Tireland - 1 Minute Muffler

I’ve been here a few times for varies issues. The staff seem to really want to help and make it as easy and as affordable an experience as possible. Great place for automotive needs!

The worst experience.no.the scariest and most upsetting we have had.

We had our seasonal tires swapped for winter by our regular mechanic. When we did, we were informed that the pads and rotors were fine (which I saw for myself and knew this as there was only 7k on them) but needed to replace the emergency brake. My regular mechanic hadn't booked time for that job and was booked solid for some time, but Tireland had a spot. So I set up an appointment with them

Next thing, I was told by Tireland we need to replace all the brakes and rotors. We were told they are running metal on metal. Considering that I had seen for myself with my regular mechanic the they were still in great condition just a couple of days prior, I found what I was told to be very suspicious.

Shortly after that, we here nothing but grinding. So I stopped by my regular mechanic just to have a quick peak and he couldn't believe what he saw. The brakes were completely gone, but the clips holding the brake components in place were all shiny and brand new.

How can brake pads go from a 3/4 original thickness, to 0 in a week and a half. THEY CAN'T.

I don't know what happened with my daughters truck when it was at Tireland for half a day, but whatever it was, it placed her in danger because the brakes were fine going in. I am just glad I caught this before anything tragic happened.

Never again will any of my vehicles be entrusted to this company.

The valve stem on my tire was leaking, I pulled in, without an appointment. The guys immediately fixed my tire and didn't charge me. Great job guys! I know where I will be buying my tires next time. Thank you so much!

I rave about this place now. I used to do tire business with another company. For various reasons - they are part of a nationwide group (I'll say it like that), they have lost my business due to what I feel were high pressure sales tactics.

I went to Tireland on the recommendation of two colleagues.

Very good on my winter tire removal and summer/all seasons on.

They recently got me out of a day from heck where everything went wrong incl my trunk lid suddenly not catching, locking.

On this visit Ray and Earl were very good and got issue solved and fixed.

I will be using Tireland Quesnel, down by Moffatt/Westside bridge now for all automotive maintenance and service.

All staff incl front desk, very pleasant. The tire torque same day was handled with a smile.

This tire shop has raised the bar when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Always a pleasure doing business with them, because the staff is cool and their prices are beyond reasonable. Good job.

Being mechanically challenged I used to find mechanics tedious to conduct business with. I have been going here for years now as they are always 100% honest and willing to help me with any of my naive questions. Amy excels at her job and is always nice to deal with.

During recent dangerously cold weather, my wife was driving alone when she heard an unusual and disturbing sound coming from her vehicle. With their shop being fully booked, without an appointment, the staff at Tireland put her car onto a hoist, checked for any issues, and ensured that the vehicle was safe for her to drive back to our isolated residence. Without hesitation, their customers' safety and peace of mind are paramount to the owners and staff.

Great place with great customer service. Very accommodating if in an emergency. Was very honest when providing the estimate and time to fix.
