I came into this store about 1 hour before my graduation and I told them I needed a full suit ASAP. I was very impressed by Simar's excellent customer which helped me be in and out within 15 minutes. The customer service from the entire team was on another level as they helped pick everything out, iron the dress shirt and cut all the tags so I can go directly to grad. Plus there was a promotion at the time so i got an extra pair of pants for free and a discount for university students on top. Fast service and good prices, I would definitely recommend.

We visited the store to get suits for my brother's engagement. A girl name simar I believe, helped us so well. She is very professional and sweet.she went above and beyond to help us.her help is much appreciated.thank you.

Do not recommend this place, especially if its the lady that comes to help you, don't walk run away from there. Worst customer service ever seen in a retail shop!

Worst customer service ever! I have 2 suits from here that was done by an old gentleman but this time it was a lady who came to help, she was super rude and arrogant. She was pushing me to buy the first suit that I tried on, not even letting me to check other items, never seen this kind of attitude anywhere else. As soon as I said I might not buy it on the spot she just left to talk to other associates at the front desk and completely ignored us.

Horrible service. The workers were standing around and nobody would come to help, even when we asked for help. Reverse racism here. The workers were Asian Indian and would help other Indian men, would completely ignore Caucasian gents. It was obvious and horrid service.

Customer service was terrible, i asked one girl for the size, i did wait for 20 minutes, she ignored me, her name was Gagan i guess wearing eye glasses. She should have some training how to behave and treat with customers.

Bad service overall. I didn't bring the little piece of paper they gave me for my suit tailoring to pick up the suit and was spoken to condescendingly the entire time after purchasing an entire suit from them by the front desk staff. Poor service.

A lady there had so much attitude while I was returning a blazer. Never going to shop here again because horrible customer Service.

Malcolm from Guildford was initially great. He provided awesome customer service and helped me find a suit for a wedding I was going to attend. The reason for the 1 star is because I asked Tip Top to call me when the alterations were done and pieces I need for the suit arrive. I was told "just come Sunday, don't worry everything will be here". I arrived next Sunday and there pieces of my order missing, which is understandable since mistakes happens. But, the manager kept insisting to me that I should have waited for a call even though I explicitly told him around 3 times that I was told to come here. No real resolution was offered other than telling me to leave and come back when the shirt is here. Malcolm did apologize for the negative experience, but the manager was dismissive and offered no real resolution.

Adriana was awesome to deal with. The experience from start to finish was excellent. The amount of time to make sure the fittings and tailoring along the extensive knowledge she had was top notch. Highly recommend.

Malcolm was quite the gentleman in helping me out with buying a suit. Helped me find my exact size and the fit and finish of the suit was phenomenal after a slight alteration of the sleeves. Anyone who needs a suit, this is the best location.

I work in the mall and I came in to look for a tie to match my dads shirt and this tall cute guy that was working alone managed to help me pick out a tie for me.i forgot his name but he was the best thanks!

If you need a suit, this is the place to go. I was helped by Sam (the manager) and it was one of the best shopping experiences I have had. From perfectly fitting me into a suit to the outstanding customer service, Sam went above and beyond to make the whole process effortless.

Walked in today looking for dress shirts, ties, sock pretty everything required for a suit. Sam was absolutely amazing to deal with helped pick everything for me. Sam was so helpful folded my pocket squares, even got my shirts steamed for free. I would recommend anyone looking for suits shirts pants to come see Sam.

This store has one of the best customer service i have ever experienced! For first time shoppers ask for Sam! He was with me, helping and made sure i made the right decision and made the process 10x smoother and faster! I left the store very happy and excited with my purchase due to the amazing customer services.

I am very disappointed by lady staff. I try couple of shirts. I know sometimes it's little hard to find the right fit and i was told that "we don't have anything that can fit you Sorry". I left the place with a sadness and i never wana go again here.

Always get great service when I shop here. I really like the fact that I can walk in here and find exactly what I'm looking for and the sales staff are always very helpful. Highly recommend this location.

Asked for help with ties in the Guildford mall store, and the guy yawned as if I'm a boring, non-important customer. Unacceptable behavior like this will definitely hurt a store. Believe it, or not. One bad experience can generate millions of results. I haven't been back in that store ever since as they do not deserve my business.
