It was very disappointing. The store did not have bagels or any buns left to make sandwiches at 10 pm. Staff is not courteous at all.

Disappointed the services. Waiting at counter not get food more 20 mins. Then was told someone took my order by mistake. By the time I got the food. Coffee got cold.

I used to love this location, but recently something has changed. The coffee tastes watered down, tasteless and makes me want to travel further to a different location. I do love Tim Hortons, but the consistency is lacking now and maybe they just had a change of management?

Either way, after multiple chances, it's just changed for the worse.

Employees have changed by the looks of it.service is much slower in drive thru. Especially someone answering the drive thru end up waiting a little bit good minute almost 2. It's quiet horrible.

I ordered a home style biscuit farmer’s sandwich and they gave me with english muffin. I went to ask if I made a mistake on my order and someone that looks like a manager comes and says that they do not have homestyle biscuit. At the same time I hear one of the employee telling the manager that there is homestyle biscuit but the manager was trying to shush her. I don’t mind getting a wrong order but don’t lie to your customer. Thanks

I just dont want to give even one star, worst customer service, i was there the other day around 3: 30 pm and the boy taking order was so rude omg he literally said this is not mac d when i ask him to give a burger, i know this is tim thats why i come here i am not blind.
I just wanted a sandwich.

Atrociously slow service. Line up out the door, customers walking out the door as nobody in the line has had their order taken in well over 15 minutes. One gentleman on the ball. Rest of staffing looks to be unmotivated and unconcerned.

They got the order Rite I waited 10 minutes because they care more about the drive thru customers then the in store customers & they were way over crowded& 10 minutes for two french vanilla coffee's is 8 minutes to long the store should have been spotless clean but nope floors and a couple tables were dirty as well as the ladies restroom was disgusting the reason for two stars is because they were polite & they got the order Rite more then most Tim Hortons these days

I canceled my card and will go back to Starbucks. I get at least 2 teas a day and spend 200 at Christmas to buy the staff at the tim Hortons in queensborough gift cards every year. But today I had to go to the one at Market crossing on marine Dr in bby. Rude and obnoxious staff.

Today I learned, if you order a large steep tea expect a cold drink. And asking for a replacement is a big no since staff is extremely rude.

Quick go to for breakfast and donuts for the co-workers. Friendly staff, and easy to place orders. They have a drive through that does get busy, so probably a better idea to park and order in.

They are sooo lazy and rude lol.they are are claiming things are broken or they don’t have them stocked for the longest time.guy on the drive thru was so rude he didn’t even apologize for any of the missing items and had an attitude, always never want to do their job. The other day I asked them for a sausage biscuit at 1 pm and they told me they don’t serve it non breakfast items, I went to another location at 10pm at night the same day, they had no problem with serving me it. Please never go to this place, horrible costumer service and staff are rude and managers don’t try to do anything about it. Lazy.

We go to several Tim Hortons so I I know how busy they can get. But this place has got to be the worst of all Tim Hortons I've been to. They always get my orders wrong (I can put up with sloppily made sandwiches) that I end up lining up the second time. Even worse is when they make a mistake in your drive-thru orders Customer service is also very poor and super slow. Perhaps they are under-staffed or perhaps the ones who are working simply don't care. Either way, if you're looking for a Tim Hortons, I'd suggest drive an extra 3 minutes west on Marine Way and go to that smaller one instead.

Busy location, Always under staffed. A mess throughout the store and rude employees. I think franchise owners start pinching pennies and ruin the experience for everyone. Just a big disappointment.

Was there this morning (Saturday morning) and the one lady made 3 posts of coffee before making my cup. Counter was not clean at all and she had no intention of cleaning it. Almost put my food in the mess before I grabbed it from her hand. Not the first time I saw this. Wish I thought to take a picture before I left. Oh and the coffee tastes horrible today.

Arrived at a long drive thru line. But it went by fast. I've been here many times but this was the first time the steeped tea was not hot, but it was warm enough to not go back to replace it. Food always tastes fresh at this location. 0

I'm being very generous by giving this location a star. This location's customer service is terrible. The line ups are very long and the people taking the orders and giving out the orders aren't even the least bit apologetic. For instance, the lady that was taking my order today kept saying: "yeah, yeah. " I was astonished and I did complain to their manager on duty.

