The staff are hot or cold.some days they suffocate you with attention.others days they ignore you.

If you are XL+ this is the place for you. Sizes xl - 6xl, lots of brands and styles. Staff were very friendly and helpful, store was clean and organized.

My wife and I visited here today evening. I just planned to buy one shirt. But finally I bought 2 shirts and 2 pants. Because the lady worked in the front was super helpful and had a wonderful customers service. Highly recommend.

It is amazing how little clothing is out there for bigger people and frustrating that it cost so much more money. But the staff is amazing and selection is great.

This location is great. It's a little farther to get here than the Burnaby George Richards location, but this one has lots of product available where Burnaby runs out of sizes. Worth the drive if I can find what I'm looking for. Thanks

I have been to the store a half a dozen times. All were good experiences except one. I went to the dressing room in the Hastings Street store to try on some pants and the hoodie that I had just bought after many years of searching for it was stolen by a vagrant who was roaming around the store. There were other sales reps not busy who I believe should have confronted him or sent him on his way but it didn't happen and I got taken for an expensive hoodie. Nothing was done after the theft and i was irate. I came back a year later and bought clothes and left my extra garments at home and received 5 star assistance and the memory faded.a bit. Overall this store has some nice clothes, good selection and great service, just remember to watch your personal stuff while you are taking advantage of the great things the store offers

Fabulous experience on a blustery Sunday. The associate found exactly what I needed and the conversation was engaging and enjoyable.

Hello and good day to all my visit there was a great experience they went out of there way to help me out with my work problem you see I gave a suit to be dry cleaning not only I was not done but the dry cleaning place is closed because of the covid 19 the building's own was giving people there things back some whiched my pants I got back was to small for me and I was able to replace them with a new pair at low cost thank to the loveing careing staff.

If you're a big guy. There's some good options and also lot's of mumus. Up to you to weed out your ideal format.

Not friendly. Made me feel unworthy of shopping there asking that I don’t try things on and telling me when I asked for items on sale that “You have to pay for quality” in a condescending tone. No name bottom barrel shirts same price as polo branded shirts and told to only try two or three items maximum on. Absolutely not impressed with customer service and won’t be returning to this location.

Love this place. My first time today August 21 2020, I went in there because I saw a really cool shirt on the website and bought 2 and bought 2 shorts and a couple of more shirts, Terry the store manager was awesome and extremely friendly and helpful. It can be a bit pricey but the selection of clothing matched my tastes and body size beautifully. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Made the process a breeze. Will be coming back.

This was my 2nd time visiting and such a great experience. Thank you to Susan for making me feel welcome and finding me something so quickly! Im a big and short person and was feeling intimated going shopping for an outfit but Susan made me feel right at home.

My go to for snazzy big man threads. Literally the only place that carries 3xt in the lower mainland. Most of the clothing is geared towards older people but there are still gems to be found. In 2014 I got a red Hugh Hefner esque smoking jacket for $60. Originally almost $400.
