Very poor experience. Started with a bizarre text message from the driver, an equally bizarre meet and great and ended up being delivered to the wrong hotel even after twice confirming where we were supposed to be taken. Company offered 1/2 price return as compensation. We preferred to use another provider. Very disappointing service - would not recommend

We had limo service for Christmas dinner. We picked up family at two locations. The driver was good at communicating. There was a delay in picking us up and he let us know. He was on time for our return trip. The ride was great although a few times the driver slammed on the breaks and we all went flying. The office was also good at emailing details and payment receipts. Overall, it was good and a safe, sober ride for our family.

Consistently my family's go-to limo/transport service when going to Vancouver since 2017. From their admin office staff to the drivers, they have been absolutely helpful & professional throughout. A wonderful company we highly recommend. Much appreciation from Indonesia, thank you Time!

A group of 17 of us (with luggage) used the service from Horseshoe Bay Ferry to Canada Place Cruise Pier. It was perfect from pick up to drop off. The driver was polite and his service was great. I will recommend this service to anyone needing transportation. They also have service for smaller needs as well. Thank You Time Limousine for all of us.

I recently used their service from Vancouver airport to Surrey. Chauffeur arrived on time, limo was stocked with ice & water. I will definitely use them again.

We are a young family with two kids under 4 years old. We had scheduled a airport pickup and due to multiple flight delays, our flight landed much later then originally planned. The driver, Mo, was there waiting at 2am and got us home safely during a snowstorm.

We will be using and recommending Time for all future hired car services.

I wanted to let you know that our driver Satwinder Atwal, was absolutely amazing. He was very patient with us on Sunday for the pick up at YVR, due to an hour delay getting luggage from the airline. He also was very understanding when my granddaughter got car sick.

Then on Friday, he was right on time and just as pleasant as he was on Sunday. He truly is a good guy and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a pro.

I have been using Time Limo for the past year for airport transfers. Their vehicles are impeccable. The staff are so professional starting from the reception to the drivers. The drivers have been prompt and courteous. They have driven me during the snowstorm, I felt very safe & protected. There is no other company, I would trust. Time limousine helped me book a last minute transfer from yvr to whistler. They were the only limo company to answer the phone early on Boxing Day and the gentleman who helped me (I think his name was Paul) was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Time!

My wife's book club used Time Limo to travel from New West to downtown Vancouver for dinner. Impressed they got this group of 12 there and back safely and on time. Group had fun and that Limo ride was a big factor. Shout out to Kenneth the driver! Punctual and reliable. Recommended.

Reply to owner - review stands. The only person who contacted your company was me, not a woman. I booked and paid for it. I called to get a breakdown of the deposit which seemed high and was only then told of the surprise fuel 'surcharge', aka a hidden fee as they spent nowhere near $125 in fuel costs. I was the one who called to confirm arrangements the week before the wedding. Do you want to try again and maybe just apologize? Also, we have rented a vintage vehicle before and the 1934 car we hired was immaculate, so I do not expect anything less from a 1960s vehicle. I would strongly NOT recommend this company. When they charged the 50% deposit I noticed it was more than the posted rate. I called and the answer was “oh that is a fuel surcharge of 125$” - I said it would have been nice to be informed and the answer was “we don’t provide a breakdown of the fee unless the customer requests one”. Here’s a thought- maybe if you are going to add charges that don’t show up anywhere else you should let the customer know. Then on the big day the 1960 Bentley showed up. This is not close to a mint condition vehicle. There was loose window stripping sticking out and rust spots. Very disappointing. The car was not running smoothly and as it chugged away with my 3 daughters inside I hoped it would make it to the venue. It did make it but the driver needed a jump start before he could return. The one positive note was Mano the driver. He was great.

Prompt, polite service. Driver was very helpful. Limo interior was clean and pleasant. The ride was very relaxing- competent driver!

We were picked up directly in front of the ferry terminal and delivered to the airport. Our driver was personable and helpful. The ride was comfortable. The price point was very reasonable.

Everything worked out well. Unfortunately, the SUV limo that we originally booked had its AC malfunctioning. However, the subbed us for a party bus instead and it worked out totally fine since many of the groomsmen were tall so they had more room to walk around anyways.:) Very friendly and efficient customer service. Our driver did try to take us to the wrong destination at first (we had two photo locations and he tried to take us to photo location two first although everything was confirmed). That was really my only issue, so thankfully, a bridesmaid was paying attention or else we would have been late for photos. Other than that we were really pleased.

We booked Time for our wedding day and our driver had no idea where he was going and was difficult to communicate with, making us late for our photographer and adding extra time onto our day we hadn't planned for.

I reserved a limo from them. Just for them to say they are booked a week later, putting it way too close to the event and I was unable to find a limo whatsoever

We booked a black car for our wedding exit. Upon leaving, we saw that it was not a black sedan like we wanted, but a sprinter van. This was really disappointing and embarrassing and we received comments from our guests.

Upon reaching out to Time Limo, they said they couldn’t guarantee the car and gave us a free “upgrade”. If this was not a wedding, the upgrade would be welcome, but this was not acceptable.

I would have appreciated if they notified me ahead of time that the car was not available and discussed options rather than surprising us.

I hired a town car to pick my wife up from YVR (as I was unable to self-isolate for 14-days due to work/COVID) and I maintained distance and convoyed back home in my own car. They complimentarily upgraded our town car to a luxury SUV, came early so I could place some refreshments in the back (pic attached) and helped her with her bags with all due care.
