I have a small cuckoo clock that he restored. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'm returning for maintenance on my clock. Only trust him to maintain. Highly recommend his services.

My father needed his watch repaired. Store to open at 10am. My father’s senior wife waited 20 minutes and nobody showed. Another guy also was waiting. Lost two customers because of negligence to show up on time.

This is a good place to get your watch repaired. Mr. Michealowski did numerous repairs in my collection and doesn’t fail to amaze me. He is quick, honest, and doesn’t overcharge you. I recently went there to get a watch fixed and his lovely wife and their cute dog Luna was there to greet me. He did a fantastic job repairing my watch and unlike some places, he gives a fair price. He also gives advice on how to maintain your watch. Overall, time center is a trusted and professional place that I regularly go to.

The owner was very disorganized. I dropped 3 watches off for a battery change and he told me the battery change should be ready in an hour. I couldn't make it that day so he said they'll be ready for pickup the following day. I went to pick them up, and it took him 5 minutes to find my watches. When he did, none of them had the battery change completed. I had an appointment to get to so I could not wait for him to finish the battery change. I DO NOT recommend going here to get your watch battery changed. It is expensive and the service is very poor.

Great service and price, have used before and even with the longer trip, there is no one else that I will take my watches to. They fixed my one thirty old seiko, that 2 other businesses had advised me scrap. They fixed in one day for great price and two years later is still keeping perfect time. This time they fixed another watch for me, replaced the movement and gasket and were finished the same day.

Got my watch resized here. It was super fast and very well done. Definitely recommend coming here!

Took an older Seiko that I picked up in a pawn shop, not running, with hopes, and for under a $100, yes!
Nice guy, wife, cute dog, all in a little hole in the wall on east Hastings.

Came in with two watches that needed new batteries, and was in and out in under ten minutes. Great service, good price and the one year warranty is also very nice to have.

We had a missing part for a clock mechanism and the problem was solved within 5 minutes. Service was helpful, kind, and speedy. Thank you!

The watchmaker is friendly, replaced my watch battery and adjusted the strap in 10 minutes. Great price, too! Tiny shop, lots of gizmos on display but what a pleasure to meet the owner. Received a one year warranty. Highly recommend!

This man knows watches and clocks. I would not hesitate to take him a jaeger lecoultre, Rolex or whatever car priced watch you have. He cleaned up my dad’s old water damaged military watch for less than a “tradesman” would charge for half an hour and got a strap to suit. Use skilled trades like this or loose them.

Friendly run family business. They put a lot of care into their work and I appreciate that it was speedy, even though they let me know they were a bit back logged. Will come here again for any watch repair needs.

Less than 5 minutes to replace my watch battery and set the time and date for me without asking. Also very inexpensive!

My watch stopped working while we were on the mainland, so after looking at some good reviews, this place looked like a solid spot to get my battery replaced. The owner told me it would be ready later that day, on Friday, but he would be in store all weekend if I wanted to pick it up then (even though his hours are closed on weekends). He said he would call me when it was ready. I thought "wow, that's great! " and was appreciative. Fast forward to Sunday, we came by, the shop was closed and I still hadn't gotten a call. Fair enough, those are his hours, but I just wish he hadn't told us we could pick it up on the weekend. Monday, we need to pick up the watch to catch a ferry back home, and we arrive to an open sign and door open 5 minutes before 10am. He has obviously completely forgotten about my watch because he doesn't recognize it when I describe it. He needs another hour to fix it. No, man. Then he berates us for being in his store 5 minutes early. Just really unprofessional and disorganized. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you need something done in a timely manner (ha ha). Anyways. We just took my watch and will need to get it fixed at home. Such a waste of time.

Was taking time off for the Covic 29 pandemic. He took my call and advised of a time God would be their to install a watch battery. Completed the job quickly and at the price indicated during my initial inquiry. I will use Time Centre Watch & Clock Repairs fir any future time piece issues.

This place did a great job fixing my watches when other watch places wouldn't even repair them. They have reasonable prices as well!

