Hi so i work in tim hortons and visited this location today. Am surprised to say that this store has so poor conditon no cleaning no rules nothing I specifically asked for dark roast and the girl gave me regular cofee saying its dark roast as i work in tim hortons i know dark roast pot. I asked for remake and thn she said i can’t do anything i am sorry! Terrible service supervisors were busy in phones and gossiping no sense of anything.please do not waste ur time visiting this location

Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered an iced capp, donut, and a cup of water, the women said “ok drive ahead”, only for us to get given nothing we ordered. It took 4 people to understand we didn’t order it, and then they proceeded to ask what they r ordered then. Lack of regard and overall terrible.

Tim Hortons really needs to do something with these two Tim Hortons across the street from each other. They close at 10pm but if you show up at 9: 35 they won’t sell you anything other then donuts/muffins for food. Seriously either change your hours or change your owners.

Slowest Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. There will be 3 people working and seemingly they avoid speaking to you and when they finally do acknowledge you they’re short tempered and just come off so rude. The food takes forever and is never made correctly. If I didn’t live close I would have never returned after my first visit.

They got my doughnut order wrong 3 times. Also one of the doughnuts was labeled with the wrong name and the employee acted like it was my fault for not knowing the name didn’t correlate with the picture. In addition they don’t even have boxes for their 6 pack of doughnuts despite there being a picture of a box

They said they were closed at three. However the person in front of us go served their ice caps and we got nothing. The time we went to the drive thru was 4: 12pm. What amazing staff.

Worst staff ever. Never gave good service. Everytime i ho either for steep tea or food either they dont have or they give coffee instead. Eventhough their manager have no sense to talk to the customer and just care about their timers and shout at the person handling orders. As i remember the name of the girl was harleen as i asked from the team member and no sense of handling. Mostly their bagels a either not tasted and sometimes burnt. The warps are not even grilled well. I would never recommend for this tim hortons. Everytime i face the same problem while going to work

My own experience on this location was just extraordinary. I ordered Large Iced Coffee and there was this manager, her name is Harleen who approached me and said, do you want to make it a Redeye ones? I didn’t think twice and I trust her then said sure!

When I had a sip of it already, I asked her on what’s in it? She said I added a shot of espresso. I said oh that’s why it was stronger than I had before! This is what I need! I needed a stronger coffee to make myself awake lol. Thought of always having iced dark roast coffee but they don’t carry it. This is a good alternative option for a bold coffee lover!

From now on, I would definitely grab myself of this drink whenever I visit this location! Always fresh and didn’t fail my expectations! Kudos to the manager and team! Will highly recommend! Also love the colorful smiles on their face!

Yesterday i and my daughter went to this location and i ordered 3-4 drinks, first they ask me to park at store front as they told me thier timer is going on and when i recieved my drinks they were incomplete and then i send my daughter to pick drinks and my daughter insisted one of the team member to talk with manager, as manager was in the store. She resist to listen the complaint, it has not happened once but many time at this location. Manager was there in store and she was speaking in punjabi, Actually she was unaware of this fact that my daughter knew punjabi. The language she used was very vulgar and disrespectfull. Thumbsdown, nd if there is any negative rating i would have given that.
Such a worst experience.

The employees/cashiers really need to wake up!
you have to repeat everything 2 or 3 times for them to understand and get things right.sometimes you start your ordering process and they get distracted and walk away, then you have to start all over again.the stupid plexis-glass shield muffles the sound of communication and its awkward to hand over cash or receive change back.its kind of hard to understand their east asian accents
as well.best to avoid this location until they smarten up or you have an abundance of patience.

I afraid to go there from the reviews but when I went there I just experienced a lot different from the reviews. All the staff members were to polite and friendly. Manager was soo nice and had a very nice nature. She served my order by her own. She was so nice. I think I everyone should go there now and feel the difference. Thank you Manager #Harleen. I will visit again soon.

The worst customer service so far. The management and team before were top notch. Now that the management and team changed all I do is wait and be ignored as they talk amongst themselves. They don't acknowledge you when you first come in. This is proper etiquette 101. I have to on many occasions say hello before you get the rolled eyes and then maybe you might get helped.

