Had to rush into meet Dr. Kilian on short notice, less than an hour, for my daughter who was running high fever and cough from 2 days. The receptionist Kiran, swiftly setup an appointment and accommodated my request. She carefully listened to my daughter's situation, and helped secure the appt. Dr.kilian, as always, takes the time to analyze and provide guidance. Thanks to which, my lil one is recovering and getting better. Appreciate all the help, and support to patrons!

Worst experience I have ever had in my lifetime. Dr. Kilian is cold, lacks empathy and understanding, constantly interrupts you and had me break down in tears bawling my eyes out because of how mean and rude she was. She has cut me off cold turkey from medication that I survive on. That is malpractice! Every doctor knows not to do that and she should not be a doctor. The receptionists also don’t really care about you at all either. Do not go here. Dr. Kilian — end your career. You are ruining lives.

I booked the appointment with Dr. Lydia Cheung a week ahead in person, however after reaching was told she is not in that day, why was no information provided to me? After requesting if other doctor on sight could accommodate me, I was made to wait for 20 mins for Dr. Puneet Malhi. My diagnosis was given along with prescribed medication. Now after 2 weeks when requested for the doctor to provide a note for same- he has refused with the justification that he is not my family doctor, leaving me in a frustrating predicament.

As a first time visitor I had a good experience, the office is nice and clean and staff are very kind, friendly and helpful, they always answer the phone.