This Hass to be one of the worst places to go and get a coffee I don’t know if it’s all Tim Hortons but I haven’t been to one yet where you can get a decent cuppa coffee that you actually taste coffee and not boiled water how do you screw up a cuppa coffee no wonder people go to Starbucks for coffee at least they’re consistent on how their coffee tastes Timmys makes the worst coffee ever horrible and this location is really terrible the lineup is so long every day and I don’t know why I guess people like a terrible cup of coffee in the morning or should I say a cup of boiled water

I been coming to this timhorton for about 12 years, and I have to say for the past 2-3 years the service has been really bad, especially drive through, they always give me the wrong order for drinks, i asked for a certain bagel and the give me a different type with out telling me. Its been so bad that i had to wait 20 mins for 3 drinks and a sandwich. I've seen that the workers dont care, on their phones, and talking very rude. For a customer thats been coming to this location for 12 years, almost every single day this is not fair and unacceptable to me and many other customers. I hope this location can be as good as it was years ago.

Man, twice in 2 weeks they don't have Earl Grey; you would think that if something runs out often you would order more of it. No such issue at McDonalds a minute away (also cheaper and better tea too)

I just experienced the WORST customer service a day would like either the manager or the owner to contact me. I went through the drive through, the two drive through severs could not process our order. We left without any of the food after waiting 10 minutes in the line up. I called 3 times. First time I kindly asked for the manager and told them I just went through the drive through and wanted to talk to the manager about what just happened. He manager wasn't in so I asked them for their names, they didn't say anything and just hung up. I called again, The second time they didn't say hi and left me just waiting, finally someone said hi and then hung up. This third and last time, they just hung up. I would like to have this behavior addressed. I have been going to this Tim Hortons for over 2 years and feel that a customer should NEVER go through an experience like this.

Service time, cleanliness’s appreciated but how can you not follow the order what your customer actually asked for. I asked for cold coffe and they made me hot one. Hope they never “mishear” ever again.

I just had a horrible experience here trying to use a buy one get one free cold brew. I had never tried it and there was an ad for this two for one. So you have to download the app and then sign up and then put in a payment card. I did all this and then purchased two large cold brew coffees. They were absolutely disgusting. Even after adding cream and sugar it's still tasted like dark bitter coffee. It looks really nice in the commercials but doesn't taste good at all. The best thing here is the ice capp.

Horrible experience. Our order was all messed up. They added whipped cream when we asked them not to add. Instead of the soy beverage they gave us a black coffee. Overcooked bagel. I don’t recommend this place.

First time to this store. I order a Ice black coffee, but they give me a hot black coffee. The sever refused to change for me. It is 30+ degree. Who will order a hot coffee? The worst Tim I have ever been. Never come back.

This location has not trained staff to handle simple requests. Do not order food, as the assembly is abysmal. 1 star for accuracy.

Worst service. This place used to be good now the service is bad especially the night shift. As a place open 24 hours you would expect them to serve items for 24 hours but everytime the staff says they don't have dark roast at night or they don't have food at night even though I always used to get darkroast from here and they can easily make a new batch. Plus half the time the door is locked due to short staff not to mention the wait while the staff are just chatting with each other

I came today and the cashier at the front were rude and did not listen to my order properly, as well they just toss my muffin towards me. They did bother to put napkins or condiments inside the bags. As well too much talking in different languages except English. How rude that it is?

I ordered a toasted cheese bagel but it was like they just warmed it. It was too soft/soggy for my liking. Wish Tim Hortons would send a reminder that toasted bagels.mean that customers actually want toasted.

I went there to order a chicken wrap, and I saw the server wiping the table and cleaning it wearing rubber gloves, then she grabbed a piece of bread with the same gloves on, without taking them off after cleaning. She then reached her hands, with the same dirty gloves on, into the shredded lettuce spreading the germs from the gloves all over the container and to the sandwich that the customer about to eat, as well as cross contaminating with every next customer’s sandwich by touching the ingredients. When I called her out and told her she wasn’t supposed to do that and the risks, she looked at me and ignored me. When her manager came, I told him about my concern and he simply replied telling me the server knows what she is doing and that the gloves are sanitized? And he cut my conversation asking me rudely what is my order!?

Have had repeated miss order and missing items. The person taking the order doesn’t seem to understand simple English. The system also doesn’t display the comments. The quality of the food is also questionable.

