This has to be the best pizza place in Richmond. The taste is so good -delivery was faster than quoted -the price is much better than any other place. Second time ordering and it was excellent once again. I ordered Tino Special OMG so good

Literally the WORST pizza I’ve ever eaten in my life. It’s like the same quality as a frozen supermarket pizza that’s been heated up. Wow, just wow.

Old school pizza joint that if you grew up in Richmond you’ve are probably very familiar with. Easily choose the pizza here over chains like Pizza Hut or dominos. You get way more toppings, it’s not even in same realm. Their baked lasagne is amazing too. Plus it’s in a good location and easy to park.

Terrible, bland, veggie pizza only with tomatoes and green peppers? Barely any sauce, unwelcoming lady with short grey hair working Tuesday 12: 30pm.

Been here a few times and we've always enjoyed the pizza and thought prices are reasonable so kept coming but most recent time we realized masks were not worn when preparing the food which was quite concerning. Hope they will wear masks in the future so we can come back

One of the best pizzas we have had in a long time, great toppings and cheese! Highly recommend ordering from Tino’s!

I wish they used the little pepperonis and not those big bologna style ones under the cheese. Otherwise well done.

Tinos Pizza is an awesome pick up place for pastas, bread sticks, and pizzas etc, there are a few sits but mostly a pick up place

My coworkers and I frequent this place but after today's experience we will no longer be supporting the business but instead avoiding it like the plague.

The reasoning why: lady with short grey hair has the worst customer service we (several other coworker agree) ever encountered. She has an AWFUL, UNWELCOMING and unfriendly service to whomever is misfortunate enough to correspond with her.

Word of advice: GO TO FRESH Slice! Atleast THEY R friendly!

Nice little family owned and run pizza joint. I have been coming here since I was in high school. Great value for the individual pizza slices, awesome for a quick cheap meal. The pizza is good too, there is something about the crust that I really love. The service here has its quirks, it grows on you if you've been coming here for a long time. Very old school "mom and pop" vibe.

"if someone been there in a long time, that means they did it right. " Strongly agreed. Handmade meat ball, no frozen ingredients, it is the real better ingredients.

I'm so confused on all the good reviews. We tried this place because of the reviews and couldn't believe how bad it was! Tasted like microwave pizza. We honestly didn't even finish it and we never turn down pizza!

Awesome tasting Lasagna and the pizza tastes really great just like the old days where there was only the fresh and best ingredients will be used. These guys take pride in the food they cook. The house Salad is excellent with the house dressing! If you feel like having your food delivered its no problem and of the four times I have ordered for delivery I have been really surprised how quickly the take out arrived. This is a great place to order food from, also there are tables and chairs and you are welcome to eat in as well. Fast, Fantastic and Friendly I recommend Tinos

Place is not clean or well kept, customer service is not incredibly welcoming, the pizza is mediocre and was not fresh but reheated- tastes on par with a frozen pizza, even fresh slice tasted better. Nothing special, wont be back.

Oh my God! The pizza tastes like.this time when you’re too young for preschool.so your mom leaves you with your grandma for the day cuz of work and your grandma very feels in her heart that you are blue. Even though it takes more effort, she makes you a special little pizza for you with the special family recipe and twice as much love as she usually puts in her cooking. She wants you to enjoy her cooking and so does this restaurant. I’m tellin’ ya, just try it and then tell me you didn’t like it. It’s impossible!

This has been my favourite pizza place since I was in high school. I live over 2 hours away now and still make the trip when I can. Still tastes the same after all these years and I am grateful:) hope they never change

Not great. I ordered a personal cheese pizza + lasagna. The pizza tasted like a frozen cafeteria pizza and the lasagna tasted like it used cheap canned sauce.

Tiffy Y, you're on ludes. Lasagna and baked spaghetti is reminiscent of Cronos and the pizza is not greasy and great crust. Best old school pizza joint left here. Support them

I read the reviews before driving over. A bit hard to find as it’s tucked into a strip mall corner.
I walked in and ordered after looking over the specials. The place was hopping on a Sunday afternoon with take out and walk ins.
I ordered a large everything pizza it arrived by the time the clerk said it would. The pizza was very good tasting with a lot of different toppings on it. This surprised me. I’ll come back here when I’m in town.

Got the lasagna with extra sauce, so good and so cheesy. Got a medium and is a large portion. Also got a medium flame pizza, good aswell.

Yes very nice place whit quality pizza and pop! The place is clean and has a great atmosphere but why 4 star's and not 5.
The owner who helped me has a communication problem and has no patience, been there 2 times this week.
It's important, why? Coz the first rule of running a business is, the customer is always right everybody knows but you get 2 slices of pizza and 1 pop for choice for only 4.20 Can $ dollar. And the pizza is realy something special here. I go there tommorow for 2 slices and 1 pop.

Very nice and cozy place where you can have 2 big quality slices of pizza by choice and 1 pop for only 4 bucks and you can spice up your slices (cheese, pepper, garlic etc) and while eating them you can watch a game on tv, very nice service also!

The pizza here tastes like old frozen pizzas. The lasagna tastes like canned tomato sauce and noodles. Almost like it was a frozen ready to eat meal. Boring and kind of gross. One of the worst pizzas and lasagnas I’ve had. Really disappointed because the reviews were all good.

I go here minimum once a week, but if the lady with short greyish hair is working, I turn around and walk right out. She has the worst attitude in the world, she’s very stern and unwelcoming. When you give her your order she makes yo feel like you just asked her to move the world. Today I ordered a pizza sub with pep ham and Capicolli, only to find out that the capicolli isn’t really capicolli, ITS HAM WITH CHILLI FLAKES! This just might be my last time here for a while.

I got my sub and it was burnt. Not toasted. The edges were burnt black
