The staff of Tiny Hopper’s Willoughby is fantastic. They’ve worked so well with our daughter to support her development. I am very happy with this center and our daughter enjoys going everyday.

We have trusted Tiny Hoppers with caring for our son for the last 2 years (since he was 1 year old) and we are very happy with our decision. The teachers are lovely and attentive to the kids, and they do an especially amazing job of comforting my son when he has a difficult drop off. Classrooms are bright, colourful, and full of light with lots of different toys and activities. They have an outdoor playground that is situated away from public view, which helps me feel that my child is secure. Meals provided are varied, balanced, and healthy which is super helpful as I don't have to worry about planning and packing meals. He eats extremely well at school, too! Finally, he is definitely learning a lot at Tiny Hoppers, beyond just the typical academic milestones, he has grown so much socially and emotionally from being with his friends and under the guidance of his teachers. Overall super happy with our experience and plan to continue at Tiny Hoppers until he graduates to kindergarten!

Took a tour of their facility and everyone was super welcoming and the place looks really nice. I wouldn’t hesitate one bit to send my child there! 2 thumbs up! Keep up the great work!

My baby loves going there every day. The teachers are attentive and caring. Feel very comfortable leaving my baby there because I know they'll have the best day.

I went to tiny hoppers for a tour in April this year for my boys. When I asked the instructor how long will takes the waitlist and she said it is not too long because of Covid 19. Many Parents work at home or lost jobs, so their kids stay home as well. So, I chose tiny hoppers for my boys and paid deposit.
Now the lady said to me the waiting usaully takes for a YEAR as WE MENTIONED. I would not have chosen tiny hoppers and pay the deposit in first place if I knew I had to wait for a year. They just lie peopel to take deposit (because its not refundable). The way they run their business is really dishonest.

It’s unfortunate that I am feeling the need to review this facility poorly. We had a great first year with tiny hoppers but when the director went on maternity leave in May 2020, the warm/welcoming and very responsive nature of tiny hoppers went with her. The new director is unresponsive, unapologetic and a very poor communicator. When we had a concern in terms of communication and responsiveness, I was told she didn’t feel she didn’t anything wrong and then there was no further communication or attempt to solve the concern. We ended pulling our child abruptly. This was never how we’ve been treated in the past, it’s important to note the staff changes have greatly affected the way this centre runs.

I never write review but I forced myself to write this one to raise awareness about this facility and share my experience! This facility management in my experience is completely focussed on getting parents to sign their contracts showcasing false urgencies and then showing true colors later with rude treatments knowing parents are stuck with their contracts and deposits. The Most Money Minded Management I came across and its unfortunately the one with whom I trusted to send my child with!

I completely resonate with the previous 1 star review that this facility management/director completely lacks minimum courtesy and respect in communication. I had multiple emails on the situation (what I am going to describe below) and all I got so far is stubborn and later disrespectful replies.

I went to their daycare in Feb this year to check for March enrolment. First they told me false urgency (later i got to know they had 4-5 kids in their new class of 16) of giving them deposit check right away. I hesitated initially as I was not sure if we want to start on March 1st or April 1st as they were charging full month even when they were one week off in spring break. They talked me into giving check stating it is just to hold the spot and giving me impression that I will have flexibility. Two days after giving them check, I went back to them and asked for check as we not able to decide March or April and I told that I will re-enroll when we will firmly decide start date. To my surprise, they told that the deposit is non-refundable and best they can do is to apply towards the March fee (even if my child does not attend). When I told that why did they not told me this earlier, they innocently said, "we may have forgotten about it but it is in the contract". FIRST RED FLAG as two days prior, I spent 45 minutes at their facility, spoke about tonnes of things but they conveniently forgot to mention the MOST important thing that the deposit is non-refundable! I told them that it was just two days and my child has not even started and they told I should have read the contract closely! Anyway we started and had 3 weeks of daycare (one week spring break of their daycare) before COVID hit!

We took our child out during this unfortunate situation. Their government funding is ending Aug 31 and they told that I have to send my child to their daycare on Sep 1st or they will keep my deposit. I told them about my situation where we have moved house in June and its farther away, requested them to consider refund (full or partial) of my deposit and most importantly because I do not feel safe to send my child to daycare amid this caronavirus situation. TO MY BIGGEST SURPRISE, I start getting very rude emails from their director or owner (i dont know) stating I dont have a choice and it is in contract. They had no shame in accepting that they talked me into contract signing earlier and now will end up charging me two month of fee (one month fee and one month deposit) for 3 weeks of service provided and that too with such rude dictatorship style communication!

After this I am not sending my kid to their daycare even if it will cost me $2600+ for 3 week of their daycare! (Although I will fight for it and already raised this to child care authorities)

You be your own judge but I feel that if the management's treatment is this rude to parents, I doubt the care and culture my kid will be getting at this facility.

Last but not the least, I am sure that some (if not all) of 5 star reviews are fake as I recognize one name who gave 5 star review (with posted pictures). She is the one who responded many of my emails to this daycare.
