Love this little oasis in the city. My fave are the stone bridges across the little ponds. Nice place for a quick walk or somewhere to sit in nature.

Very peaceful ponds and nature walks right in the middle of New Westminster, plenty of street parking, good crowd of people.

What a beautiful park! Very lovely to walk through, and can walk on the stepping stones across the water. Can sit on a park bench and read a good book or bird watch. Thursday the Farmer's Market is there from 3-7 pm (In New Westminster, off Queens, parking on Queens beyond the military parking)

Beautiful park with parking, lovely old trees and gardens, with pond and small waterfall! Also the location of the wonderful NW Tennis Club

This is where we had our wedding photos taken when the cherry blossom trees were in full bloom. On our anniversary this year we decided to walk around the park and were surpised to find a least 7 waterfalls from the streams that flow through this park. Small but peaceful place to walk around and/or relax while sitting on one of the park benches.

A Beautiful place to visit and enjoy Mother Nature's Gifts! I found a sweet spot and couldn't pull myself away!

A nice quiet park, with lots of trees, a a creek running through. A good place to relax, but only when it isn't busy.

Lovely park with water features and ducks swimming in the pond. Lots of shady areas with alot of tall trees. Grassy spots in the sun to enjoy as well. Lots of free parking near by. My dog and I enjoyed our walk.

We walked to this park from Queen's Park, it took about 15 minutes, and we're glad we chose today to come because there were many ducks swimming in one of the small ponds. This park is very peaceful, not many people, but it can be very loud when there's alot of traffic across the street.

Cleaning simply put a beautiful Park full of all colors of green that you can imagine, even multiple water features. Benches all throughout the park to sit and chat with a friend and multiple spots to sit and read a book or even meditate, or just to enjoy some sunshine. I feel blessed to live across the street from one of the most beautiful parks in my opinion in the neighborhood that's for sure. The only thing that I would have to say that is negative is that at night time it is very dark there is not a lot of lighting at all, so I definitely wouldn't encourage children or even teenagers for the for that matter or anyone at all really to be walking through late at night. And if they choose to do so please make sure to keep headphones off the ears and your eyes wide open and alert.

Wonderful to walk from my home to this oasis of a forest. It has a lovely stream, park benches to sit and a crossover bridge on the stream.

A beautiful Park to go for lunch or just for a walk in the day or night time. However at night time it is quite dark so I said so I suggest you bring a flashlight. There are many water features and lots of beautiful flowers period on Thursdays there is a farmers market from 3: 00 till 6: 00 I believe and I suggest anybody go there it's all local local delicious foods artisans crafts people from the community who are just selling their products at a reasonable price it's a good way to to stay involved in your community and stay away from big box stores if possible period lots of fresh veggies fruits cheeses wine fresh flowers anything you can think of popcorn is just a good way to get out with the family on a Thursday. It's a great place to go for anybody just to get out of the house five stars.i love new west!
