I ordered a plain donut at the drive through today and a bagel! The bagel came wrapped in crushed up wax paper with the bagel hanging out! I found out on the Hwy the donut was hard as a rock and inedible!
This location is filthy, the service is poor and food it handled very poorly! Service items that are not fit for human consumption is pathetic!

The employees at this Tim Horton's are rude to their customers. This morning I asked for a sleeve and the girl at the drive through shoved the cup in my hand so hard, I almost dropped it in my lap. They need to really teach their employees how to speak with customers, this isn't the first time I have seen them be rude or experienced it.

The men's washroom was discusting. The walls have never seen a wash cloth and the floor only every whipped with a dry mop. Il never go back

Let’s start with the bathrooms…I don’t think they’ve been cleaned this year. The toilet was a biohazard and there were paper towels and toilet paper all over the place since the garbage was completely stuffed full. I asked my girlfriend how her bathroom was and she said “it was not good”. We waited 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged us to take our order. We were going to get some food but saw the state of the kitchen and decided coffee might be the only safe bet. There was garbage all over the floor, all the counters were dirty and there were flies everywhere. There was a tray of bagels on the counter underneath some random kitchen equipment, who knows how long they have been sitting there. Nobody is bothering to clean tables in the dining area. The outside waste/recycling bins are overflowing and there is garbage all over the parking lot. I counted at least ten staff. Get one of them to clean up! Gross.

Ample parking. Restaurant is clean. Service was off. Ordered 2 maple doughnuts. It was hard and dry. Had to throw it out.

I was reached out by customer service via email and told me the restaurant manager will reach out. Till todate no one reached out to make it right. Truly not just bad food their service is alao bad.

All the tables are dirty, we had to clean our own table and chairs. We heard some one complaine about how dirty the washroom was and not one employee made any attempt to even go look how bad it was. This place is by far the worst iv ever seen

They say theyre 24 hours but closed/refused to answer at the drive thru werent serving food and had the worst, rudest, slowest service ive ever had. Do your best to avoid this tim hortons.

Me and my dad went one morning while camping we thought we were getting good food but no, we got charged 31 dollars and didn’t even get all our food, and a lady was working with a bloody finger! Disgusting

The young female window order taker rushed me so I did not order anything. My boyfriend was angry at her because she asked him while he was ordering if she could attend to the customer in line behind us. He ordered two turkey sandwiches. She did not provide a napkin. She was just terrible. Maybe needs more customer service training. He burnt his lip and could not wipe his face, so he had to wipe it with the unsanitary food bag, and then his lips got an allergic reaction. Then had to get medication at the nearest drug store. Horrible experience.

Always a favorite! My go to keto drink is a large cappuccino with almond milk and 3 sweetners. It's not the cleanest keto option but it gets the job done allowing me to grab a warm coffee on the rd just like everyone else.

Ordered a coffee it was good and I ordered 2 chicken snack sandwiches that the bread was to hard to bite into and I didn't try them until I was on the highway but the chicken was good

Not always the best but more consistent hours than others just off the highway. I have almost always had good luck with the food

The only store still open for our trip back home at 955pm. Friday night so thanks again Coquitlam is a really long way without a timmies in my hand

Purchased a Chilli with a bun, they decided to provide a 1/2 bun because they were low on buns, Chilli was cold. This was ordered through the drive thru so I didn't notice until I got home, no reduction in cost.full price for not a full meal, check your orders before you leave.

Quality of service and food is plummeting. Management is not committed to supporting staff and maintaining standards.

Very slow service. Out of almost all donuts. French Vanilla was extremely watered down. Worst Timmies experience EVER.

It takes 15-20 minutes in line to order food. To save time is only reason ordering drive through

Super nice associates, very friendly. I did see that they were shot staffed for walk in's as they were dealing with the drive through. I didn't mind waiting.

