Get the frozen yogurt in a waffle cone, it’s the best! The gelato is ok but I really go for the frozen yogurt with fruits!

Ice cream is not good. Location is nice but skip the ice cream. Espresso Flake, cookies and cream, mango, coconut were all bad.

It was good. Definitely would return. Sadly I wish the weather was nicer. We would have been able to enjoy it more.

Used to come to this place a lot. Got a frozen yogurt yesterday but one of the staff in white t-shirt was very impatient and impolite. No greetings, no smile, basically said nothing during my ordering process. Felt offended and discriminated. Terrible experience.

Ordered mango frozen yogurt on cone today. Not sour, not sweet, not creamy, no mango flavor! Bland!
Staff were nice. A group before me asked about discount (of another store with same name), staff handled friendly and professionally.

The gelato was tasty. I came down to the area with family. Together we ordered various sizes of lemon, chocolate, and watermelon. The gelato tasted great.

Best fresh waffle cones! They also have delicious green tea ice cream (matcha), I had the mixed berries yogurt. Highly recommend stopping by.

We had an unfortunate experience with the shorter dark haired girl expecting a tip which I would have been happy to leave if the card payment machine had that feature. No one carries cash these days. As it was there was a comment made by her that left a bad taste at the end of the transaction. Aside from that the ice cream is delicious and we'll be back but with some cash next time.

After years of being able to get the best Raspberry Sorbet in BC. They very sadly stopped making it. Guess we'll have to find a new favorite place.

Have been coming here for at least 10 years. I always get the frozen yogurt with the waffle cone and it’s always delicious.

However the last few times I’ve noticed that they don’t make the waffle cones fresh behind the counter anymore.

I asked for a sample and the lady said they don’t give any samples! Which is so lame. I asked why no samples. She said due to Covid, and saliva in the trash can. I laughed and said that’s really the reason. She was serious then she said people leave their dirty spoons around. The gelato was mediocre and they give very little.

Walking past this popular Steveston locale, you immediately get hit by the aroma of freshly made waffle cones. And who doesn't love a good waffle cone?

They do both frozen yogurt and gelato. My go-to order here is usually the mixed berry frozen yogurt.

On a sunny weekend, the lines can get long. But well worth it.

This place kinda went downhill. The waffle is stale and kinda nasty, when you ask for the fruit I guess they just get some supermarket frozen fruit n don't even blend the chunks. Not going back as there's other ice cream alternatives in the area now!

There was quite a line up at this frozen yogurt and gelato place near the wharf. We had the salted caramel and pistachio in a waffle cone (too sweet) ; and green tea and durian (the durian was awesome).

This has always been a to go place for me, they have the best frozen yogurt ice cream.
I always order peach and raspberry, but this time it doesn’t taste like peach or raspberry. The fruity flavor is too too light…. Don’t know if they change the formula or what…

Been coming here ever since I was a kid and it always hits the spot. Great froyo, portions are pretty large, so if you have a smaller appetite like I do, the kid size is more than enough!

Been coming here since 20+ years ago! I only get their frozen yogurt because it is what they are originally known for. Waffle cones are freshly made!

My co-worker suggested me to try Timothy's. OMG mixed berry frozen yogurt in the waffle cone was sooo good in a hot day!

The froze yogurt was decent, the waffle cone was amazing, crunchy and tasty. The costume service was pretty bad, they were not in a good mood and wouldn't answer our questions nicely.

Very large selection of gelato. They even have durian flavour! Workers were very friendly, and the scoops are quite generous. On a sunny day, there was a long line up that moved quite quickly.

Amazing ice cream from here! I am pretty sure you guys are going to love them! There are wide variety of choices of ice cream and yoghurt to choose from! I would come back again to try its other flavour. Recommended to try! I like the waffle cone, but it is not as good as rain or shine’s. The cookies and cream and the hedgehog ice cream are amazing!