Editing my initial review to a 3. Sandwiches are poorly made here. I asked for a BLT today, the bun was not toasted, the bacon was cold and there was a splattering of mayo in one spot. If you want customers to come back, make sure you are taking the extra time to properly make the sandwiches. /weekend service is the worst here. I only come for the convenience and continue to be thoroughly disappointed

Edit August 22 - I wish I could rate a 0. Worst customer service at any Tim's location I've been to anywhere. Attitudes run high and no order is ever correct.

Edit October 14 - new staff brings better service, better food preparation. The new staff are friendly and helpful and quick to fix any mistakes made. Thank you to the management for making this a better place to visit.

If you're using the drive through they only care about getting you out of there ASAP. Which can be good, except the food quality takes a big hit, bagels aren't toasted or buttered properly, everything is rushed, and I've gotten short changed almost everytime I pay with cash because they're in such a hurry. Only go here if all you want is a double double.

Got donuts and croissant and both were not fresh. Hard & old food…. WHY…?

They had great staff up to a month of so ago. Now they are slow and have a line up. I usually get the same thing but there muffins are usually not fresh. The staff are rude and seem to be lost. More than once i have gotten the wrong drink. Bring back the original staff

Absoutely Filthy! Met my Daughter for a refreshment and went inside for a change instead of standing at our cars. Two young women serving. They were very attentive and nice. I ordered a Lemon ice tea off their menu and a fruit explosion muffin. My Daughter had an Iced Cap. The Lemon Tea menu special was 3/4 full. I didn't like how the clerk reached down to a non visible source to get something for the tea.

At the same I observed a filthy mess behind the counter. Cups on the floor, the floor needed mopping. The back counter was untidy. Obviouly lacking enough staff to maintain cleanliness. I usually go through a drive through and don't see inside. I won't return to this dirty location.

We proceeded to find a table. Every single table was dirty with smears of food and crumbs, obviously never wiped clean after the previous customers. We sat at a table with bench seating, one bench seat was filthy brown looking and had been slashed by a knife. I was mortified by this point but my Daughter said let's just sit. We sat down and made the best of it to enjoy a rare visit with both our lives extremely busy.

The muffin was very dry and any trace of fruit was non existant. The Lemon ice tea was nice and my Daughters cap was fine.

This is absolutely unacceptable. The Owners of this location need to get on their own hands and knees, clean the floors, counters and tables after ever customer. They also need to clean and repair the slashed bench seat. Not at all what I expect at a Tim Hortons. My Daughter and I did have a good visit, we didn't let it ruin our visit, dispute the situation.

I order an ice coffee and 10 chocolate timbits through the drive through… when I received them my ice coffee wasn’t even full and my chocolate donuts weren’t even chocolate. When I went inside to get my chocolate timbits I had to speak with 3 different people before someone even got them for me. Not only was it bad serves, but it was also bad quality.

Tim Hortons spread corona virus by touching the cup where you will sip coffee and not wearing gloves. During this pandemic covid 19, they are so careless.

I have given this location so many chances time & time again. I have decided to finally switch to the Petro Canada Tim Hortons across the street. I order my food 15-30min (using app) in advance in hopes my order will be ready when I arrive but it never is. Order is wrong at times and several items are out of stock after paying already for it through mobile app.

Ordered 3 pumpkin spiced lattes. Had to wait outfront for 10+ minutes. Got home and got given 3 regular lattes and the cups were half full!

Unbelievable, I went yesterday to this Tim Hortons at the same time I bought my Esso car wash. 4 ladies working, 1 making a sandwich, 1 standing at the drive thru window with no one in drive thru, and 2 standing by the lady making the sandwich talking. I stood there for 5-6 minutes not once was I greeted, they looked at me and continued to have a conversation amongst each other! I stormed out after a bit, and evencame back 10 min later after my car wash to not have them acknowledge me again. Will not be going here ever again, and told everyone in the film industry about this incident, RIP Tim Hortons 72/200 street, we will stick to the one on the petro side, disrespectful idiots!
