you ask “anything else” instead of asking WHILE THE CUSTOMER IS STILL SPEAKING. Never going back there.

Took my son there for a treat. They had a very poor selection of donuts, and the ones we chose tasted many hours old. Had to wait several minutes, and we were the only people in line. The person working the register forgot to charge me until I reminded them (should leave 5 stars for that?). The employees were all laughing about something between them.

I gave an extra star because they were friendly people. I blame whoever the manager is, for not managing.

Edit, came back years later to a very similar experience. It appears that the employees are working hard, but it’s disorganized and mismanaged.

Excellent location. I really like the renovations and look of this Tim Hortons. And it wasn't too busy like other locations as well. I took the liberty of adding the hours into maps as posted on the door of this business, hard to read as I can't tell if it's 5am or 6 am. This location was marked as temporarily closed or shutdown. Which may have been a reason as to why a lot of people weren't going there. I had seen this location many times on maps but it was showing that it was shutdown. So I had never went. And I would imagine this was a factor for a lot of people.

I like their dubble dubble but some of the staff don't know how to make it right! I have gotten some that were perfect! And others that either they didn't put any sugar in it or they were to lazy to stir it!

Drive thru does not ask for rewards card for points / coupons and ended up wasting a "coupon" after activating it on the app.
When trying to get my phone scanned for the app, the teller was rude and refused to take it after handing the cash that was still in her hand.

They rip you off on your soup or chilli order. Corperate policy says you get a whole bunch with the order this location gives you a half bun or charges you extra for a whole bun.

Stopped for a Coffee and decided to sit inside.
It was unbearably hot inside and uncomfortable to sit and stay so went outside.
The tables inside were worn and the chairs looked like they had seen better days.
I feel bad for the staff having to work in that heat it was bad just sitting there I cannot imagine working in it.
On the positive side staff was pleasant and friendly and the coffee was great.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Service is horrible spent $80 in gift cards get accused of stealing a $5 gift card and they don't even apologize for being so rude. I highly suggest people avoid this store no customer service and the rudest staff can't even get customer orders right.

Came here a few times and didn't receive service that sufficed, unfortunately, an employee wasn't able to speak English and had to have a translator along side.

Hello I just order icecaps form drive though 3: 30 pm October/4 but they said machine not working and I order different drink I don’t really like it but when go to windows to pick up I saw they making icecaps for another customer, is it that worker in this location don’t like to make Icecap? I am generally very patient as I know most restaurants are understaffed at this time. However I felt like I needed to share my negative experience here.

I counted at least six people working here when I walked inside to order. No greeting, no "be right with you", no acknowledgement whatsoever. They did continue to serve drive thru guests, though. I continued to wait patiently. After a couple of minutes somebody walked right up to the cash register, so I took two steps forward. Did I get a "may I take your order", or a "one moment please"? No. The girl did not even acknowledge my presence. The girl closed the register and walked away without so much as a glance.

For a moment I stood there in stunned silence.

It was not until I literally waved both my arms that the girl making sandwiches told her colleague that someone was waiting to order. At this point I was so disgusted that I walked out.

Terrible service. Avoid this location.

Tim Hortons used to be on the top. Nowadays they can't get anything right. How hard is it to make a double double and stir it.like really. I go to Tim's only when there's no Starbucks around

The water was liquidly nice, good texture and taste. Quite refreshing and it was free. But the cup started dissolving before my eyes. WORST TIM HORTINS EVER

Came here in the morning for breakfast before my girlfriend and I went to the ferry. No lineup in the drive through. Placed our order then we were told to wait up front for our food to come. Sat and waited and watched the staff sort of take there time and laugh and joke for awhile. After almost 10 minutes of waiting I finally came in the front door and stood at the food pickup area. I then told them I was still waiting on drive through food and had a ferry to catch. They then apologized made the food and handed it to me. It wasn’t busy at all either, Very few customers were coming and going in the meantime and other customers in the drive through were getting their food at the window as they came through the drive through. Probably be finding a different store to go to now for awhile not impressed with the service this morning.

I encountered the absolute worst customer service at this location. This is the not the first time that I have had terrible customer service & experience here.
To my complete surprise today, it was the manager standing before me. She was dismissive & rude & disrespectful.
She essentially told me that questions could not be asked at the drive-through; that I had to come in (I asked the difference in size/price btwn a med. & a large cup).
The manager argued with me & did not offer one ounce of respect for the money I was spending at this business. It was just arguing & dismissiveness.
There was escalation. AND I had to come back through a second time for them to give me my missing item from the order.

Quite frankly, this is not management (& ownership, since they are responsible to hire their managers), that should be representing the Tim Hortons brand.

I will never go to this location again & I will be vocal about my experiences there to others. I would be reticent to go to another Tim's elsewhere.
I usually go to McDs for my coffee. They are franchised also, but their customer service is beyond reproach. And they always make things right if need be. No questions asked, & always respect for their customers.

I very rarely leave reviews & if I do, it is more likely a positive one. I believe in rewarding businesses for excellent service/products. But this was outrageously poor treatment of a customer supporting this business.
Definitely '0' stars.