For immediate problems such as replacing a battery, Andrew is knowledgeable and obliging. But for something that takes time, his service is hopeless. After six telephone calls asking when my things would be ready (the initial estimate was three months), I picked them up, still not repaired, nearly six months later. Andrew claims that he is burdened with too much work because of a dearth of clock repairers. Whatever the reason for this poor service, as a customer, it has been frustrating. I would have preferred he refused to take my watch and clock in the beginning, rather than delay and delay, with repeated promises of "two or three weeks. " I have found someone else who will repair them.

Andrew is an old-world craftsman, a rare find today. His service is excellent, his skill is professional level and it is a pleasure to do business with an honest repair shop.
I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed.

I see everyone's review and I think everyone is correct to an extent. Very good at what he does, very caring for our clock (in our case we fixed a cuckcoo clock), but dont expect a quick turn around. Our work took around 6 months due to the long queue ahead of us. Given the emotional value of this clock, this was totally worth the wait. Thank you very much for your work.

This place is like a hole in the wall type of place. He has great customer service and skills. This was my second time I used this place for battery replacement and other repairs on my watches. He was very fast and attentive. He gives one year warranty on new batteries he replaces.

I've been looking around Vancouver for a simple but professional watch service store, and if you're in the same boat, look no further. I had brought my automatic Orient to be serviced after it was beginning to run fast after a trip overseas.

Once I picked it up - it has never ran so accurately! All for a good price and done by a skilled and passionate watchmaker.

This place is nothing but a joke for customer service. I took in a clock to be fixed in December and was told that it would be done in the very beginning of February but to call at the end of January. So I did and he said that it wouldn't be done until the middle of February. I thought okay fine. So I call back the middle of February. The guy gave excuses as to why it wasn't done. He told me that that night he was going to get his son to look at it and it will be ready in 3 weeks. I gave him 4 weeks and still didn't hear a thing. So I called back again only to find out that he had no idea about the clock. I got mad and asked what he meant. He then said oh your clock has not been looked at yet. He then said again that night he would go home to work on the clock and in 3 weeks it would be ready. I told him no way and that I wanted my clock back. He gave me a bad attitude and told me that I won't be able to find anyone to fix it because he was the only one. Well then he should have fixed it when he said he would instead of beating around the bush. Very bad service! Looks like I am not the only one he has done this to.

I went here to get a clock fixed, they told me they were busy, so busy that they would need 3 months to fix it, wow! Ok, so I leave it there.for 3 months. 3 1/2 months later I go to pick up my clock, no phone call from the store or nothing. I go there and before I get two feet in the door I get two different excuses as to why the clock is still not fixed. After a few questions to the owners I realize I'm getting snowed. I ask for my clock back and after looking at it I can see that nobody has even touched it in 3 1/2 months! Unbelievable!
If you want a battery changed you may leave satisfied, anything else, go somewhere else!
They have no idea of what customer service or responsibility is, none.

Thank you Andrew for repairing my Citizen Watch that had been lost in South America for 4 years. You did a fantastic job of making the solar powered Citizen watch not only work perfectly but you also made it look like new again. Then you took my Seiko that had not been functioning for years and you repaired the self winding mechanism. The turn around time was less than 48 hours and your prices were in line. YOU know what you are doing. Hats off to you and I hope the one negative reviewer goes into rehab. Job #1. Thank you sir.

I'm so glad I found this place! Andrew is knowledgeable and honest. I had serviced or repaired my watches at three different places before finally finding the best. Over the last few years I tried the watchmaker at Main Street inside a postal office, the watchmaker that works at his appartment in the westside of Vancouver, and the one in Yaletown (Don't wanna mention their names but it's easy to guess). After trying other watchmakers I can confidently say Andrew is the best. I brought him 3 watches for repair, 1 chronograph (fixed on the spot in less than a minute), 1 quartz (that the Yaletown watchmaker refused to try and fix), and 1 automatic; all repaired for $50 plus taxes! I was afraid he would say full service was required and charge me $200 or so (at the end how would I know) but he didn't, and that's impressive.