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Waited half an hour in the drive through, and 2/4 of my items were wrong. Person working at the window handed half my items to me and left for 5 minutes, with my other two items sitting right on the counter. Come on

Couldn't get my order right.tried to give me 3 medium coffees when I ordered and paid for 3 large coffees and even argued the point with me.ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and given a bag barely big enough for one.worst timmie's I've ever been too

This establishment has really dropped in quality there is no pride there anymore orders are wrong the inside is dirty and the staff have no respect

No effort put into the food, breakfast sandwich had no butter on the muffin, not toasted, cold and soft, really gross.never again, only stopped because it was near the liquor store and pot shop.

Great service. Staff was minimal due to holidays and COVID19, but the two team members in the restaurant rocked with both the drive-thru and the dine-in!

This tim hortons is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms do not have soap or toilet paper. None of the self serve order machines inside work. Very long waits for ordering. Lots of dirty tables. No retail items on shelves such as mugs and coffee grounds. Seriously in need of some new management.

The staff was inside and knew we were there but they just shut off main door and when we tried to call them they simply ignored our call on our face like come on man!

This location is ridiculous. Took me over 20 minutes to order and get my food. There was only 2 cars ahead of me! Wedges were hard as a rock same with the bacon. Should have went to one of the other locations instead. Would have been a lot faster!

Extremely slow and rude. 2 cars infront of us and we spent 10 minutes just waiting for orders to be taken. The girl who was taking orders was very rude and didn't even acknowledge us when we got to the speaker. I'll go to a different one in town next time.

Quick in and out for take out.literally just ordered two drinks and paid for them and was out the door.no line ups at the time.masks was required

I got coffee and ordered donut hole, half box of one kind and the other side mixed.they gave me all mixed and the one was not the kind i asked for. Sorry tim hortons i usually always give great reviews for you.

Worst location in the nation, they're intentionally slow there. 10-18 minute wait in line (only 3-4 people ahead of you) ever single lunch hour.
Went in the other day and it was empty, thought awesome it's going to be quick for once. Nope still 10 minute wait to order then another 15 to wait for my coffee and bagel.

Terrible wait times. The owners are clearly cheap. They do not staff the restaurant properly at all. Horibble. Do not go to this location. Their hq doesnt care to fix it

I've been coming to this location for around 15 years. Things have really fallen apart in the last 1-2 years. 20-25 minutes in the drive through is a common occurrence. That's as much time as many sit down restaurants take to prepare your food. Often the order will be wrong or they were out of the basic item that you wanted. The only thing saving this place at the moment is it's great location. I hope management can get it together.

Probably the most disgusting bathroom in Abbotsford, rivalling the downtown east side in horrific-ness. Dine at your own risk

Poor service, wrong orders, messed up my coffee several times, and extremely rude.

Been to this location several times. Always something either wrong with my order, missed item or they don’t have several items in stock.

This Tims used to be great but now they constantly seem to run out of product but worst of all is the drive-thru. Had 4 or 5 vehicles in front of me yet took over 20 minutes to get through, second time this has happened. Will use an alternate location from now on.

Its truly unfortunate that this is the closest tims to my work. Constantly taking forever, being rude, messing up orders.

We are regular Tim’s customers using the mobile app to order and pick up at the drive through. This location is the worst by far. They take way too long at taking orders and quite sloppy with coffee running down the side of the cup every time. Today the hash browns were hard and we think they were at least a day old. Our regular coffee order is XL DD and this location just can’t get it right, is it that difficult? This location desperately needs a training session on how things are done. Considering their location, they should be the best drive through in Chilliwack due to the traffic they receive. Very, very disappointed!

Great place with ample parking as I stopped there for a bite despite a pestering nuisance courier boss trying to shove far more work on my plate.

Super slow, they got our order wrong 3 times. We kept telling them our order at the window and they handed us the wrong stuff and we gave it back and finally got our order. One of my items was a Chipotle cheddar chicken wrap, when I opened the box it was mangled and the wrap was in peices. Better management needed here.

Messed up the order like usual, amazingly they they had what we ordered, and they corrected themselves. As far as service and having things on the menu actually available, they have really gone down hill the last year or so. All my friends complain about it to, if the food wasn't as good as it is I would have stopped going there all together.

Never had an issue until recently the customer service is on a steady decline. Drive thru staff are only concerned with drive thru times and not personable at all. My order has been incorrect my last three visits and all they do is give you a free coffee voucher.even if they screw up a $20.00 order.

