Awesome store. A lot of cat products are available here which isn't always the case with pet stores. Best prices in town for litter as well.

This review is specifically for a sales associate named Sandy. Sandy helped me by calling many stores to track down a clearance item, and eventually ordered it from a warehouse for me. She definitely went above and beyond. I have shopped frequently here and staff have always tried their best. Overall, staff have always been exceptionally friendly and kind to both human and 4 legged friends in this store. If I could give Sandy 10 stars I would.

I come all the way from the west end with horrendous traffic to this store because Tyler, the store manager is fantastic. He is kind attentive and goes out of his way to provide us information about products and current promotions. I wish there were more staff like Tyler! He is a true gem.

They are always friendly and helpful with my online orders for pick up.

My dog loves that they offer treats behind the counter and tries his best to inspect their premises and help himself.

They do keep dried chews around the check out area, which makes it easy to find new treats for your dog.

Good selection, very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Con: no dog wash station

I used to shop at tisol all the time but since Sara left the service is not the same anymore in my opinion

I used to order all of my pet supplies here and had good service and delivery. They do not accept online orders and you must phone and speak with a person to place an order for delivery.

The last few months the phone just goes straight to voicemail, no matter when I call, and the voicemail instructs to leave a message which is useless if you are placing an order.

This has happened so many times now that I can't shop there anymore.

My pets are on their Tisol brand of food, otherwise I would switch to a local shop.

I am so impressed with the service and care that I receive at this store. I have had some food challenges with my senior cat and have had to change my food a few times over the last 3 months. They are so accommodating and try to find something that will work. They take the used bag back and replace it with something new.

This location of Tisol is quite big and carries tons of cat, dog and other pet supplies, etc.

The staff is super friendly, the store is huge.

If you live nearby Main st, definitely come by check them out.

Huge variety of cat foods, dog foods, fish and bird foods, toys, beds, towers, I’m guessing if you have any non-exotic pet, you’ll get what you need here. The staff is all lovely and warm. The store is LGBTQ+ friendly, and this is reflected in their staff. Super chill atmosphere.

They offer delivery, which is fantastic, though we have ordered with another indie store for 5.5 years so it’s like changing horses mid stream lol, BUT we might swap over due to the new food that our EXTREMELY picky girl will eat being available here and not there.

Minus a star simply because their aisles are a little tight, and I’m not exactly large. But even that is nitpicking, honestly, so long as you’re not boxed in you’ll be okay.

My go to PetValu branch store when it comes to my puppy's needs. The staff at this Tisol are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, especially Tyler! I have never once had a bad experience coming here. He's helped me with various things I was concerned/curious about for my new puppy. The store also has such a great selection of supplies too.
