So my daughter treated me to nails and we only had time after picking up her brother from school. So, we ventured to mill bay and found this gem of a place! Love LOVE my nails ans so FAST and efficient! So gonna come back!

I have never had a bad experience here. I went in without an appointment to get my gel polish removed, as I was having an allergic reaction from another nail salon, and they helped me out right away and it was awesome. I’ve been here for pedicures in the past and always leave feeling great and refreshed. Thanks again!

I have gone to this nail salon off and on for the past 3 years, and the women have always been very lovely and done a great job. But my last experience with the (male) owner (?) was so bad that I won’t be going back. He was very rude and abrupt. Don’t recommend

Terrible. Both nail techs who did our nails. They shared implements and a file but denied it when we spoke to them about it. Not as horrifying because we are friends but clearly they do not observe the health regulations. They almost exclusively ignored us and spoke their language to each other. It actually felt like we were a bother to the tech who seemed to be the owner. My nail tech barely filed my nails and left them uneven and not uniform. The nippers were not sharp so she continually pulled on my cuticles so I’m expecting a lot of hang nails to develop and she rushed through the polish application and left polish on my skin so it looked like a child did my manicure. The massage…what massage? She put some warm oil on my arms and ran the oil up my arms a few times. 25 minute gel manicure for $45 plus tax each. Brutal.

Tina Nails = Terrible.

Incredibly rude, unwelcoming, and unfriendly experience every time.unless you are ok with being treated poorly, especially by the owner, I recommend you get your nails done elsewhere.

This salon makes me wish there was a zero star option. I went in asking for a French tip and he absolutely butchered it. Filed my skin yet did not clean the nail bed or cuticle in the slightest. Did a pathetic job of measuring the nail lengths and applied so many layers of polish that my nail looks inflated, along with god awful tips that were done without any care. After paying a whopping 75 dollars, I asked for some of my money back. Tina immediately started raising her voice in front of all her customers and told me that she hates me “hates customers like me” and the guy told me to get out. I wish that this place would take the time to READ these reviews and take them as constructive criticism.

I have had the man (owner?) do my nails twice and both times he was incredibly rude. Didn't ask anything about what I wanted, filed my nails down to the bed, burnt me with the drill and got annoyed when I tried to pull away. Both times he has gotten annoyed at me for seemingly messing up a nail putting it into the UV machine, and then aggressively placed my hands for me. He sighs and shakes his head like you are the biggest annoyance and doing your nails is a hassle. I've had some bad nail experiences over the years, but nothing compared to this one.

Perfect nails every time! I have been going here for a couple years now and I am always very happy with how great my nails look and hold up!

The 1st pedicure by Benny was perfect, lasted 3 weeks.
I like to get a pedi & mani before my holidays out of the country. Tina talked me into gel mani. She rushed through both as eager to accommodate her walk in’s that day. I asked her to please slow down as she was missing steps (not my 1st rodeo). She replied: that she did not miss any steps as I was talking and did not see?
Within 5 days both were a mess and chipping. I contacted her and told her, she told me she would fix them. I had told her during my appointment that I was going away on holiday.
After my return home, I arrived at my appointment and Benny said it had been 3 wks since my nails had been done and they would polish hands only. I just walked out.
So disappointed in this kind of service.

Phoned in to make an appointment but was told that it was not needed. Turned away because they were full when I showed up. It’s a complete waste of time. The owners were also rude and unwelcoming. Would not come back again. Many other good options here in the Valley. Not worth your time and money.

Find this place unwelcoming, short to the point of being rude. English is not clear at all. Nails not the same length and shape. Design on two nails on one hand were different on the other hand. They said they were the same. No they weren’t. On right hand the design were on the second and third finger from the thumb. Left hand they were on the third and fourth finger from the thumb! I had to reshape and make them even myself!

Update: I don’t go there anymore. After being a client for over 5 years I decided to change salons. The last 6 months I have been given a hard time booking appointments and made to feel unwelcome while there. I haven’t done anything to deserve this. I don’t understand how a business can treat a regular customer so badly. I literally show up on time, sit there and say nothing while my nails are being done and then pay tipping generously. Tried to make an appointment for 3 weeks in advance and told no, call us closer to when you want it done BUT when I do call closer to they can’t “fit me in” for a week. I just don’t understand

I have been going there for 3 years now. I usually call ahead and make an appointment. I can say I have not had one bad experience there. My nails always look great and I get a fill every 3 weeks max. My nails grow super fast. In fact going for a fill tomorrow