I love the butter melted all over everything I ordered dripping out of the bottom of the paper bag and my spoon, knife and soup covered in it the butter is either frozen or thrown on top of the soup so it melts and blows up in the bag and not even a napkin to clean it all up thanks for the mess awesome isn't it

Stood at the line up for five minutes to get someone to help me at the counter. Staff was too busy at socializing.

Did not enjoy my breakfast sandwich English muffin bun to thick and hash brown was cold should have went to McDonalds.

This location used to be one of the best, but at the end of 2019 something has happened so that it's now probably one of the worst I've ever been to. The new staff there don't know basic Tim Hortons terms as though they're completely unfamiliar with the menu. It's painful to place orders at the drive thru now which is too bad because it was always so good before.

Last few months worst drive thru time ever, today 18 minutes with only 8 cars in front of me. 18 mins? While they have someone sweeping the parking lot, then when I place my order I get TOLD I should be ordering it in such and such a way, after saying no that is not how I want my drink, who is right here? Then after explaining what I want, the exact same drink I get everyday, its wrong when I get to work LATE.then I get my wife to bring me another cause I didn't wanna leave work to go get another one.guess what its wrong again.and this has been steadily going down hill over the last bit.not sure what the deal is, but I think its time to find another drive thru.sad ive been goin to this location for more than 10 years.staff used to be so nice and cheerful.new staff not so nice anymore.no apology for long wait times.nothing.wasn't gonna post a review but wow the service is so bad its not even funny

I've been to a lot of Tim Horton's now, having driven across much of Canada. This is, by far, the worst one I've been to.

A- the menu differs here from everywhere else I've been
B- the staff did not understand my order - two different people, total of three times
C- my food was cold and inedible, and definitely not what I ordered. When I told the staffer that made my food it wasn't the right thing, they took off the Beyond Meat from what they'd made me, put it on another, wrong sauce, wrong things in the wrap, wrong everything, 'cooked' it for 10 seconds and handed it to me, covered in BBQ sauce (when I'd specifically asked, twice, for no BBQ sauce).

$23 down the toilet. I'll never return here again.

This place will make you wait in front on the drivethough window for minutes before they even take the order.

Today on my way to Abby I was seved by the manager who COMPLETELY screwed up our order in the drive through and when i called to ask how we would be compensated she said go somewhere else and fix my order? I asked her why i couldnt come back on my way home for her to fix it seeing is she remembered our order andnthen she started argiung with me about what we ordered and then she hung up on me.i wasnt rude.i didnt argue back.i just wanted my food and coffee and wqs wondering why no straws for bith icecaps. HORRIBLE MANAGER

Tim Hortins has been very consistent in its quality of service and food/beverages.at least this restaurant on Lickman has. Some others, well, that's another story.

I've always had a positive experiences at this Tim Hortons. The driveway can back up into the parking lot as there isn't a long run up, but the line goes very quickly. The staff are friendly and my order has been corrected every time. Definitely better than the Tim's close to my house.

The food was okay but the 2 staff members were so overwhelmed with the amount of drive thru customers and the customers who were in the storefront, it took a long time before I was served and the staff member got my order wrong. I didn't complain about it, well, because I am Canadian, eh.

I'm very concerned about this location. If you have a bee allergy steer clear! Just getting out of the truck we had 3 bees come into the truck.please get this under control inside and outside of the location. There were 2 bees inside the donut display case.very nasty and concerning i couldn't get away fast enough!

Horrid costomer service. I asked a question and they were so rude when they answered it. Had to repeat my order over 10 times. Couldn't understand a single thing. Tea tastes like straight water. They expected me to speak their language, barely spoke English. Tried to over charge me by 10 dollars! Never coming back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Service was extremely slow, lack of staff for sure.my cherry cheese Danish was so old and stale, too bad I was already miles away or I would have taken it back.friendly staff though

Coffee good. Got breakfast muffins, they were cold and the English muffins tasted old and were not toasted, so not great. Aside from that one drink we order was paid for only a minute later to be told it was not available. Shame because this we're around there fairly often, may have to try subway next time.