The service here is slow always slow we have been in the drive threw for almost ten minutes and at night when it's a total of 2 cars it takes over 30 minutes before the get to the next person they constantly get orders wrong I say tea they give coffee when I have a heart condition and we come here ever day sometimes twice a day because it's our closest drive threw timhortons I've worked in costomer service for a long time and this place needs a serious attitude adjustment and more then one person on night shift who feels the need to take there time because its convenient to them and learn how to pay attention to the order they are filling and maybe a new manager because if I could give this location negative stars oh I would

I was absolutely dumbfounded when I told the server he made a mistake on our order as I looked into the bag he gave me.then he took it back put it to the side.
I asked what he was going to do with it?
he said maybe someone else will order this chicken sandwich, I just about lost my mind! Covid and this location is doing things like that.
That meal should have either been offered to the customer at no charge or thrown out it has been handled by the customer contaminated then brought back into the restaurant and placed on there counters were they might of put your meal next ugh

Well went to McD's it was packed. Slipped over to Tim's and had the same order for less in empty restaurant. With the exception of the guy who smelled like hell and was packing his brand new diving mask still in the package and carrying his car grill on his suitcase. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

When you need to ask for extra cream cheese just to get a regular amount but they still mess it up! Preferably would like a coffee without getting a mouth full of coffee grounds would be nice! This location has a few issues like no drive-through garbage can with trash all over the place. They consistanty have problems with getting your order correct.

I go to this tims location every day and order the same two drinks and at least twice a week they mix up if i ask for two milk and two sugar i get cream or if i ask for two cream two sugar i get milk or even sometimes nothing is added at all.love tim hortons but going to have to invest in a tasamo or keurig so i can make the wright drink myself

Poor service. I had my car parked in the parking lot and went in to get a coffee before my appointment. When i came back they had their timhortons truck blocking my car. I asked the manager to have the truck removed because i need to move my car to get to my appointment. The manager said id have to wait until the whole truck is finished loading it was ridiculous. I literally missed my appointment because of the poor management

Worst tim hortons,
Ordered 6 SAUSAGE and egg breakfast sandwiches

They only gave 4, and when I asked for the other 2, ibwas given so much attitude.
When I got home, I noticed there was no sausage in any of the sandwiches.

Only given one star because I cannot give a lower rating

The product has changed and tastes terrible now. Tidbits taste like saw dust and the coffee tastes like bile. I will never go back.

The quality in this location has really gone down hill in the past few months. Everytime I order a bagel it's only half covered in cream cheese, half is dry. Coffee is never mixed, it's always bitter on top and too sweet in the bottom. The bagel issue is really annoying me it happens every time over the last few months. They need to train their staff better.

Incredibly unprofessional service, even by fast food standards.
I tried to order a Farmers biscuit with both sausage and bacon. The drive through worker was mumbling her responses and I couldn't understand what she was saying.

When I asked to add the bacon she mumbled incoherently into the microphone. I waited a moment and then asked again, to which she repeated the same thing but louder. I said "What? " Then she started yelling "WHAT WHAT WHAT" through the drive through speaker at me. I asked why she was yelling "YOU WONT LET ME INPUT THE ORDER. "

I'm not sure how I can be responsible for how inept you are at pressing a button. I asked to speak to the manager "NO YOU CAN COMPLAIN IN THE MORNING. " I asked for her name she replied Olivia, but then while still yelling started spelling it in single letters like I was a child. "O" "L" "I" etc. It's good to know that Tim Horton's hires staff that can spell. "DO YOU STILL WANT THE ORDER? " No, I don't want the order, I'm honestly worried that you would spit in my food.

It's convenient but it's always busy and really slow. Thus place needs three manned tills. It has two but it's usually only one open. If you are in a hurry go to one of the other dozen Timmy's within the Burnaby / New West area.

Poor experience. Service was subpar. I ordered a bacon Chicken cheese sandwich and an ice cap. They gave me coffee and they forgot i ordered an ice cap. After I got that corrected, I bite into my Burger and found no cheese and had to get that replaced. No compensation for my inconvenience. Wasn't a drop dead experience, but certainly left you expecting better.

I think all Tim hortons needs an improved mobile pickup order system. Usually it is made too earlier or too late and food usually just gets left on counter not knowing which belongs to who. Also order might be left not complete sometimes
