I had a flat tire on the way to the mall and after getting enough air in the tire to get me to Tireland, I pulled in at almost 4: 30 on a Saturday and they were preparing to celebrate their many years in business with an outdoor event. Still, they welcomed me and I only waited about 15 minutes and they had the tire off and found a small screw in it, repaired the tire and I was on my way, very relieved and the cost was reasonable, too. The clerk also gave me a carnation flower and said they checked the tire pressure on all 4 tires and that I should return after 80 KMs for a re-torque. Days later, I made an appointment with Tireland for an oil change and the re-torque. I was VERY happy with the prompt and friendly service and was once again given a carnation bud flower. I will go there again for sure. Great experience.

Had a tire separate on my way to work. Everywhere else in Courtenay told me to wait a couple days to 2 weeks. Called TC. At tireland Told me to come in after work. Had a new tire on in 20 minutes. Great fast, affordable service.
Saved my bacon. I won’t shop anywhere else in the valley for my tires now.

Hello. My wife took her Nissan xtrail in to have small hole repaired in exhaust system. They quoted her a ridiculous amount of $1500 to replace the whole thing. Which we had fixed for $100
At another shop. Then RICK charged $75 to diagnose check engine light. Which they said was due to the hole in tail pipe.
Total B. S. The owner Rick and sidekick T. C don't seem to mind ripping off seniors or women who have little knowledge of auto repairs. RICK even threatened me with violence and locked the dr. Until bill was paid when questioned about the bill amount Very unprofessional. CAUTION Be aware and avoid this Bussines.

They were impressive. They fixed my tire as soon as I arrived there and the mechanic did repair, replacement, and installation all efficiently and also did testing for other tires too. I commented about their hard work, the owner said everything is free because he is pleased after hearing appreciation. I purchased the tires there before. But I almost wanted to pay for tips and wanted to pay for their great service, but the owner didn't want to receive any! Having a flat tire on the road is no fun experience but after this experience, it made my day happier!

No appointment needed. They changed over my winter tires + rim's to my summer set. My car was finished in 20 minutes.
That's so impressive. I'm never going back to Kal Tire.

This shop did our front brakes. On the very first trip after the vehicle came out of there the front end was soo hot both hubcaps were lost. After jacking it up, it was seized and undrivable. It cost us thousands of dollars in additional repairs and towing. Stay away, no quality control here.

Have bought tires and have them changed here and the service is amazing they even gave me a flower today

I thought this was a good place of emoyment and to take your car. It is clean and organized but after working there for three days there is no proper communication from the boss, he yells at everyone and its very uncomfortable, no patience, and no pay for the days i worked and no self control this guy needs (counseling or r his business is going to go down hill, how can he get away with talking to people that way and run a business successfully

I got a big screw in my tire. I pulled into Tireland's parking lot, and the guy was already coming out to help me. They had it fixed in 20 minutes. They even gave me a flower!

Absolutely great service.
I had a broken valve stem on my trailer wheel.
Asked if they could look at it, no rush.
They took it in and looked after it while I waited.
Very much appreciated.

I called to get a brand new set of tire mounted on my rims and he straight up said he does not mount other peoples brand new tires and said he can’t help me. I Do not recommend these guys

Travelling from Powell River to Nanaimo. Just off the ferry and could hear some squealing coming from the rear tire. Stopped at Tireland for assistance. This place was hopping busy but Rick went above and beyond to get us back on the road again. Rick and staff were absolutely amazing. They were able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the road again in less than two hours… and we even received a couple of carnations as we departed. Highly recommend… will not be disappointed!

Old guy with Kong dark hair is beyond rude. Tried to go get a quote for tires to be changed and refused to give a quote or change them told me to go somewhere else. Will never go here again.

Called to simply ask about having my tires changed. The rude attitude and responses i received immediately detoured me from using this business. Would not recommend at all. Considering this is the 2nd or 3rd time i have been spoken to like this by their customer service over the phone. What a jokeee

Above and beyond customer service and I only ordered rims. I highly recommend bringing your business to this place. I will in the future for sure. Even gave my mother a flower to brighten her day since the rims don't fit in my car she drove me in her SUV.

The professionals, there the best! Advice get there first thing in the morning, they can book up really quickly. I highly recommend them.

Got new tires put on. They did not tighten the lug nuts on one wheel. Wheel almost fell off driving. Not impressed.

Friendly staff, very cleanly front end (and well taken care of shop) always call these guys even if you think they won't have what you're looking for because they can surprise you! Saved me more than once looking for my odd ball tire!

First it was tires, then I went for shocks and struts. They were true to their estimates, totally professional and personable. The work was excellent, the shop was heavily referred and I'm glad I listened. They are top shelf these guys and I feel like I have a tire place for life now. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Theres a guy that works the front desk that seems half drunk and changes what he says by time you get to the shop. Nothing nice to say about this place. I will never bring businesses to them again.

Very bad customer service. Brought my new vehicle on with only 200 km on it. Wanted to upgrade the tires. They said not in thier systems. I found them on line and I'll order in
I was told SO go ahead. I asked when I get them can I have you install them. They said no we do not install tires unless you buy them from them. That's a lie. I have bought used tires over the years and gone in there at least 3 other times to have them installed. I was willing to drop $2000 or more for my new tires. I will never go back and I will pass the word around how bad the service was.

Excellent fast service. Popped in with un mounted snow tires. Within 5 minutes they had four wheels off. 30 minutes later I'm cruising out.

The reason I rate this place five stars is because of the service not only at the initial sale but anytime after Rick and his team are unbelievable why can't other businesses behave this responsibly