First time here was pretty brutal. Messed up on my order. Also had to argue that my order was incorrect. They gave me the wrong items especially since I mentioned no cheese. They took back the sandwiches and said they’d make me the correct ones. They just took the cheese off, but there was still melted cheese remnants on the biscuit. Luckily I’m not allergic to dairy, but if that’s just the standard then I feel bad for people who might be. The lady I dealt with actually went to to ask her coworker to deal with me when she saw me approaching because she didn’t want to even though I feel I my tone was relatively calm given the situation the first time I spoke with her

Worst service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant! Ever! If I could give less than one star I would! I was called up for my order started giving the lady my order and part way thru she completely ignores the fact that I am even there and starts talking and laughing with her co worker! For 2 mins! She finay comes back to me and takes my order! Get up to the place where we get our food and I have to retell the lady what I wanted! Like what! Get our food and the wedges just taste absolutely disgusting! Look at one and it is black! Like rotten black! Will never be coming here again!

First off they should have a NEGATIVE REVIEW BUTTON!
I go to this location 225 & Fraser Hwy at least 4 times a week, I’d have to say that at least once they screw up my order!
When I told the person at the drive through window today the guy just LAUGHED!
REALLY. WOW! HOW RUDE!
This location needs to train their people on CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to get an ORDER RIGHT! Or Get NEW MANAGEMENT that knows how to train their people!
I have seen there review for their company and their Customer Service is in the TOILET!
But then they were taken over by an American Company so that right there speaks volumes!
You’d think they would at least try to fix it!
Every time my order is not correct I will be posting a review!

As with the majority of Hortons in the lower mainland, my order was given to me not as I ordered it. However, I accepted it anyhow and sat down. Moments later, I was given a complimentary order of wedges as compensation, so I think they break even here. I may return.

Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong but tonight tops the cake. Two extra large triple triple at the drive through. We tried our coffee it tastes like water. I went in told them they, made two new ones now they taste burnt. Third time's a charm right WRONG! There's no sugar so the "employee" refuses to make it again says he's giving me my money back and tries to short me 50 cents. You need to fix this location and quick because yesterday June 3rd 2019 I also had to bring my coffee back for no sugar. Poor service here going elsewhere from now on.

I hate Tim Hortons, I don't drink coffee and their food is sub par. Stopped here because I was with someone that actually likes the place. I wanted a chicken burger but they didn't have any, my friend wanted Tim bits and they didn't have any. I ordered the chili, it's decent enough but they make it with canned mushrooms, yukadoo. Anyway I won't be back till I'm with some other Timtard that just has to have a coffee. For the life of me I can't figure out why this place is popular.

Walked in to get a chill, server lady was cleanig some of the machines, did not make eye contact, but she knew I was there cause she walked past a couple of times, after 3 mins of me standing under the order here by their order till, she said she would be a few minutes, I said ok, 2 more minutes passed, she walked to the till and just looked at me, so I ordered my chill and also asked for the receipt, she murmured something about no printer paper, I said, sorry but I need a receipt, she walked to a younger tall male, said something to him on their own language, she walked away and left this younger guy to deal with me and know a couple of older gents, after 3 more minutes of waiting, I asked with a louder tone for my receipt, he went got paper and waited for a whole bunch of receipts to print till finally mine printed. Extremely bad service and rudeness.

Nothing too exceptional to report if I'm honest. That being said it means they're doing their job right by being very good franchisee and sticking to what a Tim Hortons should be so that's a plus in their favour. Only reason for the four stars is that there wasn't anything that I felt was above and beyond

Bad service some of the staff are almost rude to you and always making mistakes on your order, always running out of stuff like soup some donuts, croissant sometimes I get what I want but a lot of times they say we don't have anymore and some of the staff have difficulties speaking english. Live close but sometimes will make a detour to go somewhere else. Would not even give 1 star

This has got to be the very worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Every time I have gone to this Tim Horton’s I have nothing but issues one time we asked for them to put catch up on a breakfast sandwich and they declined I asked why they said because we don’t do that here! I replied every other Tim Hortons I have gone to puts catchup on a sandwich I don’t think it’s that big of a deal she said no we’re not supposed to do that we’re not allowed. Then the next time I went there I got a grilled cheese sandwich the grilled cheese sandwich was burnt I had to return it. Now today despite having been disappointed the last few times I’ve gone to this Tim Hortons I decided it’s right here I’ll try it again.this time I have a chunk of plastic in my broccoli soup! I also didn’t get salt and pepper or butter for the bun like I asked for and again the grill cheese sandwich was burnt! I’m not sure what happens at this Tim Hortons but somebody needs to go in there and figure it out.

They're bathrooms are disgusting they do not clean them enough, and my hubby just got a huge amount of grounds in his small double double not impressed with what used to be my daily location I will be driving the extra to go to another for now on

I would not be going back to this location if it wasn't down the street from work. There is one certain person taking orders in drive thru that talks over you every time. She's rushing me through my ordering just so they can get people through the line. My order was wrong.then to top it all off I go to get gas later that night and my debit card was missing. Only place I was that day was tim hortons. So I called and sure enough my card was there. I went to get it right away and I said to the shift supervisor the girl at the window took my debit card and tapped it. He said we ask if we can tap it. I said I was not asked she just took it from my hand.she said tap I said yes put it out the window to tap and she took it. So from now on I will say dont touch my card! These people need a customer service course for sure!

Continually gets order wrong. When asked for Manager the Manager became offended and refused to listen and instead blamed the customer. Bagel was burnt. Will be contacting head office!

The service staff here is very rude. No “Good Morning” no “Thank-You”. Went this morning and clarified my order through the drive thru, they still got it wrong. Then they make me feel like I’m the idiot when I get up to the window. Customer service at this location needs some work!

Poor service. I asked for a turkey bacon sandwich meal and only got the sandwich, my wife asked for a Caesar salad with chicken and got a garden salad. Should have went to a different location.

Make sure to say "fill it to the top". My extra large French Vanilla only had a large in an extra large cup.