This was my first time trying this establishment. The service was friendly and quick. I ordered a yoghurt cup with mixed berries and it was very delicious. There were many more fruit options. The price was fair for the amount received. I love frozen yoghurt so I will return next time I'm in Steveston. For me, this is much better than the chain style frozen yoghurt vendors. They also had a good selection of gelato with waffle cone options if you prefer.

I’ve been going to Timothy’s for frozen yogurt for years. Last time I went was December 2020, and I decided to go again in 2021. Their sizes are definitely got smaller and quality has unfortunately decreased.

My family and I were regulars here for many years, however due to consistent poor quality of the product and negative experiences with a condescending manager/employee here we will no longer be returning. They clearly no longer care about the quality of their product or service as they have so many customers. Really disappointing.

Got the cherry frozen yogurt/ice cream. Tasted fine but not spectacular. More part of the steveston experience to have ice cream to snack on as you walk around.

Tried the Mango Strawberry frozen yogurt, the taste was more on the tart side for me having tried a lot of Frozen yogurt flavors in USA. But I loved the vibe of this shop, will come back again for some Gelato

Used to love this place but be careful with the quality of the product. Found plastic pieces in the frozen yogurt. Poor service from the older gentleman, assuming it's the manager/owner. Condescending attitude and he laughed at us asking what we wanted him to do about it.

Solid solid place. The yogurt is amazing and very unique. I do think competition has come up a bit in the area and you might be able to find more buzzworthy desserts nearby but the location is pristine and the service is good. Unfortunately, my last visit had some stale waffle cones. Still good but I remember having fresh ones and they were bomb. I think I see them making it in the back when it was busy. Covid unfortunately it isnt as busy anymore.

I had a really bad experience with customer service here. My friend accidentally dropped the frozen yogurt on the ground a couple seconds after getting it and was really bummed so I asked the server if it was possible to get another one. The server turned to his "supervisor" and asked if it was okay. The supervisor came to us and aggressively asked if it was our fault or their fault that the frozen yogurt dropped. My friends and I were shocked at the question and didn't know how to respond. They then proceeded to give us another cone but my friends and I could hear them talking behind our backs. Overall, really disappointed at how they handled the situation. We will not be coming back.

Fresh waffle cones combined with their frozen yogurt yields a winning combination for your taste buds. Hit this place every time we're in Vancouver!

Some of the worse service I have received In this area. Entered the store around 9 o’clock on August 31 (they close at 10) with my girlfriend, and no other customers stood in line. One boy in the back was on his phone and the other man was just cleaning the machine. After waiting a few minutes, the boy decided to go off to help other customers who had since entered the store, but continued to ignore us. Those customers stood on the ice cream side, however the boy brought them over to the frozen yogurt line where had been standing, and began to make the yogurt for them without saying a word to us. I then ask the man cleaning the machine if they were still open, and his reply was “very much so”. I then lasked if we could be served, and he’s reply was “one second”, but he then turned away and walked off without taking our order. Unfortunately the video of the two standing around and ignoring can’t be shared here.

Had one of the best waffle cones I've ever had in my life.

The cone was still a little warm and soft inside while being crunchy outside.

I've since been back here 2-3 times but the same delicious waffle cone has alluded me. Not sure if it's because I'm coming when it's not peak times.
Frozen yogurt was great too. Ice cream is one of the better options in the area.

Loved the ice creams and frozen yogurts here. This is a must try spot whenever you visit Steveston. Tried the coffee with chocolate chip, awesome.

So many options and the staff is helpful when trying to decide. Always super nice. The waffle cones are made in house and are usually still warm when they give them to you which is nice

My must visit whenever I'm at the fisherman's wharf! Their waffle cones are freshmade in house and it makes the perfect combination with their gelato. They have many flavours to choose from, and it's very rich and natural. My favorite spot in the fisherman's wharf

My favourite flavours are mango coconut, espresso flake, and stracciatella. I heard the mango sorbet is really good too but I haven’t tried it as I’m not too big on sorbets. Their waffle cones are good but nothing too special. It’s one of my must go places when I’m in the area.
